In this episode of the International Enneagram Association podcast, A.H. Almaas, a spiritual leader and founder of the Ridwan School and the Diamond Approach to Self-Realization, discusses the interconnection between psychology and spirituality within the Enneagram. Rather than treating these as separate parallel processes, Almas explains how the Enneagram reveals them as two inseparable facets of the same consciousness. He explores the Enneagram's nine holy ideas, emphasizing that understanding the holy ideas represents a shift in perspective that transforms how we perceive ourselves, others, and reality itself.Connect with us:Web: internationalenneagram.orgJoin the email list: administration@internationalenneagram.orgA.H. This talk is from an event sponsored by the Hindu Council of Australia in cooperation with the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga. The question was whether there is a distinction between Dharma and Sanatana Dharma? Acharya das explained that while Dharma has conventional definitions including customary religious observance, prescribed conduct, duty, religion, and good works, it has a deeper meaning as an intrinsic characteristic that makes something what it is - something that cannot be removed without changing the fundamental nature of that thing. He provided examples of heat and light being the dharma of fire, sweetness being the dharma of sugar, and liquidity being the dharma of water.Sanatana as meaning eternal, perpetual, permanent, everlasting, and primeval, distinguishing Sanatana Dharma from conventional religion by explaining that it deals with the eternal nature of the living being or spirit soul (atma). Acharya das distinguished Sanatana Dharma as dealing with the eternal nature of the living being or soul (atma), referencing Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada's teachings that Sanatana Dharma refers to activities that cannot be changed and represents the eternal function of living entities in relationship with the Supreme Lord. The lecturer addressed the apparent contradiction in the Bhagavad Gita where Krishna instructs Arjuna to abandon all varieties of dharma and surrender unto Him, explaining that this refers to abandoning temporary religious duties to embrace one's eternal spiritual nature. Acharya das proposed that true self-realization requires understanding the three aspects of the self/soul: one's essence (being Brahman while maintaining distinction from Paramatma), one's position (equal to all living beings but subservient to the Supreme Being), and one's natural function (to love and to serve.) He concluded that bhakti - rendering eternal loving service to the Lord - is the natural function of the living being and the true definition of Sanatana Dharma. Quotes used in the talk:Abandon all varieties of religion and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reaction. Do not fear. - Bhagavad-gītā 18.66Pure love for Kṛṣṇa is eternally established in the hearts of the living entities. It is not something to be gained from another source. When the heart is purified by hearing and chanting, this love naturally awakens. - Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta, Madhya-līlā 22.107 By chanting the holy name of the Lord, one dissolves his entanglement in material activities. After this, one becomes very attracted to Krishna, and thus dormant love for Krishna is awakened. - Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta, Madhya-līlā 15.109 Chapters 00:00:00 Introduction to Dharma vs Sanatana Dharma 00:05:50 Deeper Understanding of Dharma 00:06:28 Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada's Teachings on Sanatana Dharma 00:08:31 The Bhagavad Gita's Apparent Contradiction 00:12:17 Arjuna's Dilemma and Krishna's First Instruction 00:15:35 The Nature of the Eternal Soul 00:17:48 Varieties of Dharma in the Bhagavad Gita 00:22:06 The Temporary Nature of Vanashram Dharma 00:25:31 Self-Realization and the Three Essential Questions 00:29:46 The Position and Relationship of the Soul 00:31:09 The Natural Function and Characteristics of the Soul 00:35:10 Service as the Soul's Natural Expression 00:38:27 Bhakti as Sanatana Dharma 00:41:10 The Awakening of Dormant Love 00:43:22 Free Will and Universal Brotherhood 00:46:04 Conclusion and the Power of Chanting
