Two guys discussing the topics of life, business, and the struggles of finding your path
Tyler Zimmerman, Brian Holloway
Brian lets us in on his little secrets to becoming a successful real estate investor, and he also tries to kill me with his eyes. See if you can spot the moment where I finally push him past his calm, cool, and collective nature.
I appreciate Brian for keeping the episodes rolling in while I am absent. We don't cover exactly what I had planned but that's what happens when we get together.
Come with us as we bounce around Brian trying to stay on topic. Along with my inability to understand exactly how invasive the tech companies really are, or at least I am still trying to wrap my head around it.
Picking up right where we left off and don't miss Brian falling out of his chair because I finally say something funny. We are really looking forward to a great year of creating good shows.
A little discussion on the holidays, and the state of the world, and can't forget the future of this very podcast. We are looking to make little steps towards creating a better show each and every week. Trying new camera angles, new sets, new ideas, only to bring you the best ideas we have. We here at Industrious are open to comments and suggestions for what you like best.

Wick sits down and talks to us in this episode, he is one of Brian's long time childhood friends that Brian forced himself upon. It was insightful, fun and a pleasure meeting him for the first time and I am fortunate to meet someone that Brian looks up to in a way that is indescribable. Please enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving weekend. I am so very thankful for each and every one of you that takes the time to watch or listen to our show.
Brian and I discuss whether or not he has a plan for his life and myself as well, or if we just go with the wind. Are we doing it right, are we doing it wrong........I often get lost in my own head with the question, "Am I making the right decisions?"
Brian, Jax and myself catch up just a bit from me being out of town for a few months. It was a good way to dust off the cobwebs and get back in to the groove. Got ourselves a 3rd mic for that special guest as well. No more sharing the and hopefully inspiring us to be able to get more people to come chat with us.

Right before I leave for London Brian and I are able to squeeze in one last episode.
Brian has a few things to get off his chest and as a matter of fact maybe I do to. This episode is all about discussing how we are in despewrate need to help each other out. How we have closed off our lives and need to open back up to our neighbors and communities. Have a sense of pride in our cities and take back the control that has been seized from us in this last year. No longer are our local governemnts working to benefit and help the people of their respective cities but in fact have closed them off and made it more difficult to jump through all the red tape and this is unacceptable. We haven't come up with a plan yet but stick with us as we dive deeper down this hole to try and figure out ways that we can help each other.
It was our pleasure here at the INDUSTRIOUS podcast to have Downtown Dennis as our special guest. His insights and business acumen are unparallaled and his story is only briefly told here. His wisdom was greatly received and we feel so honored that he would join us for this podcast Thank you goes out to Brian and his desire to help people and gain the knowledge for himself as he cointnues to pursue his love of real estate from one of Everett, WA greatest real estate moguls that everyone knows and loves. Listen close because Downtown Dennis ain't playin around, and he's not worried about your feelings. Just doing the right thing.
Brian is tired and we are developing a new set fro more fun and interesting podcasts to come. Does Brian have the VID??
Thank you to our sponsor: HollowayInvestments.com My apologies to Alan and the entire listening audience for the bad audio through Alan's mic. I did not hook it up correctly and did not have the feed right. This podcast is all about improvement and learning from these mistakes that I make. Please do not disregard anything Brian has to say even though you cannot take him seriously in his mask, CDC recommended Thank you for all your support as we still work towards bringing you the best content we possibly can at the time of the recording. We are trying
Meet Alan, He is Brian's thought expert, and we thought it would be a good idea to get him to come in and share that wisdom. Thanks to Alan and his great ideas, Holloway Investment Corp is to the moon. Watch out real estate experts, there's a new shark in town. He comes with his own crown.
In the span of 25 minutes Brian and I discuss famous quotes, his sweet shoes and how you to can be ready to 4x4 on foot. Also hang on to the end when we finally reveal that Brian is not so dedicated to American Trucks but his European heritage and he secretly likes Dodge because they are owned by Fiat. To much great info to list, have fun with this one!!
Join this lovely conversation between two friends that eventually find zero answers for any of life's tough questions. Discussing Brian's charity and his new employee, the thought expert
Who really knows what is going here, Brian tells me the truth about nothing while I am trying to keep it together staring at the eagle on his chest. It is all really uncomfortable!!
Brian and I are the fortunate recipients of some great life advice from the Mid-Life Male Greg Scheinman Check Greg out on Instagram @GregScheinman if you want to be inspired by how great life can be if you maintain the right focus on the right things. So fortunate to have Greg send me a video answering the question, "If you could improve one aspect of your life, what would it be?"
Have a little fun in this episode with Brian's dress up trunk. Whole new batch of decorations and this guy that drives me nuts and I need help. Brian is not a good counselor.
Choking on fruit, to polymer tips, to the OnlyFans gals. What else could we possibly have squeezed into this episode. Things got a little weird. Check out Dani and Alexis on OnlyFans.com and Instagram at theFlowerPotGirl. You are not gonna want to miss what they have in store for you.
