It's easy to get wrapped up in the things that come up on a daily basis and lose sight of what we need to do to reach the goals we want to reach. It's been a crazy couple weeks for me and I found myself not only becoming distracted, but also considering pushing off actions I needed to take for another day or time. You need to be taking regular consistent action toward your goals, because no one is going to do it for you. Today I am touching on three things that will help you take those actions.
The more people you know, the more people know you. Building your network is a big part of creating a sustainable business that lasts.I know for a lot of people, putting themselves out there and meeting new people constantly can be scary, exhausting, or even seem impossible. Building a team can be fun and exciting, but it can also be frustrating and stressful at time. No matter what kind of team you are wanting to put together you need a process for finding those people. Today, I share a story with you about a time I had no such process and how I got to the point I was bringing in better candidates and saving over 10 hours in the process. You will need a team to create the dream, whether you are running a small business or just thinking about it - start learning this skill and creating a process for it now.

You have to find guidance and then take time everyday to improve to ensure you reach your goals. Today I am sharing a story about the time I was looking to hire the first coach that was going to be a pretty significant investment. It is my hope that that after listening to this episode that you no longer worry about asking for help and just seek out the help, guidance, and direction you need or want to reach your goals without feeling weak or prideful.
I love being excited and getting pumped up about things. The intense amount of motivation we can feel when we get excited can be used to launch us into a new pursuit of a goal or give us a nice boost toward the one we are working on. Too many times we rely on that feeling of motivation to get us there though. Today, I am sharing with you the story and lessons I learned when I opened our very first fitness studio in late 2013. The beginning was awesome because we were motivated, excited, and hyped about the newness of it all. How quickly can go away and what you need to create in your life to stay moving toward your entrepreneurial goals.
Look for the lessons in your failures, giving up is not an option. The journey of entrepreneurship is long, it's a lifestyle. I have tried to start several different projects, products, and small businesses. In today's episode I am sharing a story about a supplement company I launched with two other guys in early 2013. There are a lot of lessons in here, but I have learned to ask myself two major questions whenever things get tough or I don't get the desired result and this has proven to help me continue on. I challenge you today to ask yourself these questions and not only keep going, but to grow after your fail.
What are you willing to sacrifice to reach your goals? Today I am diving into two stories that required me to sacrifice everything from time, energy, and finances to move closer to my goals. Then I cover the three things you need to get to get start making the sacrifices you need to make to reach your goals.
