If I was talking to my boss and I had a complaint, maybe I'm talking to my boss on the phone, I might say, hey, maybe this would be better if we do it face to face. Can you hear that loud bird? It's definitely spring here. Maybe it's better if we meet face to face. When you talk to someone face to face, you can read their facial expressions and you can read, you know, their body language and what they're actually thinking. You can see their face. And when you meet someone in person or you talk to someone in person, it means you're not online, you're not on the phone, you're not just doing it via a messaging system.
