Despite the most savage and determined fighting, the weather heavily influenced the failure of the German assault upon the Soviet Union.   Any effective military will invest whatever it can to predict, manage, and manipulate weather systems.   More recently, during the Vietnam War, the US seeded clouds over the Ho Chi Min trail in order to mire down enemy North Vietnamese soldiers from moving South.   Growing Concern About Abuses of Weather Control in the US   Many concerns have arisen that Earth's weather is being manipulated in ways harmful to the citizenry and the economy. The hurricane that hit the Hawaiian Island of Maui and the accompanying firestorm that devastated the town of Lahaina in 2023 with grave loss of life and destruction of the community appeared very suspicious. Hurricane Helene and then Milton chewed up Florida and demolished Southeastern Appalachia communities in North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. The federal government funds, coordinates, and gives orders to its own branches and federal agencies and to non-government organizations (NGOs), nonprofits, universities, and others to censor and eliminate free speech. There are literally hundreds of thousands of hired individuals manipulating the truth as hired guns through traditional news outlets, social media, university outlets, book publishers, and scientific journals.   Weather Modification, Inc.   The absurdity of these government denials was recently highlighted by a photo of a plane on TikTok with a large corporate logo across its fuselage that said, “Weather Modification, International.” The Weather Modification International website was surprisingly empty, but when I checked the web archive for earlier versions, I found that their website started being stripped of data in early 2020. The 2019 archive offered a more robust introduction to the company. Turns out, Weather Modification Inc. has been operating since its founding in 1961 by two farmers/pilots. As of 2019, the company had grown to almost 40 aircraft and 100 personnel. He concludes that proving federal or any other attempts to modify the hurricanes cannot be done but that seeding with chemicals or mechanical devices is possible but there is no data to prove it in this case.   Jim Lee examines in detail on his website why radar or HAARP involvement is impossible, explaining:   First of all, HAARP was not on during either of these storms. Reasons for manipulating weather vary and include efforts to increase or decrease rainfall and water tables through snow melt and to encourage greater amounts of snow for ski season. Well, the following article will help us discern the truth. The article titled, 'Despite past failures, weather modification endures,' from American Association for the Advancement of Science states;" For centuries there have been attempts to manipulate the weather, from ancient rituals designed to bring rain, to modern day cloud seeding. But where some past attempts were pseudo-scientific at best, weather modification continues to gain ground in an effort to solve some of the world's most devastating weather-related problems.Weather modification includes attempts to create more rain, prevent rain, reduce hail, prevent fog, make snow, or reduce the severity of a hurricane. Although often used to create more precipitation in drought-prone regions, in some cases, weather modification has been a matter of convenience more than necessity. The Chinese government credited weather modification for assuring good weather for the 2008 Olympics. Rockets were used to induce rain by cloud seeding other areas in an attempt to keep the rain away from Beijing, specifically during the opening and closing ceremonies. In fact, the Beijing Meteorological Bureau has a Beijing Weather Modification Office dedicated to controlling the weather in the city and surrounding areas.Cloud seeding was discovered by accident in July 1946 by scientist Vincent Schaefer, who was conducting a laboratory experiment at General Electric Research labs in New York. He was trying to produce a cloud in a chest freezer but it wasn't cold enough, so he put slabs of dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) in the freezer to cool it. And why would the government destroy parts of their own country? Because out of chaos comes order and with fear comes dependence as the supply chain collapses and the grid becomes useless. From there, the state pushes digital IDs, emergency orders, CBDCs, attached carbon and social credits (people will blindly believe this is "climate change" due to cO2) and eventually 15 Minute Cities. It's the obvious direction of the World Economic Forum and it's being adopted everywhere with food rations and electricity rations. Spain even involved itself with the United Nations in April to July 2020 as we reported at the time "spraying the skies with heavy metals to combat covid." They're obviously open to eugenics and creating mass psychosis. The United Nations recently passed The Pact For The Future which we had previously reported on with Mark Gonzales. 193 countries agreed to this LAW. This involves all countries to bow to net zero, bans on meat by 2029 as well as air travel. It involves having a digital ID and a carbon credit score attached to a digital bank account which can shut you out if you say negative things about the government. This passed and few realized. And it just happens that they're pushing weather modification to the brink simultaneously as well as destroying the supply chain with World War 3, Civil War, the Bird Flu hoax which involves culling massive numbers of animals as well as injecting the food supply and of course the elimination of farm land. Now, Hurricane Milton which started as a tropical storm escalated ENORMOUSLY, now climbing above 210mph. It has hit a category 5 and some experts are claiming it could hit a category 6. It could be one of the largest hurricanes to ever hit a city in the United States! There are strange anomalies here as well. The storm is increasing in size dramatically as it goes in land. It's hitting cities directly. There are strange NOAA aircrafts seen on trackers circling the storm in almost the perfect direction to steer it. We saw similar things with Hurricane Otis which devastated Acapulco last year. A category 5 that developed from a tropical storm, directed into the center of the city. Last week, Hurricane John hit Acapulco again. First the hurricane hit, went out to sea, turned around and hit a second time. As people laugh at Marjorie Taylor Greene for saying the government can control the weather, there is no doubt of this. While Community Notes on X claims that cloud seeding couldn't lead to the manipulation of hurricanes, the combination of cloud seeding and laser based control mechanisms which are entirely declassified (like HAARP and its partner projects which one happens to have a home off the shores of Florida) CAN manipulate, escalate and steer major hurricanes. Obama's CIA Director Brennan openly proclaimed they could do this. This isn't some fantasy made up by a whack job. This is reality and people want to reject it because it makes them feel more comfortable, or they're far too lazy to do a little research themselves. This isn't just stratospheric aerosol geoengineering. This is full scale weather warfare. With this, they can destroy the supply chain and the grid. They can destroy FEMA. They can replace FEMA with a new technocratic ration system out of "emergency orders." Just like they can replace the current supply chain with poisonous ration food which they're already trial running and a new surveillance based grid. World War 3, Civil War, the bird flu hoax to cull animals and inject others, economic collapse and of course the climate scam all plays into this. As we've reported, just before Hurricane Helene, 193 countries signed on to The United Nations Pact For The Future which includes carbon credits, food rations, digital IDs and bank accounts being shut down if you say negative things about the government. It also includes fuel and meat rations and eventually a ban on meat and travel. The WEF said themselves in 2022 that "Covid" was a test run for compliance to push people into 15 Minute Cities.