This is the Q&A from after the talk sponsored by the Hindu Council of Australia in cooperation with the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga. The question was whether there is a distinction between Dharma and Sanatana Dharma? Acharya das concludes this Q&A session with the clarification that Sanatana Dharma is eternal and represents the soul's nature fully expressed in the spiritual dimension, and self-realization is accessible to everyone, as it is the uncovering of their eternal nature rather than being reserved for special individuals. The discussion covers sadhana (spiritual practice) as the means to attain spiritual goals, with meditation on spiritual sounds as the foundational practice. The teacher uses the analogy of fog being burned away by sunlight to describe how regular spiritual practice gradually reveals spiritual clarity and identity. Key components include meditation/chanting, cultivation of yoga wisdom (atma jnana), and spiritual association (sangha). Acharya das also addresses the transformation from ego-centered consciousness to God-centered consciousness, describing the journey from seeing oneself as the central enjoying agent to becoming an eternal servant of God.Chapters 00:00:00 Audience member sharing their understanding of Dharma 00:02:59 Progressive Nature of Vedic Dharma and Spiritual Advancement 00:06:53 Sadhana: The Practical Path to Self-Realization 00:10:37 Essential Elements of Spiritual Practice 00:14:04 Transformation from Ego-Centered to God-Centered Consciousness 00:16:38 The Journey from Self-Centeredness to Selflessness 00:20:30 Practical Spiritual Living and Modern Challenges 00:23:31 Developing Consciousness and Introspection 00:27:41 Emotional Regulation and Practical Wisdom 00:29:27 The Eternal Nature of Sanatana Dharma 00:31:37 Universal Accessibility of Self-Realization 00:32:33 Concluding with Transcendental Sound Practice

Send us Fan MailIn the quest for spiritual awakening, many individuals find themselves grappling with profound questions about their existence and purpose. In this post, we delve into insights shared by spiritual teacher Blaise, who advocates for an integral approach to life and spirituality. Blaise emphasizes the importance of recognizing and embracing the many dimensions of our existence, pushing beyond mere self-realization to truly engage with the world around us. Understanding the Integral ApproachBlaise describes his life mission as advocating for an integral approach to spirituality. This perspective acknowledges that we exist in multiple dimensions and that each is fundamentally important in the process of awakening. Instead of striving to reach a singular destination, life is about unifying and completing the universe itself. This process is particularly relevant for our earth, which, according to Blaise, is experiencing a profound disconnection from these dimensions. The Importance of WholenessBlaise believes that the journey toward awakening involves recognizing the interconnectedness of all things. He emphasizes that our understanding of life must not be limited to our personal experiences or traumas. Instead, it should encompass the broader history of our ancestors, cultures, and the universe itself. This understanding fosters a deeper sense of belonging and purpose, allowing individuals to see themselves as integral parts of a larger tapestry. The Journey Through TraumaA significant part of Blaise's teaching revolves around trauma healing and the relational contexts in which our traumas are formed. He advocates for understanding how our personal experiences are influenced by our family history and the collective memory of our culture. This approach allows individuals to move beyond their immediate pain and recognize the shared struggles of humanity. Healing Through ConnectionBlaise's work in trauma healing highlights the importance of connection. By understanding the roots of our pain and how they relate to the collective experience, we can begin to heal not only ourselves but also contribute to healing the broader community. This collective healing is crucial for our spiritual growth and awakening. The Role of Spiritual TeachersBlaise reflects on the necessity of spiritual teachers who can guide individuals through the complexities of their journeys. He shares his own experiences with mentors and how these relationships have shaped his understanding of spirituality. Spiritual teachers play an essential role in helping us navigate the various dimensions of our existence and in reconnecting with our higher selves.

