You never know where the podcast is going to take you. This episode started off light then turned into a full On explanation of Muslim faith. BP myself in Dula started off talking about the new Jay Electronica EP's.And then it turned into an almost our long conversation about the difference between the NOI and the Ahki Muslims in Philly. Very informative episode if you were always curious about the different factions of the Muslim faith.

It doesn't get any more positive than tonight's episode. Dula and myself interviewed a gentleman we met online who reports all of the good in the world as opposed to the usual bullshit. Ladies, and gentlemen, I introduce to you to Passportlouis. From his early upbringing in Peoria Illinois to traveling the globe We discussed it all. From Celebrities Dm'ing praising him for “pumping the positivity” to his hip-hop ear growing up in the Midwest. We also talk about his music career and his clothing line. Great positive episode. Enjoy.
To this day, no one truly knows what happened that night in the Appalachian hills.
Thank you everybody for subscribing, commenting and sharing these episodes. I'm joined by Cordell and Dula to have our debate of discography. Cordell brought up the question: Who has a better three run album? Outkast or Kanye West? We went to production, quality of albums, and then get into entire discography of both artists. Great hip-hop conversation. Enjoy.

Send us a textForget everything you thought you knew about making it in music. Abdullah "Dulamite" Franklin pulls back the curtain on an industry built on smoke and mirrors, revealing why artists with millions of streams can still be broke while those you've never heard of are quietly building empires."A billion streams on Spotify equals fourteen thousand dollars," Franklin explains, cutting through the fantasy that streaming success equals financial freedom. As a rapper, songwriter, and entrepreneur who's written for some of the biggest names in music (though NDAs prevent him from naming most), he's navigated both the spotlight and the shadows of an industry that often exploits creative talent.Growing up as a Sunni Muslim in Las Vegas shaped Franklin's perspective as "an acquired taste" – someone unwilling to compromise authenticity for acceptance. From watching his brother get lyrically "murdered" in a neighborhood battle that inspired his own rap career, to facing religious stereotypes and industry blackballing after an altercation with a well-connected artist, his path has been anything but conventional. What sets Franklin apart is his business acumen. While many artists chase streams and social media followers, he's built a direct-to-consumer model that puts him in control of his data and dollars. "If somebody buys my album for $1, I got the 1,500 streams," he explains, but more importantly, "I know exactly who bought it, what city they're in. I get their email address, their phone number." This intelligence has allowed him to tour strategically in cities where his true fans live, not where streaming algorithms suggest.Beyond music, Franklin has diversified into beverage brands, clothing, and acting – embodying his "renaissance man" approach to creative entrepreneurship. His parting wisdom? "Let God be God, you do the rest" and "The decisions you make determine your destiny." For anyone looking to build something meaningful in a world of fleeting viral moments, this conversation is essential listening.

Did something different this podcast. Dula decided to be the interviewer this time. He interviews me and gets my origin story to upbringing in Lynn, Massachusetts to the transition to moving to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As well as a funny story of when we first met and how he and I started hanging out in early 2000 and have been Running around ever since. If you would like to get to know me or how I came up. This is the episode for you. Enjoy.
On this episode billboard has found yet another way to ruffle up some feathers with their list. I'm joined by Dula and his cousin Anthony from the Bronx so we have a nice debate on this list. We go over the criteria as well as who should and should not be on here. We also have a conversation on what is considered a group. Is it one rapper one DJ or is it two rappers and one DJ. A hilarious conversation. Enjoy!

This episode was a long time in the making. This gentleman prefers to keep a low profile and doesn't like being in front of cameras, let alone microphones. But with persistence, we have the man of the hour, Chadd Scott. If you were in Harrisburg last weekend and saw Musiq Soulchild, you saw what he's capable of planning. Chadd sat down with Dula and myself, and we discussed everything from how he became a producer and got engulfed in hip-hop to his jail time, getting focused, and coming out to hit the ground running with comedy shows, white parties, and more. We also journeyed into how he ran Midtown Soul, which was a staple in Harrisburg's music scene, right alongside The Music Man. Then, we discuss one of his biggest ventures: creating The District. It's an amazing and inspirational story from one of Harrisburg's best promoters. Enjoy!

Consistency is key. Hope everybody is enjoying the episodes. In this episode, which was recorded prior to my Florida trip, Dula came over the house, and we discussed a variety of topics. We started it off fresh, listening to the Clips album that had just came out. We've been touched On, the baby and Danny Lee situation. Even though it's Old, but we also touched on Cassie and titty situation with a little update. We've been talk about bad. Bunnies Puerto Rico concert that hadn't happened yet which then let into a conversation about immigration, and basically human decency. Dula was late to the party watching center. So he had more inside on all of the symbolic historical pieces within the movie. We've been get to talk about concerts, and why Dula hates them so much, which led to a Beyoncé conversation. We ended off with questioning is Will Smith's career as a superstar over at this point. Great conversation. Enjoy.

