If the Apostle Paul were here today and asked you for some prayer requests what would you ask Paul to pray? His prayer was that the Philippians had inward. outward and upward growth.

W are to trust, acknowledge/know the Lord and follow Him every day. Growing up in a Christian home does not make you a Christian.

"Be careful for nothing" is a command, when you drift into worry it is sin. We are to bring everything in prayer through worship, supplication and thanksgiving to God.

What are you going to leave your children if the Lord tarries? You can pass on a legacy and a be spiritual blessing to the next generation.

When a nation forsakes God it will no longer be blessed. We represent the Lord Jesus Christ and we are to lift up our banner in identification with Him and show what we believe.

Jehovah Jireh–God will provide, He is the God who sees beforehand and provides for the need. SGod has provided for sins of mankind with His Son as a sacrifice.

Why did God bring Israel to Egypt where they had to be in bondage 400 years? The purpose was to fulfill God's promises and to protect his people from assimilation.

If the Bible is accurate in the gate system it is true in all of its details.

Leviticus is a legal book full of regulations and rules. it tells us how to enjoy a relationship with a Holy God. He sanctifies us and makes us holy.

Banners are a signature of belief and commitment, a sign of victory. No matter what you are facing in life you have a banner to go with you and there is a name of God for you in that affliction.

Our lack prayer life is evident in what is happening in our country and in families. Your secret prayer life is the fuel that revives your relationship with God.

Where is God? God is still present with us now through His Son Jesus and He wants His presence known. Whenever His word is proclaimed He is there.

God's hand was with Joseph all the way along during his trials. The brothers did not deserve forgiveness and grace but Joseph forgives them. This is a picture of redemption we received from God at salvation.

Elyon indicates elevation and exaltation. God is above all and he does not share glory. Abram knew his place, do you know your place? Let God rule your life.

Faith is conceived from the word of God being heard in your ear and it brings comprehension and conviction.

Yahweh brought comfort to David as his personal shepherd and companion. A shepherd leads and guides his sheep, this picture helps us to understand who He is and what we are like as sheep.

If it wasn't for Jesus' birth there wouldn't be the fulfillment of prophecy. He was given as a sacrifice on the cross for the sin of humanity and in remembrance through communion.

What would it be like if we could celebrate the true spirit and meaning of Christmas all year long? Biblical joy and happiness doesn't have anything to do with circumstances, but with the state of one's heart.

What are we to do at Christmas? We are to stop, admire and wonder in amazement. Give praise to God for the Savior's birth.

There has always been a war on Christmas and there will always be one until the Lord Jesus returns. The gospel is based on the Christmas Story.

There are several truths about the real meaning of Christmas. The first response of the the shepherds was to stop what they were doing, then focus on Jesus the Messiah and worship him. They made known abroad what they saw and heard.

Jesus was willing to come to earth to be the right gift. God has given his best and he expects us to give our all and our heart.

Wise men still seek Him. These wise men can still teach us lessons today. Do you still seek Jesus today? God is guiding you sovereignly leading you back to Him.

The identity of Jesus of Nazareth is none other than Yahweh, the I Am. Jesus is the Jehovah of the Old Testament the one who the Israelites tempted.

God had a divine plan and sent Joseph to implement that plan. Joseph had a divine perspective.

We have a mighty God and He is the only one who can bring peace to this sin cursed earth. Jesus is our captain, commander-in-chief and champion.

.Joseph had a test for the brothers that had two parts: a vertical relationship with God and a horizontal relationship to the family.

God sees everything and He knows who we really are. This is the only time in Scripture that someone gives God a new name. The Angel of the Lord first appears in this chapter.

God's providence works in our lives.

Jesus gave the disciples a pattern on how to pray. Focus on that which is truly important, that which is eternal, the Kingdom.

The Great Commission is a command to be taught and handed down to others around the world. Through missions and prayer we can minister all around the world.

God, the owner called things, has called us to a task to accomplish. He gives us the power and tools to complete that task. Walk by faith and trust in Him.

Why did Joseph put the money in their sacks? He was testing his brothers to see if they had truly changed their hearts. The brothers acknowledged that God had done this, He was the one they had sinned against..

Past victories do not guarantee future victories. There is a bigger picture, God is doing a work that we don't alway understand.

In our place of humility, bowing at the Lord's command, we say "yes Lord" because He is the King. He is the Master and is in complete control and commands complete obedience.

After Joseph had chosen to leave the past behind he now remembers the dreams he had before he was sold into slavery.

Paul Advises Timothy that neglecting these instructions of warning can lead to a falling away.

We stand before the Judge of all the earth and we are accountable to him.We will all give an account for our faithfulness and labor.

It is possible to remain pure in heart in a pagan culture and Joseph is a prime example. His heart was not Egyptian and he gave his sons Hebrew names and chose to forgive and forget the past. The moral is that God is keeping His promise to rescue His people

Don't neglect or be careless with your gifts. Everyone has a place in the church to use their gifts and talents. Live and breathe the work of the ministry.

When God wants us to know him personally he gives us the name to use, Yahweh, I Am that I Am. What does this name mean? To be or simply be, to self exist.