In this episode of The Healing + Human Potential Podcast, I sit down with spiritual teacher + researcher Aaron Abke to explore the lost teachings of Jesus, Christ consciousness, Kundalini awakening, and what it really means to live from love. Aaron shares why he left Christianity to follow what he believes were the original teachings of Jesus, how fear and separation distort our understanding of spirituality, and why awakening is less about reaching a perfect state and more about returning to loving relationship with life. We also explore the ego, the three beliefs that keep us stuck, the Law of One, fourth-density consciousness, and how the heart becomes a doorway into deeper connection, service, and unity. If you've ever questioned religion, felt curious about consciousness, or longed for a more grounded and loving way to understand spiritual awakening, this episode offers a powerful perspective. ==== Guest Bio: Aaron Abke is a paradigm-shifting spiritual teacher that delivers a fresh, new perspective on Self-Realization through his teachings on the Law of One, the Architecture of Consciousness, and the teachings of Yeshua the Nazarene. Thom's Nutshell: Step 16: Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of someone else. I can't say I wasn't warned. They told me to stop at 12. “Taking others' inventory” gets to the heart of our functioning. Allen brings this back to Piaget's studies of pre-operational stages of development. Our emotional development influences our consciousness, and the more immaturity we have, the more we look at the world as reflections of ourselves. Rather than trying to manipulate these people and situations, in emotional sobriety we can try to meet them with empathy to have the best experience we can. The outcome of “taking inventory” all depends on motive. Our music is provided by the great southern artist Jefferson Ross. You keep asking if love is something you experience, generate, or distort. The answer is all three — and most of y'all are stuck on distort. Your nervous system is doing the Two-Step with childhood trauma and calling it chemistry. You didn't fall in love, you slipped on unfinished business wearing a dopamine mask. You turned suffering into Trauma Entrepreneurship, hiring pain like it's a side hustle and calling it alchemy. Post-traumatic growth? Cute story. Most of you just reinforced trauma loops in New Age clothing while your attachment style guarantees you keep choosing partners who confirm your deepest fears. Y'all got Comfortable Corpse Syndrome — relationship on autopilot, soul in the trunk banging “we still alive or nah?” You burn sage over smoke damage, reenact bloodlines in Ancestral Cosplay, and skip every Relationship Oil Change until the engine locks. One of you molted. The other stayed a hungry caterpillar. That's not growth, that's the Anchor & Sail Dynamic exposing the Love Identity Gap. You put your soul on Clearance Sale with every “it's fine,” bankrupting emotional capital while your body can't tell transformation from War-Home Confusion. Therapy? You want resurrection after driving straight into the ditch. Wake up. Love ain't waiting for you to feel ready. It's waiting for you to stop auditioning for the same generational script and finally become someone who can hold it without distortion.

This is a talk on personal agency and spiritual well-being as Part 2 of a continuing series on Wellbeing.Personal agency is defined as "the individual's capacity to act intentionally, to make autonomous choices, and to influence their own circumstances and environment." But how free is our decision making process? And how autonomous are we in a world driven by Social Media and AI? Unfortunately, people don't question where their desires originate and whether they are truly self-generated.Personal agency is often associated with the terms self-determination and self-agency. Acharya das questions what personal agency means from a spiritual perspective, beginning from the concept of "self" used in the term ‘self-determination.'At the beginning of the talk Acharya das mentions another series of talks titled “Who Controls your Mind” which can be accessed via the following links:https://open.spotify.com/episode/125xZdjbMeCC1wmN4O8mPm?si=4Vw4cpZoQz6NKEPOKXxACw https://open.spotify.com/episode/5UiR00VEKV5q2HT4L4g7bC?si=2qLshURaTa2VDF0m_68kMQ https://open.spotify.com/episode/0Bb1QwUPfzJN0wIcRT1qbU?si=eu3rhEToQkGR3SYEQAXF-A https://open.spotify.com/episode/6FLoEVfJoEmQ7frixdVuCC?si=W5NVIIdbSImv31IIdPwRAQ https://acharyadas.com/series/who-controls-your-mind/ Verses quoted in this talk:“The individual is the passenger in the chariot of the material body, and intelligence is the driver. Mind is the driving instrument, and the senses are the horses. The self is thus the enjoyer or sufferer in the association of