Las asociaciones de víctimas de la dana se muestran prudentes ante la posibilidad que el expresident valenciano, Carlos Mazón, de poder ser juzgado por su gestión de los hechos. La presidenta de la Asociación Víctimas Mortales de la Dana 29-O, Rosa Álvarez, explica que la noticia "ha sido inesperada" pero sí que prefieren que en este caso el Tribunal Superior de Justicia se quedase solo la causa sobre Mazón, por ser aforado, y no la causa completa. Sobre está condición de aforda, Álvarez lamenta que el PP no le obligue a renunciar al acta: "Son contudentes con otros casos como la presunta agresión sexual cometida por el DAO y aquí, que está todo tan claro, que a esperar". Las víctimas también han podido hablar ante Les Corts, un hecho que ha defendido Álvarez como una victoria de las asociaciones: "no es una invitación, las dos asociaciones mayoritarias doblegamos la voluntad de PP y Vox". We listen to Maz's Hall of Fame speech at Cooperstown. Pirates Hall of Famer Steve Blass joins to share memories of Maz, his good friend and teammate in the 60s and 70s.

Pirates Hall of Famer and former Pirates broadcaster Steve Blass joined the show. Steve played with Bill Mazeroski and Roberto Clemente on some of the best Pirates teams of all time. Steve said that Maz was a great person and never changed himself. Steve remembers how great of a defender Maz was and how he helped Steve through so many hard moments.

Jack Hughes' goal was one of the best moments in American sports history, but nothing was like Bill Mazeroski hitting a walk-off home run in Game 7 of the World Series. Laiks arī bija visai auksts – Latvijas Vides ģeoloģijas un meteoroloģijas centra Priekuļu stacija ziņo par aptuveni -5° grādu salu, par Frīmentlu nezinu. Tādēļ Andris Veismanis, iespējams, atceras savu interpretāciju Volfganga Amadeja Mocarta [2] stīgu Serenādei Nr. 13 "Mazā naktsmūzika" Solmažorā, K. 525 īstenotu ar Vidzemes kamerorķestra stīgām tovakar, Raiņa ielā 3, Valmieras 5. vidusskolas Lielajā zālē. Katra no melodijām bija īpašā godā. Raugoties pagātnē, gribas secināt, ka šī interpretācija būs bijusi viens no neredzamajiem Andra Veismaņa karjeras virzītājspēkiem. Šo izcilo meistardarbu meistars tika atskaņojis arī iepriekšējā – IV Senās Mūzikas festivālā Valmierā 6. janvārī, plkst. 18:30 turpat ar to pašu orķestri, un togad Priekuļos esot bijis pat -7° grādu sals. Tomēr tādu radošu veiksmi mierīgi var atkārtot, un šoreiz šim darbam turklāt bija atrasts konģeniāls turpinājums. "Foo Fighters" 1995. gada 6. janvārī vēl pirmo koncertu nebija nospēlējuši. Bet par to nedaudz vēlāk. Divas ar "Mazo nakts mūziku" saistītas raksturīgas detaļas aprakstījis Orins Hovards [3] Losandželosas filharmoniķu mājaslapā anotējot kādu citu – ne "Foo Fighters" – koncertu [4]. Pirmā: "18. gs. otrajā pusē serenāde tipiski tika rakstīta pietiekami mazam ansamblim (bieži pūtēju ansamblim), lai būtu ērti izpildāma ārpus telpām, un atšķirībā no simfonijas tajā parasti bija vairāk nekā četras daļas." Otrā: "Savu darbu katalogā "Mazo nakts mūziku" Mocarts iegrāmato kā piecdaļīgu. Diemžēl saglabājušās tikai četras daļas. Pirmā – menuets – aizgājusi zudībā." [5] Maestro Veismanis noteikti zina nesalīdzināmi vairāk ar šo skaņdarbu saistītu detaļu. Tomēr galvenais – viņš ir īsts interprets ar daudzkārt apliecinātu vēlmi skrupulozi iedziļināties senpagājušu laikmetu autoru darbos. Andrim Veismanim šie darbi interesē. Tajos viņš jūtas kā mājās. Domāju, ka diriģentu sajūsmina iespēja tur atrasto no sirds triekt esošajam laikmetam sirdī kā Amoram bultu. Vēlu meistaram turpināt triekt bultas laikmetam sirdī vēl un vēl! Bet tovakar Valmierā pēc Mocarta "Mazās naktsmūzikas" Andris Veismanis ar pārējiem mūziķiem sasniedza vēl otru virsotni. Sekoja triumfāla interpretācija slavenākajai no Antonio Vivaldi trim "Gloria" – Re mažorā, RV 589. Uzreiz jāmin Cēsu Pils kora devums šī venēciešu dižgara šedevra iedzīvināšanā. Pateicoties lieliski sagatavotajam korim, Veismaņa žests absolūtā pazemībā Dieva vārda priekšā varēja izteikt vārdos neizsakāmo. No sirds. Taisnība ir Emanuēla Svēdenborga [6] atziņā, ka tā Kunga žēlsirdība ir universāla un Viņš nevienu ellē negrūž – dvēsele pati vai nu turp tiecas, vai pie tā Kunga uz debesīm. "Kad cilvēkā – garā – labais ir saistīts ar patieso, tad viņš nāk debesī, tāpēc ka šis saistījums, kā