Punk Goes Pod has officially reached 100 episodes! In an episode that is the length of 100 episodes, Sam talks too much about Offspring frontman Dexter Holland, plus he has his citizenship revoked when he mishears a Kylie Minogue lyric, and we decide whether we should start a Rednex franchise. We also discuss the Russian nesting doll of a song that is "Torn" which was covered and performed by Natalie, and was later covered by Hands Like Houses for Punk Goes 90's Volume 2. New album out "Anon" and new song out "Monster". The Australian band Hands Like Houses have a unique sound and perspective poised to share it with their fans. Hands Like Houses have been together since 2008. Their latest album was a bit of a grueling process. Working on the project for 52 weeks straight, lead singer Trenton Woodley admitted that the band was at each others throats at times. Only natural when you spend that much time with anybody. "Anon" was released back in October. The band has enjoyed success off of their single "Monster" after the song got picked up by WWE for an event. Hands Like Houses also recorded an outside the box cover doing their rendition of Natalie Imbruglia's song "Torn". How has the band grown over the years with their sound? Trenton talks about that in depth. Their vision is a bit more polished since beginnings back in 2008. How does he feel they've grown as artists? Hear about their touring plans for the future and what the goals are of the band on episode 83 of the DOMKcast. New episodes available every Friday afternoon at 2pm on the iHeartRadio app, Spreaker, Stitcher, or iTunes. #DOMKRocks
