In our fast paste society people no longer have the time to build quality relationships, even within their own home. Priorities have shifted from Strong Relationships, to Overworked Careers that include Business Appointments and Deadlines. Parents are trying so hard to provide their children with the things they never had, that they neglect to give them the most important things they did have…time with their family. Social Media has redirected our time in building meaningful relationships, by expending it on hundreds of shallow relationships. Yet at our core, we all want to belong; to be known and understood. In fact we are designed to be in relationship. God created Eve because it was not good for man to be alone. I believe this overlaps into relationships with other people as well. In this podcast I discuss 4 vital ingredients that build quality relationships and bring us back into kingdom alignment. Jesus said in John 13:35 “By this ALL will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.” When believers are in healthy relationships with each other, we reflect the love of God to the world in a way that words fail to supply.

The heart is like a garden and you are responsible to care for it. You have to remove the stones and the weeds. You have to plant the seeds and water them. Your heart can grow compassion or fear, resentment or love, joy or bitterness. When the heart is misaligned it produces weeds that choke the life out of us. Proverbs 4:23 says, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Your life is determined by the state of your heart. The beliefs in our heart effect every decision we make. They establish your choices and will ultimately determine your lifestyle. Heart issues also determine the kind of people we attract. The people you INVITE into your life carry their issues with them. Unresolved issues always manifest in unhealthy ways. When you get married you either go into the relationship with resolved issues or lots of baggage. Everything that’s unresolved in your life will always emerge to the surface. These issues are always running somewhere in the background of your mind and manifest by an emotional trigger. The trigger activates feelings of anger, sadness, fear or shame. However, God wants to give us a heart alignment. He wants to repair the brokenness, and heal every wound. He wants the garden of our heart to be made whole, so that it produces a bountiful harvest.  

Our Alignment precedes our Assignment. When we are in position we are ready to be used of God. We’re like a bullet aligned within the gun. The bullet must be in the cylinder, but aligned between the barrel and the hammer. The gun will never fire until all three components are aligned. Likewise, You need to be in the right place, doing the right things, but at the right TIME. Then you’ll be Spiritually Aligned and prepared for the assignment God has for you. If you do not know the TIMES, you are unable to effectively read and relate to our contemporary world. This results in a communication failure. What I mean is, things become lost in translation. You are speaking the language of the past, to a world that is speaking the language of the present. Understanding the times gives you an advantage. It positions you like a runner in a race ahead of the pack. It’s being on the cusp, the cutting edge and in the know. It’s where you want to be.  

What kind of influence do you have or can you have? How can you develop more Influence? In this message we explore the characteristics of the influential and then examine practical ways you can develop culture shifting influence. There is more Power in Influence than Authority. What I mean is you don’t need position to have influence. Jesus wasn’t given authority by men, but was the most influential figure in all of human history. His authority came from another kingdom. Today, it’s no different for you and I. We may not have authority from man, but we have been given a Kingdom Authority to influence the world. We have a responsibility as believers to infiltrate spheres of influence within our culture. These areas include the Arts, Business, Government, Media, Education, Healthcare and many others. The direction of our nation hangs in the balance of the kingdom influencers. We are called to shift our culture into the light of Christ.

Our biggest daily influences come through People and Thoughts. People can have a tremendous influence your life both positively and negatively. Encouraging people will bring out your best, while toxic people will stifle your potential. It’s important to choose your teammates wisely. Select people who you respect and admire. Because your influences will propagate thoughts, and your thoughts produce the way you see everything. Your thought life has the power to generate mountain moving faith, or destructive fear and hopelessness. Thoughts create actions, actions form habits and habits develop results. So, guard your thoughts and surround yourself with people who believe in you, and your dreams.

The influence of a drug or narcotic upon a driver impairs their judgment, and responsiveness to safely drive a vehicle. Is it possible that certain forces in life can influence our decision making in a similar way? Answer: Most definitely! Every day, we battle the influence of the WORLD, our SELFISH DESIRES and EVIL FORCES. If we aren’t WATCHFUL we can Living UNDER THEIR INFLUENCE. This message, exposes the Fallen Angel, who’s Influence has brought destruction not only upon the earth, but in heaven as well. It uncovers the SCHEMES & STRATEGIES of Satan, and is a deeper dive into the demonic order and how to get victory in spiritual warfare.

It’s time for Christians to raise the standard of HOLINESS again. In a world infested with ungodly influencers, the church has to raise its voice LOUD and PROUD! We are called to TAKE A STAND and be the SALT of the earth and the LIGHT of the world.

It's not our abilities that qualify us to revolutionize our world. In fact, history show's how God used the unqualified and the undignified to bring transformation to cities, communities and governments. God used a stuttering Moses to deliver Israel from Bondage. He made David a simple shepherd to take down a giant and become a powerful king. 1 Cor. 1:27 TPT says, "But God chose those whom the world considers foolish to shame those who think they are wise, and God chose the puny and powerless to shame the high and mighty.” God is just looking for available people who He can flow through and revolutionize our nation with the message of Christ.

God is bringing REVIVAL to the WOUNDED WARRIORS! His heart is to restore the ones who once walked passionately with the Lord, but have lost their FIRE. There is an anointing oil available to heal wounds, hurts and aching hearts. It’s available right now! God longs to revive the wandering believers and put a FIRE back in their soul. He will restore the years the locusts have eaten and impart a fresh vision, and destiny upon your lives. This is your opportunity to turn back to your first love with the Lord. This message is to both those serving the Lord and the ones that drifted away. Both are need for the harvest yet to come!
