After a week off and both guys spending some time being sick they rise from the ashes for an E3 Blowout Podcast. But first some catching up. Hank saw (and wrote up a review for…) Jurassic World. Also the Steam Sale happened so he played a ton of games: Elite Dangerous, Galactic Civilizations III, Verdun, Lethal League, Ultra Street Fighter IV, and Game of Thrones (Telltale). Both he and Paul played Duck Game and tried out the new Tavern Brawl in Hearthstone. Paul revisited Final Fantasy VII and then tried out AKIBA’S TRIP: Undead & Undressed. With that out of the way, the guys are joined by @T_Pomps and @FoxytheKid to break down E3.
Puss hej!

What’s the point of using science fiction in your game? Tom Chick talks to Galactic Civilizations III designer Paul Boyer about what the use of science fiction brings to your game design. Why bother when you can just be a history game? Or a game with elfs and dragons? The post Qt3 Games Podcast: why sci-fi? appeared first on Quarter to Three.