Small changes with big impacts. We all strive to do good work, we are exploring and learning more each time we sit down and discuss topics. Brian's trip to Seattle, I don't know how he rolls but when he does something interesting always happens. Check out what exactly happened that day with those city gals
Not sure which one Brian falls into or as he says, maybe he is an anomaly, not sure? Either way listen up because I think we are getting closer to getting better We have a few things planned that are coming up and we are trying to get up to speed as fast as possible, but time is most definitely our biggest enemy. Have a great week and thank you for the support.
Brian helps me to understand my uptight behavior and my obsession with trying to get it right even though i don't know anything. We also discuss however briefly Mark Manson's books "The subtle ar of not giving a f**k" and "Everything is f**ked" and we will get an updated book report from him next week. We are just excited and energetic to bring you more content as we work out some of the kinks to this animal show. Stay tuned for changes coming to the studio and other exciting things that must be discussed. Thank you for your support and continue to listen as we get better at this nonsense. Still trying to create new cover art. Bare with me
We have changed locations, what can be considered a new studio. We are still working out the kinks and things that aren't nailed down as of yet. Brian, Jaxson and I talk about commitment and we try as best we can to saty on topic. Do not miss the opportunity to ask Brian about his OnlyFans.com and whatever else is going on in that brain. For now we are excited to expand even only so slightly but taking the steps necessary to grow. Stick with us as we embark on this next step. Thank you for the support and feedback is alwasy welcome here at the Industrious Podcast BTW, will have the new cover art setup for next week.
Trying out an additional format to put more content out into the world This mini motivation episode contains something that I learned this week from last weeks guest Brian Holloway Let me know what you think of these short to the point episodes I would like to do something each week that brings you something that I have learned over the course of my life.
My friend and maybe soon to be co-host of the podcast comes and visits for his first ever podcast recording. He is nervous at first and then once he finally has a chnace to relax it settles into a good conversation. Stay tuned to find out if Brian can make the switch and come do this with me on a regular basis. Only time will tell. Take a listen and leave a review. Let us know what you would like to hear going forward. If you want to watch you can alwasy find us on YouTube at Industrious Guy TV
Jax and I discuss whether or not he feels pressure form dad but also some of the screw ups I had at his age. The conversation gets started on a shear whim. We have no agenda and begin by just talking, so much fun to do these with Jaxson. He helps me understand myself and him all at the same time. By the way, I was able to get him to watch one of my YouTube videos.
Just home from vacation to Yellowstone and a few other beautiful states, I just want to talk about the beauty of the american west and a few minutes on what I learned while I was out there. It was a great adventure and one that I would plan for better next time. There is much to see and do out in the wild lands of america and I have barely scratched the surface. I wonder if they have a job where you get to drive and experience different towns all over america. That would seem like a really good job, I should look into that.
Sometimes it can be discouraging starting something new. This week I talk to Jax about being the new guy in sport and in creating. How you have to push through the adversity and sometimes hearing people talk smack behind your back. The people that make fun of us are usually the ones who seem to be a little intimidated by what you represent. It is hard to remember that at times and it is important to perservere through the beginning to where the fun begins and you stop worrying, and start being good. It takes time, and you must be patient.
Doing the difficult things makes all of life's choices just a little easier. Having the discipline to get out there and get things done. Making the choices to do what makes you happy. It all takes practice, and the only way to get better at things is to do them. We often times don't do the things we want to do because it would require us to be a beginner and nothing is more difficult than being a beginner and chasing your dreams. A little discipline can help you get over that hump and on your way to a better life. For you and everyone in your life.
What we do can be just for fun, however when we set intentions or our actions it brings them a sense of importance. Whether you are trying to accomlish goals over a period of time or setting out for something today. What are your intentions for the task. What are you hoping to accomplish and are you doing what is needed to complete these tasks. Today I talk about setting intentions for the things you do so you are not spinning your wheels and just doing the same thing over and over.
Recorded this episode while driving home after a great last day of snowboarding on the mountain. The powder was good and the sun was out. Knowing that I was leaving town the next day I wanted to record again with Jax before I left.
I am pretty impressed by my 14 year old son's definition of success. I know that I never could have answered as maturely when I was his age. Take a listen and let me know what you think. An idea I ponder daily, will I ever achieve it or am I already there. Find me on @IndustriousGuy on Facebook, Instagram, and at IndustriousGuy.com
Brief explanation as to why I do the podcast and what I hope to have come from it. Call it a passion project, call it a goof. It is fun and it helps me be outside my comfort zone in a lot of ways.
I unfortinately erased the first 23 episodes out of anger because of circumstances that are beyond me, but we are back and in this first episode back in over a year my son Jax and I pick up right where we left off. Talking about nonsense and anime. Listen in and find out.
