My son Jared joins me on the podcast today and I could not be more proud of him. Him and his friends have all gone into blue-collar work which we all know is in need of more skilled people. A lot of people talk poorly of the next generation but this is proof that their are hard working young men and women ready to join the workforce. Not every young person is lazy and without goals.

A great way to show your family that you love and care for them is to have everything ready financially for your death. This can truly smooth out the process for them and also keep the government and lawyers from getting what you leave behind.

My good friend Nicole Segreto joins me today with her two daughters.  I wanted to speak with all of them about their family dynamic and talk to Nicole about what it's like to raise two strong daughters. I also wanted her daughters perspective about family and how they see the relationship. 

I have never really talked about this openly on the podcast. I want to talk about marriage today. I married very young, I was 20 years old. That is not the norm but I am so happy that I did. I think it gives me a lot of insight. No one is pretending that any marriage is perfect, but I think advice and talking about these things can be beneficial for everyone!
