The broadcasters from the Buffalo Bisons, New Hampshire Fisher Cats, and Vancouver Canadians look back at the 2024 season in the Blue Jays minor league system. Pat Malacaro (triple-A Buffalo) leads off with host Tyler Zickel (high-A Vancouver) to talk about a Bisons season that did not turn out as expected, with the likes of Leo Jimenez and Addison Barger spending a lot of time in Toronto with the big league team, Orelvis Martinez serving a big part of the season on suspension, and pitchers Ricky Tiedemann and Chad Dallas finding themselves on the injured list. This forced the Bisons to adopt the "next-man-up mentality", exemplified by Alan Roden who struggled after being promoted from double-A before finishing very strong. Andrew Bash and Paxton Schultz solidified the Bisons' pitching, Will Robertson had a strong finish to a good bounceback year, and Payton Henry became a hero coming back from a horrific head injury, hearing loss, and the death of his brother. The 20th season of Fisher Cats baseball did not turn out the way the team wanted; however, Chris Jared and Bob Lipman (double-A New Hampshire) are excited about the return of some of the team and players coming up from Vancouver in 2025. Alan Roden and Josh Kasevich were noted as having made a huge impact at the level before their promotions to Buffalo, RJ Schreck, Charles McAdoo, and Yohendrick Pinango were fun to watch after their acquisitions at the trade deadline, former water polo player Johnathan Lavallee just shoved for the team down the stretch, and Eric Pardinho, who has lost the top-prospect shine, was a dominant reliever at double-A. Tyler and broadcasting partner Chris Georges (high-A Vancouver) were sad to see the Canadians' season ending with a walkoff hit-by-pitch in the Northwest League Championship, but they were proud to see the team keeping the series with the Spokane Indians relatively close given that Vancouver was 8-20 against that team during the regular season. Jace Bohrofen took a couple of months to adjust to professional baseball, but then blew up in the second half, including August in which he OPSed 1.055. After being signed out of independent baseball, Je'Von Ward made a big impact both at the plate and in the outfield for the C's, Jackson Hornung continued to hit all year despite his transition from catcher to first base to outfield, and Peyton Williams may have been too good for high-A. The star of the system is Gabriel Moreno who could help the Blue Jays in 2022. The biggest riser was Orelvis Martinez who earned a promotion to High-A Vancouver as a 19 year old. Originada en Madrid, fue formada en 1992 por Fructuoso "Fortu" Sánchez a la voz, el bajista Niko Del Hierro y el guitarrista Jero Ramiro. La banda ha contado con diversas formaciones. La última la conforman Niko Del Hierro (único miembro que ha permanecido toda la historia de la banda), Tete Novoa, Jero Ramiro y Jorge Garrido, alias 'El Estepario Siberiano', formación activa desde finales de 2020. Su mayor éxito fue cuando el vocalista principal era Leo Jiménez (1999-2006). Leo Jiménez, un joven de 19 años originario de Fuenlabrada procedente de grupos como Al Borde, Krysalida y Azabel. En 1999 sacan "Vientos de Guerra", donde dan un toque más duro a su música y consiguen lograr una identidad propia y renovada. Es entonces cuando deciden que la única manera que tienen de darse a conocer y para mostrar su potencial en directo es viajar por las carreteras de muchísimas poblaciones. Dentro de este maremágnun de actuaciones sacaron un doble CD en directo, Tiempos de Directo (2000), para después aparecer con un disco que marcaría un antes y un después, Agotarás (2002), cambio de imagen de portada, cambio de sonido en la producción, con el que se consiguió un mayor reconocimiento del grupo. Vuelven a entrar en las listas de Afive y un resurgir de