Last time Gerry Duggan was on the show, we were talking about his photography project Timing/Luck and ironically what made me a fan of his work isn't The X-Men or any other of the of great titles and characters he's penned and developed over the years, what made me fall in love with it was a breakdancing skeleton named Walt. You might be asking yourself why that may be. A few years ago I lost one of my best friends to a motorcycle accident and at the time while processing the grief as best I could, Walt dropped in the pages of The Dark Room, a book Gerry cooked up with the uber talented Magic Johnson of comics Scott Buoncristiano. Walt's energy was a mirror image of my friend Tommy's, and it turns out The Dark Room was a project centered around the loss of one of Gerry and Scott's mutual friends so this project has been one of dealing with grief through comedy, and I'm forever grateful to them both for being willing to share that vulnerability with the world. This series will go down as one of my favorite of all time and it was a pleasure to get a chance to pick Gerry and Scott's brains about some of the motivations behind it in advance of the second volume being released later this year. Gerry on BlueSky Scott's website The Dark Room Volume 2 from Image Comics From the publisher Gerry Duggan (X-Men & Uncanny Avengers) rejoins your favorite artists Scott & Tamra for the anticipated return of your favorite fantasy/horror/comedy series! Dounia, her ex, a werewolf, and her pal Walt, an incandescent blue skeleton, are joined by a mysterious psionicist fresh from a terrible prison. This time the world is threatened by a powerful old Necromancer that's resurrecting the dead from Finland's Winter War. More curses, more threats, zombies, wizards, cursed objects and the threat of the war to finally end mankind. PATREON We have a new Patreon, CryptidCreatorCornerpod. All Aboard the Innovation Express: RSAC 2025 On Track for Cybersecurity's FutureLet's face it—RSAC isn't just a conference anymore. It's a movement. A ritual. A block party for cybersecurity. And this year, it's pulling into the station with more tracks than ever before—figuratively and literally. In this On Location episode, we reconnect with Cecilia Murtagh Marinier, Vice President of Innovation and Scholars at RSAC, to dive into what makes the 2025 edition a can't-miss experience. And as always, Sean and Marco kick things off with a bit of improvisation, some travel jokes, and a whole lot of heart. From the 20th Anniversary of the Innovation Sandbox (with a massive $50M investment boost from Crosspoint Capital) to the growing Early Stage Expo, LaunchPad's Shark-Tank-style sessions, and the new Investor & Entrepreneur track, RSAC continues to set the stage for cybersecurity's next big thing. And this year, they're going bigger—literally. The expansion into the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts brings with it a mind-blowing immersive experience: DARPA's AI Cyber City, a physically interactive train ride through smart city scenarios, designed to show how cybersecurity touches everything—from water plants to hospitals, satellites to firmware.Add in eight hands-on villages, security scholars programs, coffee-fueled networking zones, and a renewed focus on inclusion, mentorship, and accessibility, and you've got something that feels less like an event and more like a living, breathing community.Cecilia also reminds us that RSAC is a place for everyone—from first-timers unsure where to begin to seasoned veterans ready to innovate and invest. It's about showing up, making a plan (or not), and being open to the unexpected conversations that happen in hallways, lounges, or over espresso in the sandbox village. And if you can't make it in person? RSAC has made sure that everything is accessible online—600 speakers, 600 vendors, and endless ways to engage, reflect, and be part of the global cybersecurity story. So whether you're hopping in the car, boarding a flight, or—who knows—riding a miniature DARPA train through Northridge City, one thing's for sure: RSAC 2025 is going full speed ahead—and we're bringing you along for the ride.⸻

Send us a textBosco and Christian return as a dynamic duo for a conversation that weaves through musical icons, basketball legends, and cinematic gems with the natural flow that defines their podcast chemistry. Ever wonder who you'd sound like if you could magically sing? The hosts open up about their dream vocal abilities, with Christian admiring Music Soulchild's smooth delivery while Bosco fantasizes about channeling Luther Vandross or even Bobby Brown. Their discussion evolves into a passionate breakdown of R&B legends, highlighting how performers like Keith Sweat prove that emotional connection often transcends technical perfection. When they marvel at Johnny Gill's prodigious talent—sounding like Eddie Levert at just 14 years old—you can feel their genuine appreciation for musical mastery. The conversation shifts seamlessly to creative processes, with Christian revealing his journey from writing rap lyrics inspired by Eminem to crafting free-verse poetry. Their analysis of Lil Wayne's improvisational genius ("the LeBron James of rap") captures why certain artists change the game forever. Speaking of basketball, their debate about the sport's greatest ball handlers becomes a thoughtful meditation on how we judge talent across generations, punctuated by Bosco's personal encounters with Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, and Michael Jordan.Perhaps most compelling is their exploration of body image and gym culture—noting with insightful irony that fitness spaces are paradoxically filled with the most insecure people. The episode concludes with enthusiastic movie recommendations, especially "Woman in the Yard," which Christian discovered bears an uncanny resemblance to a screenplay he once wrote.Join us for this authentic conversation between friends and don't forget to follow us on Instagram @nobodystalkingpodcast where you can send us messages and connect with the community we're building together. Thanks for listening to the Nobody's Talking Podcast. Our country is finally moving in a better direction. Men are no longer allowed to compete in women's sports, illegal aliens aren't being escorted across our borders, and truth isn't being censored. However, despite all this progress, ESPN still insists on pushing DEI. Jason and Steve Kim react to Mina Kimes' attempt to revive the DEI “woke mind virus” after it was revealed that the Department of Defense briefly removed a Jackie Robinson info page from its website. Although the page was quickly reinstated, leftists couldn't resist the opportunity to complain about the current trajectory of our nation. In other news, Mel Kiper believes Shedeur Sanders is a better NFL quarterback prospect than projected No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward. Just because Shedeur has spent his life in the spotlight due to his father, does that mean he'll transition to the NFL more smoothly? In a shocking, never-before-seen moment, Jason approves and endorses Deion Sanders for his support and mentorship of Warren Sapp as a major Division I football coach. Could we be witnessing a peace treaty between Coach Prime and Whitlock? Meanwhile, time may be running out for Aaron Rodgers to play in the NFL again, as Minnesota announces the Vikings will pass on the “Enigma” sweepstakes, leaving just the New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers as potential destinations. Could Rodgers' hesitation be a sign that retirement is on the horizon? Over in the basketball world, Magic Johnson calls out this generation of NBA players, claiming that the love of the game has disappeared. Meanwhile, WNBA star Cameron Brink makes waves by revealing that she prefers using gay men as practice players. It's a sports-packed "Fearless" Thursday you won't want to miss!
