"If we can really understand that ayurveda is designed to help us have homeostatis in our physical body, our body temple, then we can really take the journey of yoga to uncover our greatness. Otherwise, we are always using our yoga practice for healing, and what we want is self evolution." Dharma breaks down in very understandable terms, what the science of ayurveda says about our bodies, our doshas or types, and how best to balance those for your very best health. We talk about how yoga and ayurveda go hand in hand to create balance. Hosted by: Certified Life Coach, Joni Caldwell Lerner, M.Bsc.