expectación también en el mercado de Hispanoamérica. Consiguen los primeros llenos en varias salas. Tras un intento en inglés el año 2003 con Heaven's Gate para Europa y Japón, llegó el turno de un DVD en directo A Morir, grabado el 8 de marzo en la Sala Aqualung, en Madrid, España, y editado en ese mismo año el 10 de noviembre. En marzo de 2004 entran al estudio para la grabación de su siguiente álbum, El Clan de la Lucha, contando con Big Simon como productor. ​ La gira de este trabajo inició el 20 de marzo en Valencia, ​ incluyó abrir para Mägo de Oz su concierto en Las Ventas, Madrid, ante 10,000 personas, ​ y fue la gira más larga hasta el momento, casi dos años sin parar. También publicaron, el 1 de diciembre de 2014, el DVD Saratoga 1992-2004 en el que podemos ver al grupo desde los comienzos hasta "El Clan de la Lucha" pasando por los primeros locales y acabando por las grandes salas y festivales. En octubre de 2005 comienza la mezcla de su siguiente trabajo, donde Jero Ramiro y Niko del Hierro retoman las labores de producción, Tierra de lobos. Es lanzado el 28 de noviembre y da un giro con su música, haciéndola más dura y acercándola ligeramente al Heavy Metal, pero sin perder la esencia de Saratoga. ​El 17 de diciembre se devela la noticia de la salida de Dani Pérez de Saratoga, que sería confirmada por la banda dos días después. Pérez, que en ese momento estaba en tres grupos diferentes (Saratoga, Stravaganzza y Skizoo), decide volcar su energía en sus otros dos proyectos. ​ Se anuncia a la vez que el nuevo baterista es Andy C, quien previamente tocaba en Dark Moor. La gira de Tierra de Lobos arranca el 14 de enero de 2006 en Madrid. Sin embargo, a inicio del verano Leo Jiménez hizo oficial en una entrevista que Saratoga estaría tomando un parón a partir de octubre, siendo el último concierto de la gira el 14 del mismo. Entre las razones citadas, Jiménez mencionó que tanto él como Jero Ramiro querían tomar un descanso de la agenda ajetreada de Saratoga, así como en su caso dedicar más tiempo a su banda paralela, Stravaganzza. Primero anunciado por medios y oficialmente por la banda el 2 de noviembre, se anuncia que el parón es en realidad la salida de Leo Jiménez y Jero Ramiro de las filas de Saratoga. Al mismo tiempo, Niko del Hierro y Andy C anuncian su intención de continuar con la banda. Antes de acabar el año, Saratoga edita la versión en inglés de su disco El Clan de la Lucha, llamada The fighting clan. Aunque se había comenzado la grabación de las voces en inglés al tiempo que se grabó el disco en español, fue apenas hasta el 1 de diciembre cuando finalmente se edita, sin mayores cambios además de una nueva masterización a cargo de Hadrien Fregnac y de las voces en inglés de Leo Jiménez.

Asistimos hace pocos días en la AIE a la presentación del nuevo disco de LEO JIMENEZ, "Mesías". Tras la escucha casi completa del álbum, los medios especializados pudimos preguntar a la banda (que asistió casi al completo, sólo faltando el guitarrista Antonio Pino) que nos contaron muchas cosas sobre el disco, la actualidad del grupo y muchas cosas más. El primer debate de este año 2019 surge a raíz de la controversia que provocaron las declaraciones de Leo Jimenez, sobre la obligación o no que tiene un artista respecto a sus fans.

Hace unos días pudimos ver en Madrid el nuevo videoclip de LEO JIMENEZ y escuchar el nuevo single, "La era de la individualidad". El pasado martes, y tras la correspondiente firma de discos, entrevistamos en LEO JIEMENEZ (Leo y sus chicos) en los "camerinos" de la FNAC de Callao (Madrid). Con la "excusa" de fondo de la edición de "Tras el apocalipsis" (primer DVD oicial de la banda) nos juntamos con el grupo al completo (sóllo faltaba el guitarrista Rufo) para hablar muhas cosas del DVD, la actualidad y la historia de la banda, y del protagonista en sí.
