Während der Cobra Commander mit seinem Weather Dominator seit Tagen die Temperaturen ins Unerträgliche steigen lässt und somit nicht nur den Joes so richtig einheizt, haben wir uns unter diesen "sehr angenehmen" Umständen zusammengesetzt, um über ihn und andere mehr oder minder bekannte Antagonisten, Gegenspieler & Bösewichter zu reden. Anstatt uns durch unsere gewohnten Kategorien zu hangeln, werden wir uns in der 124. Folge des Gemischtwarenladens in Blog- und Podcastform durch die unterschiedlichen Arten böser Führer und Alleingänger kämpfen. Da hätten wir Psychopathen & Serienkiller, Superschurken mit dem Fable für extravagante Verstecke, Monster, Mutanten & Tiere, Maschinen & KIs, gespaltene Persönlichkeiten und die klassischen Gegenspieler, die nur da sind, um den Protagonisten und Helden auf Trab zu halten. Dabei werden wir euch auch einen Einblick geben, was wir an ihnen interessant oder völlig daneben finden, um abschließend unsere persönlichen Favoriten zu küren.Bei der Hitze müssen natürlich auch zwischenzeitliche Erfrischungspausen her und die verschaffen uns wie gewohnt unsere musikalischen Gäste. Aus Boston, Massachusetts begrüßen wir erneut die Alternative Rockband Somos und aus der Bay Area in California das Indie Rocktrio Tommy Boys, die sich in dieser Episode mit jeweils zwei neuen Songs verewigen und bei all den bösen Schurken die sonst so fröhliche und sommerliche Stimmung hochhalten werden.Im Grunde bekommt ihr mit dieser Episode genau das, was ihr von uns gewohnt seid, um durch die anstehenden Tage und Wochen zu gehen bis wir uns mit Folge #125 wieder zurückmelden. Die Durchsage eines genauen Termins für die Folge werden wir uns auch hier erneut verkneifen, da wir es selber nicht so genau wissen, wann genau wir uns wieder an einen Tisch setzen werden. Aber die Möglichkeit besteht, dass dies früher als gedacht geschehen könnte.
