Dee talks about how the NBA and the media want and need the masses to be focused on the now game, but believes that more actual discussion on debate shows (Skip Bayless, Nick Wright, Shannon Sharpe, Max Kellerman, etc) and by the media in general could help educate people. Andrew agrees, and thinks that there is a big backlash against nostalgia at the moment. 1:56:50 Worst Twitter takes of the week segment: Max Kellerman took a shot at Steph Curry, stating the Lillard shows up in big moment, while also implying that Steph Curry does not. Dee talks numbers and examples of why this is a ridiculous case, including talking about the 2019 Western Conference Finals where Curry dominated Lillard. Andrew agrees, and discusses why the media is pulling this. 2:03:52 Worst Twitter Takes of the week segment: Honsyy on Twitter states that Brandon Ingram is better than Larry Bird, and doubles down on it. This bothers both Dee and Andrew, as Honsyy has a following on Twitter, and a large following on youtube. Both Dee and Andrew breakdown why this take shouldn't see the light of day. 2:12:15 Worst Twitter Takes of the week segment: B3 Training KC on Twitter stated that Magic Johnsons handle was pathetic, and this really got to Dee as this person has a follwoing on social media, and is a D1 basketball trainer, and teaches hoop to grades 1 through 12. Dee and Andrew talk about how Magic utilized his handle perfectly, why his handle wasnt poor, and why overdribbling doesn't make someone a great ball handler. 2:19:40 Final Buzzer - Andrew plugs his socials and what he is currently working on, as does Dee, and they close the episode.