the mind and senses. So it is understood by great thinkers.” Katha Upanisad 1.3.3-4The working senses are superior to dull matter; mind is higher than the senses; intelligence is still higher than the mind; and he [the soul] is even higher than the intelligence. Bhagavad-gita 3.42A man must elevate himself by his own mind, not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well. Bhagavad-gita 6.5For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his very mind will be the greatest enemy. Bhagavad-gita 6.6This uncontrolled mind is the greatest enemy of the living entity. If one neglects it or gives it a chance, it will grow more and more powerful and will become victorious. Although it is not factual, it is very strong. It covers the constitutional position of the self/atma. Bhāgavata Purāṇa 5.11.17For one whose mind is unbridled, self-realization is difficult work. But he whose mind is controlled and who strives by right means is assured of success. That is My opinion. This is a 9-minute talk about how we hallucinate our separation from the world, which causes an immense amount of fear and sorrow, and then a 4-minute lyrical poem that reminds us that every experience is a deeply intimate and familiar experience of ourselves. Through inquiry, nature, and lyrical transmission, we dissolve the borders of skin to find a reality that is intimate and safe. Stop the "white-knuckled reach" for control; you are the relationship in which life occurs. Thank you for your listens and shares. I'm excited to hear about your experience with this more rhythmic poem. Your presence allows me to hand-gather soundscapes where I can - and create these meaningful touch points for myself and others, so thank you, with all my heart, for being here.Support the show✨ Every Thursday, I send out unpublished poems & audio essays to help us embody our felt sense of wholeness through nonduality, nature, and self-inquiry on my Substack. Send me your thoughts in a Text MessageIn this episode of Awakening Now, I speak with Ananta Kranti about awakening and what the word actually points to.When Ananta first began sharing this message, awakening was described very simply — waking up from the dream of being a separate self. Today, the word is used in many different ways, and this can create confusion about what is being pointed to.We explore how the message has evolved over time, and what can be lost when the recognition of what we are becomes mixed with ideas, identities, or concepts.Ananta shares about the shift that happened while she was in prison, and how a moment of complete exhaustion and letting go revealed something that could not be taken away.We also speak about current trends in the spiritual space — the movement between recognizing awareness and working with the human experience. There is a natural place for both, and also a risk of losing clarity when the foundation is not seen directly. We look at projections onto teachers, the expectation of perfection, and the possibility of recognizing freedom exactly as life is now. This is a grounded conversation about awakening, identity, and the living recognition of what does not come and go.Music by Valdi Sabev. His path into natural law, self-sovereignty, and personal responsibility began long before he even knew those words existed. Growing up in Australia, Tom constantly questioned the limits of freedom and democracy, often finding himself in conflict with authority while trying to understand why the world felt so inconsistent and unfair. His background in holistic health, spanning sports performance, nutrition, psychology, emotional patterns, and spiritual lessons, deepened during a long personal battle with chronic fatigue that eventually pushed him to explore consciousness, natural lore, and the deeper laws shaping reality. This presentation explores how the hero's journey applies to modern life, the difference between lawful and legal systems, and why true change may begin with confronting our own inner government. Your dreams don't come true, your choices do. In this episode, we break down the difference between motivation and discipline, and why waiting to "feel motivated" is one of the biggest traps holding humans back. Discipline is a superpower that we are all learning to master and it can completely change the direction of your life. With these actions it is more important than ever that we stay grounded and on top of our Self Realization journey. Finding who you are, what you want to do, and WHY you want to do it, is the difference between the path of stagnation, and being able to embody your Highest Self in potentail. How do we fall in love with the unextraordinary?By remembering that it is already exquisite in its plainest form. We have been created at the perfect distance—not so close that there is nothing, not so