As the Fall 2023 Semester concludes, we are sad to see Professor Sinclair leave our program. MPA alumni, Abdul Waheed Ahmad, is interviewed by current MPA student Derek Fried, about Waheed's experience fleeing from his home in Afghanistan in August 2021. Waheed was a senior security official for the Afghanistan government.
