Geoengineering, wie etwa das Cloudseeding wurde schon während des zweiten Weltkrieges vom britischen Militär erprobt und vom US-amerikanischen Militär im Vietnamkrieg eingesetzt, um die Monsunsaison zu verlängern, und so die Bewegungsmöglichkeiten des Vietcong einzuschränken. Cloudseeding zielt wahlweise darauf ab, Wolken abregnen zu lassen, um an anderer Stelle einen wolkenfreien Himmel zu bekommen, oder darauf, bestimmte Regionen zu beregnen. Dabei werden die Wolken mit chemischen Substanzen, meist Silberiodid, besprüht, oder aber mit elektrischen Impulsen stimuliert, um den Regen zu provozieren. Wie bereits thematisiert wird diese Technologie bereits seit Jahrzehnten auf allen Kontinenten angewendet. Die USA, China, Russland, Israel, Marokko, viele europäische Länder und die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate nutzen sie, um Regen zu erzeugen, und in Deutschland dient das Geoengineering der Abwehr von Hagel in Weinbaugebieten. Spätestens seit der Olympiade in China im Jahr 2008 ist die Existenz dieser Technologie der breiten Öffentlichkeit bekannt. (1)Darüber hinaus gibt es jedoch Bestrebungen verschiedener Staaten, und hier insbesondere des Militärs und der Geheimdienste, das Wetter vollständig zu kontrollieren. Zahlreiche Berichte und Papiere belegen, dass das US-Militär schon lange daran arbeitet, das globale Wetter bis zu diesem Jahr vollständig unter Kontrolle zu bekommen. Zentral dafür ist die Herrschaft über die Wärmeverteilung in der Atmosphäre, die unter Anderem durch elektromagnetische Wellen beeinflusst werden können soll. Hier kommen Anlagen wie HAARP ins Spiel, deren Existenz gesichert ist, deren Zweck sich aber offiziell auf die Erforschung der Ionosphäre beschränkt. Viele Spekulationen und Theorien, die eine Beeinflussung des Wetters oder die Erzeugung von Erdbeben mittels dieser Anlagen behaupten haben zwar eine wissenschaftliche Grundlage und werden sogar durch die zugrundeliegenden Patente gestützt, allerdings ist die praktische Umsetzung derzeit kaum nachweisbar. (2)Auch das Geoengineering – vielleicht sollte man lieber von Climateengineering sprechen – das momentan in den Medien zur Abwendung des sogenannten menschengemachten Klimawandels vorangetrieben wird, und sich offiziell lediglich in der Testphase befindet, könnte ein Bestandteil dieser angestrebten Herrschaft über das Wetter sein. Hier werden wahlweise die Entfernung des Kohlenstoffdioxids aus der Atmosphäre, oder das Ausbringen von Partikeln zur Abdunkelung der Sonne oder Aufhellung der Wolken angestrebt, um die Rückstrahlung der Sonneneinstrahlung zu erhöhen. Jedoch gibt es zahlreiche Spekulationen und Vermutungen, dass dieses Einbringen von Partikeln in der Atmosphäre bereits seit Jahrzehnten stattfindet. Hier ist die Rede von Aluminium, Strontium, Bor und anderen Metallen, die als Nanopartikel mittels Flugzeugen in der Atmosphäre ausgebracht werden, und die seltsamen, persistierenden Streifen am Himmel erklären. Mittels HAARP in Verbindung mit diesen Partikeln sollen dann, so die Theorie, Luftmassen verschoben und ionosphärische Schichten angehoben werden können, um das Wetter global zu manipulieren und sogar Erdbeben zu erzeugen. Und auch, wenn die Hintermänner einer solchen globalen Operation bislang unbekannt sind, und der technische Aufwand enorm scheint, so gibt es doch immer wieder Hinweise darauf, dass es sich dabei um mehr handeln könnte, als reine Spekulation. Es wurde deutlich herausgearbeitet, dass Geoengineering zum