far that there is nothing—to experience life as something quietly remarkable. This remembering alone can turn every meeting with the ordinary into a spiritual one.May we be willing to be touched by the smallest points of contact today—birdsong, an unexpected smile, a hand in ours—and let them guide us back home to who we really are: the loving, formless capacity through which all forms are known.Have a wonderful week,SezSupport the show✨ Every Thursday, I send out unpublished poems & audio essays to help us embody our felt sense of wholeness through nonduality, nature, and self-inquiry on my Substack. This conversation confronts a tension most people avoid: the conflict between experiencing the full truth and survival. Leo Gura argues that pursuing absolute truth dismantles identity, morality, and even humanity's instinct to preserve itself. The discussion explores nonduality, awakening, institutional rot, and the psychological cost of radical skepticism. At stake is a stark question: do we ultimately serve truth, or does it serve us?Part 2: https://youtu.be/zeHVGPS56BMPATREON https://www.patreon.com/c/demystifysciPARADOX LOST PRE-SALE: https://buy.stripe.com/7sY7sKdoN5d29eUdYddEs0bHOMEBREW MUSIC - Check out our new album!Hard Copies (Vinyl): FREE SHIPPING https://demystifysci-shop.fourthwall.com/products/vinyl-lp-secretary-of-nature-everything-is-so-good-hereStreaming:https://secretaryofnature.bandcamp.com/album/everything-is-so-good-herePARADIGM DRIFThttps://demystifysci.com/paradigm-drift-show00:00 Nonduality00:02:18 Reality as One: Nonduality Explained00:05:33 Meaning Beyond Materialism00:07:58 Rationality, Intuition, and the Infinite00:10:01 Fundamentalism in Religion and Physics00:16:20 Survival, Truth, and Cultural Systems00:19:51 Awakening and Absolute Consciousness00:23:20 Truth Versus Survival Instincts00:27:12 The Cost of Pursuing Absolute Truth00:30:00 Total Skepticism and Institutional Limits00:35:18 Intuition, Fallibility, and Discovery00:39:52 Truth Obsession Versus Curiosity00:42:43 The Book That Triggered the Shift00:49:00 Post-Survival Malaise in Modern Life00:53:08 Truth as Anchor in Cultural Collapse00:57:45 Evolution Through Consciousness01:00:25 When Survival Undermines Truth01:04:50 Absolute Good Versus Human Morality01:08:22 Projection, Duality, and Value01:13:08 The Risk of Anti-Human Philosophy01:15:54 Two Competing Truth Systems01:18:39 Truth as Liberation and Moral Reconstruction #Nonduality, #Awakening, #Consciousness, #truthseekers , #Philosophy, #Existence, #SelfRealization, #Metaphysics, #Morality, #EgoDeath, , #physicspodcast, #philosophypodcast MERCH: Rock some DemystifySci gear : https://demystifysci-shop.fourthwall.com/AMAZON: Do your shopping through this link: https://amzn.to/3YyoT98DONATE: https://bit.ly/3wkPqaDSUBSTACK: https://substack.com/@UCqV4_7i9h1_V7hY48eZZSLw@demystifysci RSS: https://anchor.fm/s/2be66934/podcast/rssMAILING LIST: https://bit.ly/3v3kz2S SOCIAL: - Discord: https://discord.gg/MJzKT8CQub- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/DemystifySci- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/DemystifySci/- Twitter: https://twitter.com/DemystifySciMUSIC: -Shilo Delay: https://g.co/kgs/oty671
Transition to Study Material: Joy: Jevon Perra announced the group was moving on to the topic of "joy" in their manual, "Manual for Teachers". Jevon Perra and Brian Genovese briefly sang a song with lyrics about having joy in their heart.Soo Kim's Status and Return: Soo Kim joined the call, apologizing for being on mute, and shared that they are doing okay and are finished with midterms for the week. Jevon Perra acknowledged that Soo Kim is managing a difficult schedule of full-time school and full-time work.Reading and Analysis of "Joy": Jevon Perra read a passage stating that joy is the "inevitable result of gentleness," which was the previous week's characteristic, and that gentleness makes harm and fear impossible. Jevon Perra connected the text to a spiritual concept that the joyous cannot suffer, referencing a verse about the sinless having no pain. They elaborated that suffering is linked to identifying with the physical body or the character, and that striving and difficulty, while necessary for the physical world, are also the destiny of a character that believes they are separate.God's Teachers and the Purpose of Salvation: The reading continued, affirming that God's teachers trust in God and are protected from harm, with joy serving as their song of thanks. The material suggests that Christ looks on them in thanks as well, noting Christ's need for them is as great as their need for Christ, and how "joyous is it to share the purpose of salvation".The Nature of God, Jesus, and Christ: Jevon Perra initiated a discussion about the distinction between God, Jesus, and Christ, spurred by a