Hello lovely people and welcome to season 2 of Transcendental Kink, I am delighted to share a conversation with Scott, whom I met through a FB group I enjoy very much: The Melbourne Salon - Over 50s Ethical Non-Monogamy. Although this group isn't focused on kink, there are many people there who are interested in and practice kink and also ENM, or Ethical Non-Monogamy. Scott brings an original perspective on a topic I've been pondering for a while. Namely how the desire to possess within a power exchange relationship can coexist with ethical non-monogamy. His original approach to this conundrum, as well as to many other situations, reminds me that it is useful to step out occasionally from our very specialised kink community. We are all thoughtful people but keeping ourselves to ourselves we often recycle the same ideas making very little progress. Seeing other approaches from people who either occupy a different space or combine various interests in a unique way, gives us the opportunity to question our beliefs that we hold perhaps too tightly. I learnt a lot from this conversation and I am delighted to share it with you all.