Zwecke der direkten Beeinflussung des Wetters bereits angewendet wird, vor allem in Form des sogenannten Cloudseedings. Zudem finden andere Strategien der Beeinflussung des Klimas zur angeblichen Bekämpfung des vorgeblich menschengemachten Klimawandels statt. Dabei kommen hauptsächlich Kohlenstoffdioxidentfernung aus der Atmosphäre (CDR) oder Solares Strahlungsmanagement (SRM) in Form von Aerosolinjektionen in die Stratosphäre (SAI) in Betracht. Diese Technologien werden diskutiert und zum Teil bereits erprobt und angewendet. Darüber hinaus wurde die lange Geschichte der militärischen Erforschung von Eingriffen in die Atmosphäre, Ionosphäre, das Erdmagnetfeld und die Van-Allen-Strahlungsgürtel thematisiert. Hier kommen auch Technologien wie HAARP als mögliche Anlagen zur Beeinflussung von Wind und Wetter, und möglicherweise zum Auslösen von Erdbeben in Betracht. (1) (2)All diese Technologien finden entweder bereits Anwendung oder werden zumindest theoretisch und in der Wissenschaft diskutiert. Eingriffe in den Himmel, oder genauer, in die Atmosphäre sind bereits Gang und Gäbe. Cloudseeding zur Verhinderung von Hagel oder Erzeugung von Regen ist dabei die verbreitetste Technologie, die zwar vom Militär entwickelt wurde, mittlerweile aber auch per Flugzeug oder Drohne zu zivilen Zwecken eingesetzt wird. Doch Cloudseeding hat nichts mit dem Phänomen zu tun, das als Chemtrails bezeichnet wird. Denn Cloudseeding zielt darauf ab, Wolken zu beeinflusse, dass sie abregnen, oder um Hagel zu verhindern. Es geht darum einen direkten, lokalen Wettereffekt zu erzeugen. Auch, wenn bei den sogenannten Chemtrails Wolken entstehen: Mehr passiert in der Regel nicht. Allerdings wurde auch dieses Phänomen medial und wissenschaftlich in der Vergangenheit besprochen.Doch was ist nun dran, an den sogenannten Chemtrails? Wenn es nach Peter Kirby geht, der sich schon seit Jahren mit dem Thema beschäftigt, und einen eigenen Kanal (3) unterhält, auf dem er ausgiebig zu dem Thema publiziert, dann eine ganze Menge. Ihm zufolge könne man wissenschaftlich nachweisen, dass Chemtrails real sind. So führt er die Messungen von Wasser- und Schneeproben in den USA auf Schadstoffe an. In diesen seien, verteilt über mehrere Bundesstaaten, erhöhte Werte bestimmter Stoffe wie Strontium, Aluminium oder Bor gefunden worden. Diese gleichmäßige Verteilung lässt sich nur erklären, wenn diese Stoffe gleichmäßig in der Atmosphäre verteilt werden – wie das bei den Flugzeugstreifen der Fall wäre. Zudem beruft er sich auf radiometrische Messungen des durch solchermaßen entstandene Wolken fallenden Sonnenlichts. Diese deuten daraufhin, dass es sich nicht um einfach Kondensstreifen oder normale Wolken handelt. Peter Kirby erklärt zudem, dass es mit dem Ausbringen der Substanzen in der Atmosphäre allein nicht getan ist. Utah's Division of Water Resources says that cloud seeding — a procedure that increases snowfall by injecting silver iodide into the atmosphere — adds about 200,000 acre feet of water to the state's river system each year. But there's a catch. Cloud seeding only works when it's already snowing. And this winter, it's been so dry in southeastern Utah, there were hardly enough clouds in the sky for the state to operate its new cloud seeding stations in the La Sal Mountains. Elon Musk continues to censor and silence his conservative critics on Twitter (X), and the MAGA crowd is furious that the “free speech absolutist” turned out to be a big fat liar on the issue of censorship.