question from their eight-year-old about how the world kept going when Jesus was on Earth. Brian Genovese suggested that God puts things on autopilot, while Soo Kim offered the analogy of a dream, asking who takes care of the body while one is dreaming. The conversation shifted to the idea that science is beginning to align with spiritual explanations, but Jevon Perra criticized that current medical science can still cause harm.Spiral Dynamics and Expanding Identity: Jevon Perra introduced the concept of Spiral Dynamics, describing it as a framework for human social development from individuals striving for survival to expanding groups like families, villages, regions, and eventually countries. Jevon Perra noted that while people can expand their identity to include more and more individuals, there is always a tendency to define an "other" or an "enemy".God as Impersonal and Non-Dualism: Jevon Perra postulated that Jesus was an example of God incarnate, but that God is an impersonal, ever-present source, not a person. This perspective suggests that a person is a separate individual, whereas God is everything, including the good, the bad, and the indifferent. Brian Genovese agreed that "we label everything," and the non-dual explanation suggests there are no things or labels.Self-Realization and Character in the Dream: The speakers discussed that the character in the dream who remembers God is no different from anyone else, and every manifestation, including a rock, is "God stuff". They briefly discussed concepts related to a system of ladders or levels of consciousness and the idea that animals may operate as a group consciousness.Reading and Analysis of "Defenselessness": Soo Kim read the next passage, "Defenselessness," which states that God's teachers are simple and have "no dreams that need defense against the truth". The text concludes that laying down defenses does not bring danger but safety, peace, joy, and God.Defense as Attack and the Illusion of Guilt: Jevon Perra equated defense with attack, explaining that guilty people often see judgment and offense everywhere, and angry people constantly dish out attacks, which they often rationalize as defense or correcting what is right. Brian Genovese supported this idea, noting that people who feel the need to be right are often wrong and trying to defend the ego.Astrology, Defense Mode, and Internal State: Soo Kim provided an example from their class where a peer became defensive while discussing Western versus Vedic astrology, insisting that Vedic astrology was the only accurate system and attempting to make up explanations when confronted with conflicting data. Jevon Perra suggested that in such engagement, the most important thing is one's internal state, specifically whether they view the other person as a "beautiful expression of God" or an "imbecile".Pity versus Perfection and Separation: Soo Kim wondered if pity could be a step toward compassion, which Jevon Perra suggested is a step on a "continuum of resonance" towards the much higher resonance of seeing everyone as perfect. They concluded that pity is still a judgment and an expression of separation, where one views themselves as "better" than the person they are pitying.Time as a Construct and Limited Perception: Jevon Perra discussed the concept of time as a construct of diminished perception, a linear progression that creates the experience of a separate person. They stated that the reality of defenselessness is realizing that the contrived reality is "all not real" and that there is literally nothing to defend, including ideas like spiritual architecture. The Importance of Buoyancy and Letting Go of Resistance: Jevon Perra emphasized that the main source of suffering is the belief that one can get something wrong or change past moments. They concluded that their mantra is "it's okay," and that the "looser" they hold the world and other people, the higher their resonance becomes because they are not adding resistance, which allows their natural buoyancy to take over.Attraction of Lower Frequencies and Poking Judgments: The speakers discussed how people operating at lower frequency levels tend to be attracted to those with higher resonance, sometimes trying to pull them down, like “crabs in a bucket”. Jevon Perra explained that an outside accusation only triggers a defensive response if it pokes at one's own internal belief systems and judgments. Conclusion on Freedom and Contentment: Jevon Perra finalized the conversation by asserting that defense is an attack because it acknowledges that the threatening thing is real. The ultimate goal is to recognize one cannot be hurt or lose because they "are it all," and the experience of life is about engaging without constraints, seeking freedom. They concluded by discussing the next topic, "Generosity".