teikts, ir debess viņā; bet kad cilvēkā – garā – ļaunais ir saistīts ar nepatieso, tad viņš nāk ellē, tāpēc ka šis saistījums ir elle viņā." Je škoda, že o kvalitné a dostupné vzdelávanie náš štát nemá reálny záujem, v konečnom dôsledku na to doplatíme všetci, hovorí Mazák.Ako je možné, že vzdelávanie ale aj dosiahnuté vzdelanie našich vlastných detí pre nás nie je jednou z našich najvyšších a najdôležitejších priorít? Prečo u nás stále nie je vzdelanie výťahom k lepším socioekonomickým pomerom tých, čo sa naozaj snažia, ale práve naopak - až pričasto doslova väzní detské talenty v pasci socioekonomických pomerov ich rodičov?Prečo naše školy ešte stále tak verne zrkadlia kritiku z čias Márie Terézie a vzdelávanie sa tu neraz podobá 18. storočiu a jediným rozdielom je azda iba elektrina v triedach a tablety v rukách učiteľov? Zabíja náš vzdelávací systém prirodzenú zvedavosť detí a k čomu vedie ten ustavičný cval za ďalšími písomkami, skúšaniami pre skúšanie samotné, ako i všakovakými - neraz úplne nevýpovednými, testami? Prečo ministrom školstva veľkolepo ohlásená “Nežná revolúcia vo vzdelávaní “ zrejme zlyhá a v tej našej slovenskej praxi nebude fungovať a v čom sa štát zásadne mýli, ak chce - namiesto podpory pozitívnych príkladov, hrubou silou štátnej moci nadiktovať jednotné centralizované pravidlá pre všetkých, bez rozdielu ich jedinečnosti a osobitých špecifík? Dá sa vôbec inklúzia vynútiť a v čom tá naša, neraz iba formálna, inklúzia zlyháva? No a napokon, pre koho sú vlastne tie naše všeobecné školy, keď v nich čoraz viac detí zlyháva a ani sa necítia byť v procese vzdelávania šťastné či aspoň akceptované? A ako to, že narastá počet detí, ktoré sú zo štandardného vzdelávacieho procesu vyčleňované a vieme to zmeniť? Naozaj to tak má byť a ak nie, ako z toho bludného kruhu s čoraz horšími výsledkami vystúpiť?Staviame systém pre čoraz viac sa zmenšujúcu sa normu, tvrdí Mazák, riaditeľ školy, v ktorej sú si učitelia a žiaci partnermi. “Keď postavíte systém kde tretina sú výnimky, tak ten systém asi nie je v poriadku. To nie je systém. Ak by sme mali nastavovať vzdelávací systém, tak by sme ho nemali dizajnovať na ekonomiku prevádzky, ale stavať ho najmä na jedinečnosti detí a možností toho, aby mohli rásť tak, ako to potrebujú,” dodáva.Ráno Nahlas, tentoraz s riaditeľom experimentálnej Slobodnej školy v Košiciach Jurajom Mazákom. Fake News fluten das Netz und KI wird immer schwieriger zu durchschauen. Was ist echt und was ist falsch? In einem grossen Experiment testet «Einstein», wie sich jung und alt heute im Medien-Dschungel schlägt und dabei voneinander lernen könnte. Wie begegnet uns Fake-News-Content heute im Alltag und wie gehen wir damit um? Dabei geht es insbesondere um die Flut an solchem Content und die Geschwindigkeit, mit der wir uns damit auseinandersetzen müssen. Angesichts der technischen Entwicklungen ist es absolut wichtig, gute Strategien und eine Resilienz gegen Fake-News-Content auf- und auszubauen. Das Experiment Drei Familien mit je vier Probandinnen und Probanden, vom Boomer bis zur Generation Alpha, testen experimentell an verschiedenen Medienstationen ausgewählte Inhalte – einige sind Fake, andere nicht. Zugeschnitten auf den Medienkonsum auf Social Media, mobil und rasch abrufbar und genauso schnell wieder weg – so, wie uns das im Alltag meist begegnet. Wo vertrauen wir welchem Content, wie schnell entscheiden wir und was teilen wir mit unseren Peers? Wie geht man vor, um bestimmte Narrative zu hinterfragen? Und wie steht es generell um die Resilienz im Umgang mit Fake-News-Content? Was können die Generationen voneinander lernen? Das praxisnahe Experiment in der Ausstellungsfläche «Wirklich?!» des Verkehrshauses Luzern gibt einen Einblick in die Mechanismen und Wirkungsweisen im Umgang mit Fake-Inhalten heute. Erklärungen und Einschätzungen Nadine Klopfenstein vom Institut für angewandte Medienwissenschaften der ZHAW schätzt das Verhalten der Probandinnen und Probanden ein, gibt Tipps und erläutert den Stand der Medienforschung zum Thema Umgang mit Fakes. Abgerundet wird die Expertise rund um KI und deren Regulierung durch Reto Vogt, Leiter digitale Medien und KI am MAZ, und SRF-Digitalredaktor Jürg Tschirren. Beide Experten geben Einblick in die Wechselbeziehungen von KI, Bots und Fake-Content auf den Social-Media-Plattformen.
