El presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, defiende que su partido actuó con contundencia para marcar distancias con Santos Cerdán. La OCU acredita ahora que el exsecretario de organización del PSOE tue un papel central en una trama que desviaba, supuestamente, comisiones por la concesión de obra pública, a través de la empresa Servinabar de la que Cerdán tiene el 45% de las acciones. Llegó a ganar casi 7 millones de euros procedentes de Acciona. Además, la Guardia Civil detiene al presidente y al vicepresidente de la Diputación de  Almería y al alcalde del municipio de Fines por formar parte de una trama que inflaba el precio de las mascarillas durante la pandemia. Y este miércoles es el último día para que el PP presente a su candidato a suceder a Mazón en la Generalitat, aunque todavía no está claro que Vox lo vaya a aprobar. 

El informe de la UCO apuntala las sospechas en torno al ex secretario de Organización del PSOE por el cobro de comisiones ilegales. Acaba el plazo para que Juanfran Pérez Llorca se convierta en sucesor de Mazón con el apoyo necesario de Vox. Y Trump justifica como "cosas que pasan" el asesinato de Jamal Khashoggi, sentado junto al príncipe saudí que lo encargó.

Hace 47 años fue asesinado por disparos de la policía armada José García Caparrós en Málaga, cuando participaba en una manifestación en favor de la autonomía andaluza. Sus hermanas podrán por fin acceder a la documentación completa sobre la Comisión que convocó el Congreso de los Diputados. Podrán leer los folios sin tachaduras. Los sucesos acababan sin culpables en el banquillo o con instrucciones desastrosas. El crimen de los Galindo o el de los Urquijo son dos ejemplos. También del plano nacional, Mazón continúa el vía crucis de las comparecencias en las comisiones de investigación. Y de lo internacional,  Zelenski llega a España en plena ruta exterior para conseguir apoyos contra Rusia. El Presidente ucraniano sufre problemas internos de corrupción que lastran su círculo más próximo.

Mazón insistió ante el Congreso de los Diputados en que no tenía responsabilidades el día de la tragedia y volvió a  señalar al Gobierno por la falta de información, algo que la jueza de la dana ha desmontado en varias ocasiones. Lo único nuevo que dijo fue que no respondió a las llamadas de su consejera de emergencia a las 19:11 y de las 19:36 fue porque puede que tuviera el móvil en la mochila. Además, la exmilitante socialista Leire Díez admite que se reunió un par de veces con Santos Cerdán, pero asegura que fue en condición de periodista. Y, en Madrid, el alcalde de Alpedrete del PP rectifica después de negar que el asesinato de una mujer a manos supuestamente de su pareja con 50 puñaladas, fuese un asesinato machista.
