Pastor Ben's passion is to see Christians actually become like the One who we are following, Jesus Christ. He has a passion for Biblical truth, real discipleship and empowered living. The Ignite Global Radio podcast is truly a hidden gem in the world of Christian podcasts. It offers an enlightening and refreshing perspective on various topics that are relevant to believers today. Hosted by Ben, the lead pastor of Northwest Foursquare Church, this podcast goes beyond the typical sermon format and dives deep into the questions and issues that we face in our current season of life.
One of the best aspects of The Ignite Global Radio podcast is its ability to address complex topics with clarity and simplicity. Ben has a unique gift for articulating the deep truths found in scripture and making them accessible to all listeners. Whether it's discussing matters related to gender and sexuality, racial reconciliation, or unity in the body of Christ, Ben's insights are thought-provoking and always rooted in biblical principles. It is truly a blessing to have access to such profound teachings that help us navigate these challenging times.
Another great aspect of this podcast is its diversity of perspectives. While Ben is the lead pastor, he often invites other church elders and guest speakers to share their insights as well. This not only provides different viewpoints on important issues but also creates a sense of community within the podcast. The conversations are engaging and inclusive, allowing listeners to hear from a variety of voices within the body of Christ.
However, like any podcast, The Ignite Global Radio does have its shortcomings. One of the main drawbacks is its frequency and consistency in releasing new episodes. While I understand that producing quality content takes time, it can be disappointing when there are long gaps between episodes. As a listener who values the teachings shared on this platform, it would be nice to have more regular updates to stay engaged with ongoing discussions and receive continuous spiritual nourishment.
In conclusion, The Ignite Global Radio podcast is an invaluable resource for anyone seeking a biblical perspective on important topics in our modern world. Despite its occasional lapses in consistency, this podcast consistently delivers profound and thought-provoking teachings that are easy to understand and apply to our daily lives. Ben's gift for simplifying complex truths makes this podcast a must-listen for those who hunger for spiritual growth and desire to navigate the challenges of our time with wisdom and grace.

The book of Revelation begins with the apostle John seeing a vision of the glorified Christ that was so powerful he could not remain standing. Through this vision, Jesus gave John a message for the seven prominent churches of Asia Minor that he had a pastoral relationship with.Jesus had something specific to say to each of the seven churches in addition to the unfolding future events that would be true for all of them. In our passage today, we will read the message that was given to the church at Laodicea. As you will see, the church in this city had slowly but surely become casual in their relationship with God and obedience to His Word. In light of this, Jesus highlights their true spiritual condition and gives them a serious rebuke with the hope that they might once again become zealous Christians that produce fruit that reveals and glorifies Jesus.
Have you ever had an impression in your heart or mind and wondered what to do about it? That’s one of the ways God gets our attention. If we choose to ignore it, the thought just goes away and we’ve missed an opportunity of hearing and acting in the gift of prophecy. Today, in his message “Receiving Prophetic Words from God”, Pastor Ben shares how to walk in a deeper way with Holy Spirit.
What’s your theology of prophecy? Do you believe it is just something to study about in the Old Testament? Or is it something empowering, uplifting, and life-changing for today? Today Pastor Ben answers these questions and shows us the reality of prophecy for today.
Today Pastor Ben concludes the series based on his book, Prophesy. But, as you’ll hear, this is only the beginning of a church life filled with the gifts of the Spirit. Stick around and learn more of this paradigm shift and get ready to have prophecy become the norm and not the exception.
When a person becomes a Christian, growth is not automatic. It takes wisdom and some trial and error as we’re becoming like Christ. That’s where teaching and discipleship enter in. Today, in Pastor Ben’s message, “Growing in the Prophetic”, he shows the importance of incorporating the gift of prophecy in our lives.
The gift of prophecy for today can be a controversial topic. Have you wondered why Pastor Ben cares so much about it that he’s written a book on the topic? Stay tuned for his message “Leaning How to Prophesy” and discover that when the people of God give themselves to the Bible and prayer, He pours into us words of prophecy for others. It is a supernatural yet practical work of the Holy Spirit as He uses us to minister to those around us.

Do you eagerly desire to prophesy? That’s the question Pastor Ben asks as he teaches on the impactful gift of prophecy. In his message, “The Purpose of Prophecy”, he continues to share what a privilege it is to hear from God and share what we hear to others. We actually get to be conduits of God’s love, goodness, encouragement and God’s wisdom … to the people He puts in our lives! Who’d want to miss out on that!?
Prophecy for today is all about receiving from God and giving to others. Prophecy is real and God wants to use our lives in this way. That’s what today’s message, “The Prophetic Gifts”, is all about.
What is a false prophet? It’s not that hard to discern because the Bible tells us several ways to discern them. I invite you to stick around for Pastor Ben’s message, “False Prophets”, which brings clarity to this important question.
Jesus is the pivot point of all time. Everything in the Old Testament pointed towards Him and everything after His death and resurrection looks back to Him. That’s why it’s of the utmost importance we fashion all that we are and do according to Jesus. So, what does that look like? Stay tuned for Pastor Ben’s message and learn more about “Prophets of Jesus.”
Where is charismatic ministry going? How can we know how to prophesy God’s way? How can we know what is and isn’t authentic? Pastor Ben address’s this he as teaches the foundation behind all prophecy in today’s message, “Prophets of Old.”
