A pesar de enfrentar una crisis devastadora en su matrimonio hace años, encontraron esperanza en la verdad de que nuestro Redentor vive, enfatizando que Dios puede convertir los reveses en algo extraordinario. Despite facing a devastating crisis in their marriage years ago, they found hope in the truth that our Redeemer lives, emphasizing that God can turn setbacks into something extraordinary. They reminded us that living a Spirit-led life filled with righteousness, peace, and joy not only benefits us but also draws others to Christ through our transformed lives. By anchoring our hope in the finished work of the cross and aligning our hearts with God's promises, we can experience true transformation from the inside out. And for those who struggle to hear the Holy Spirit, they reassured us that the Word promises, “My sheep hear my voice,” and offered guidance on practicing hearing God's voice.

8/18/24 9 am Vida Church Building a place where people can Encounter God, Belong to a Family, and Be Transformed by the Word of God. ------------------------------------------- God's passionate desire for believers is to move from crisis to thriving, living in the abundance He has planned for His family on earth. Embracing this abundance shifts our focus from our own needs to the needs of others, making us vessels of God's love and disciples of Jesus Christ. Living in overflow in every area of our lives involves the cycle of giving and receiving. This abundance requires the use of heaven's currency, which is honor. Honoring God, parents, spouses, the Word of God, and the spiritual gifts in each other builds our spiritual bank account and propels us from one level of glory to the next. Every member of God's family is priceless, with unique gifts meant to build up the body of Christ. Embracing the richness God has deposited in others makes honor a way of life.

The message emphasized the power of compassion in unlocking the supernatural in our lives and challenged listeners to embrace their weaknesses, as they allow God's strength to work through them. The sermon also reminded the listeners that feeling weak or inadequate can actually be our greatest strengths. He pointed to the disciples' experience in Acts 1:4 as an example, highlighting that they only began their mission after receiving the Holy Spirit. Pastor Ben also stressed the need to discover and utilize spiritual gifts, listen to the Holy Spirit, and have a willingness to prophesy, as these are essential for demonstrating God's power on earth. Additionally, Pastor Ben encouraged the congregation to embrace the Holy Spirit's power and not shrink back in fear. He emphasized the need to become willing vessels through which the Holy Spirit can work to demonstrate God's glory and love.