This is quite a long talk, on a very fascinating topic, delivered by Acharya das in the Philippines. It is a comprehensive look into the question of spiritual identity, God-realization, and the resultant experience of the awakening of transcendental and ecstatic love for God which naturally arises from that.Acharya das outlines three essential questions for self-realization: What is my essence? (spiritual being), What is my position? (subservient part and parcel of God, not the center of everything), and What is my natural function? (to love and serve). He described how material consciousness leads people to try becoming "mini-gods," placing themselves at the center of “their” universe, which ultimately results in emptiness and unhappiness. Regarding God-realization, he explained three aspects of God's manifestation: Brahman (impersonal spiritual energy), Paramatma (the expansion of God within the heart of all beings), and Bhagavan (the personal form of God in a spiritual realm). The speaker emphasized that love is an exchange between persons and that every soul has an eternal and intimate connection with God who is their true soulmate. He next explains that pure love for God already exists within everyone's heart and doesn't need to be acquired from external sources. Through the process of bhakti-yoga (devotional practice), particularly chanting God's holy names, this dormant love naturally awakens as the heart becomes purified. Some of the verses he quoted or which support this topic:God - He is the eternal among all eternal entities, and the chief conscious being among all conscious beings. Among the many living entities, He is the chief, who fulfills their desires. Śvetāsvatara Upaniṣad 6.13 & Kaṭha Upaniṣad 2.2.13The same jīva (spirit-soul) is eternal and is for eternity and without a beginning joined to the Supreme Lord by the tie of an eternal kinship. Episode NotesThe 5D Academy with Zarathustra explores universal wisdom to foster total freedom from suffering in all areas of your life; health, wealth, love, and self. Each Academy podcast contains valuable insights and takeaways to become the best version of yourself and create an authentic, fulfilling life. Zarathustra transmits 5th Dimensional Quantum frequencies in each episode with transformational tools while discussing different topics to help you maintain this new frequency in your daily life.Zarathustra has created a practical system of transmitting the truth to his audience allowing transformation and freedom from suffering. Spiritual development requires an open heart. It is virtually impossible for a seeker to advance to higher consciousness if they don't love themselves. The belief system which has been ingrained in our cellular memory from childhood that we are not good enough results in a conditioned mind. The conditioned mind holds the false belief that there is something missing in our lives, that we are incomplete, that we need to gain something in order to become happy and whole, which is not true. After a life time of searching, Zarathustra has blended a practical system of Eastern and Western methods and techniques to help the Academy members to free themselves from anxiety, negative thoughts, lack of self-love and self-acceptance and destructive emotional patterns through a systematic way to raise your vibration to 5D Vibrational Frequency, which enables you to live a vibrant life of freedom and happiness. The Key Elements To Freedom:Zarathustra recognizes continuity and consistency are the key elements to freedom. In order to help you achieve your spiritual goals, it's best to have a highly effective spiritual practice, free of dogmas, false beliefs and superstition that helps you raise your vibration to 5D Vibrational Frequency as well as the ability to maintain this newly found higher level of consciousness. This translates to a life filled with inner peace, self-love and happiness which is the goal of every spiritual seeker.New knowledge and benefits are gained with each replay. Key topics included the immortal elixir, the role of the ascended master, internal alchemical practices, and more. The conversation emphasizes the importance of methodical practice in actualizing one's internal power.
