How to Respond to "What Will the Sellers Accept?" Price Enquiry
Request from a client ...... So I cold called a vendor some time ago and he mentioned he was going to sell later. For several months I've been keeping in touch with him, also giving him a Selling Guide a week ago. Today he called me asking me my fees and marketing, mentioning he has 3 agent choices to go with and asked me to email him my fees marketing etc. He replied my email saying will have an answer by end of week. My question is: what can I do to secure the listing?
Forgot to mention in this discussion, that given the focus I put on your PERSONAL brand, ie your name and likeness, this subject of your corporate brand isn't the highest priority regardless. So just get something you're happy with and let's get to work on the important stuff !!
