Eating carbs won’t make you fat, unless you eat "all" of them. You won’t gain weight from eating carbohydrates unless you are taking in more than what your body can burn for daily activity.
I believe You can always give 100% But you won’t always achieve 100% Some days your 100% efforts may be 50% or 70%, regardless of the outcome though your effort should always be 100% of what you have that day.
Most people allow beliefs, opinions, likes, and dislikes to pop up by default. In any situation, their thinking isn't centered on the present, but is a relic of the past. The self who originated old thinking doesn't exist anymore. So when you find yourself having a negative reaction, and you can see that this reaction is one you fall back on (e.g., getting angry, feeling anxious, shutting out whatever is new and unknown), simply stop for a second and silently repeat the following mantra: “I am not that person anymore.” Let this thought sink in, then open yourself to the situation as it’s unfolding in real present time. Your real self is always here and now.
We have all heard it at some point in our lives “patience is a virtue”, “patience is key” I believe the secret to success boils down to two things. We all have our own opinion of what it takes to be successful, but I strongly believe we can all agree success takes HARD WORK and PATIENCE.