Back at it it's Dula and myself. FYI, this episode was recorded the day before the verdict was red so we give our Diddy trial review up until that moment. We then have a quick conversation about Vanessa Bryant being pregnant. We then get into a discussion about DJ Khaled and should he speak up about Palestine or not. We then get into The New York mayor race and how everybody seems to be either in support of one side or you're considered one of those names that I do not wish to post on here. We then get into the big conversation in regards to the war, etc., and morals about what's right and wrong. Quick conversation about Kendrick and we give certain podcast their flowers. We then end off the episode with the two Jays sneaker saga. If you don't know what we're talking about listen and you will be very well informed. Enjoy.
This episode we start off with Abdullah and myself talking about the latest updates in the Diddy trial. At the time of this recording a verdict hasn't been read yet, so if it comes down by the time, this releases that portion of this conversation won't matter. We are then joined by what will soon to be the “tripping without the luggage podcast“ host, which is Kevy Kev and EDWARD GLOVER. We discuss a couple of different topics and bound a couple of creative ideas off of each other. Lots of tangents in between. Pardon a little bit of the technical difficulty during a portion of the call because of connection. But overall the good episode. Enjoy.
Hope everybody is enjoying the episodes. On this one. It's just Dula and myself discussing a mirror out of topics. I gave my review on the GNX tour at Hershey Stadium. Dula goes off on a rant as usual about people and their eagles. We then have an Internet talk about influencers, etc. Great conversations. Enjoy.

Quick episode this time fresh from the SkratchBastid Barbecue at Pier 31 or 56 Something at the Seaport in New York City, Dula, Dre, Marcos, and Myself. Do a quick recap fresh on the highway. Literally testing out these mini microphones in the car. Driving back to Pennsylvania from New York. We recap the events that happened, DJs, that Spawn, and celebrities we met. Quick little 30 minutes. Enjoy.
In this episode, I am joined by Cordell and Doula to discuss the Houston rap scene. Dula comes up with these random topics and we expand on them. We start off with giving flowers to all of the Houston MC‘s when they had their “run” . We then get into a talk about the South in general and why tensions kind of arise between the north and the south as far as hip-hop is concerned and then we get into a conversation about Southern hospitality in general and the attitudes and why they are so warm to people. Great cultural conversation. Enjoy.
HOW?!Varování před citlivým obsahem: krev, porodPodcastové aplikace nám nic neplatí. Moc vám děkujeme za odběry, díky nim můžeme fungovat.

He got Dula finally back on the podcast. In this episode, we interview his mentor as far as record shopping goes. We take a nice trip down memory lane speaking with Phill a.k.a. @Phillmostchill. From record shows at the Roosevelt in New York in the early 90s to selling records to all of your favorite producers like Diamond D, Alchemist, Pete Rock, Q-tip, etc., to a discussion about a producer vs a beat maker. We covered everything. And of course, we talk about the legendary Roy Ayers. Rest in peace. We speak about all of the artist who have sampled them and we even play some amazing original records that were sampled by some of your favorites. Great conversation for those interested in vinyl, etc..ENJOY‼️
In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Max Dula, a Holistic Physician trained in Chiropractic Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Brain Retraining. A major focus is on the nervous system's crucial role in gut health, including how stress and emotions impact digestive function. We discuss practical ways to calm the nervous system to support overall health. Tune in for insights on detoxification, constipation, and even histamine intolerance, all with a holistic approach to healing.Follow Dr. Max on InstagramCheck out Dr. Max's Website
Happy birthday to me. On my 47th birthday I decided to record an episode with the fellas. Vinny & I start off reviewing Captain America Brave New World before Bruce Arlo and Dula jump on. Arlo AKA Franklin swanson has his debut on the podcast. Actually was his first podcast ever. We then get into a nice long talk about Harrisburg history. From hell uptown South beefing to Harrisburg Mall history to just everything about the city. We then talked about Paradise so if you are not caught up on Paradise don't listen to the last 20 minutes.
Happy New Year's everyone. We're a month late but back to work. In this episode, we discuss obviously the biggest entertainment event of the year so far. Didn't really speak about the Eagles, but we did speak about the Kendrick halftime show. Everybody gave their own critiques, pros cons, etc. We also delve into what other critics had to say about it and messaging within entertainment. We also delve into Kanye West recent Twitter rants, which led to an interesting debate about people falling for his antics. Jokes as usual. Consistency is key so I'm trying not to miss any more weeks. Enjoy this episode please. Don't forget to like and subscribe and all that other stuff that streamers tell you to do
