Shame. Fear. Identity crisis. Our generation—especially young adults and parents—is silently drowning in hidden battles. We long for freedom, yet so often search for it through striving, rituals, or more information. All the while, we navigate deep waters of confusion, facing demonic resistance and relentless cultural pressure. Does God still show up in the chaos? Can Jesus really meet us in our mess—just as He did the woman at the well? And when we finally meet Him — can we still find it in ourselves to wholly and completely surrender to God?In this episode of the Revelations Podcast, host Reagan Kramer welcomes Laurel Bunker: preacher, educator, and spiritual mother to many. With over 30 years of ministry in higher education and nonprofit leadership, Laurel shares her deeply personal journey from performance-based religion to radical intimacy with the Living Word. She opens up about confronting demonic oppression, overcoming self-hatred, and raising daughters in a world flooded with lies.Rooted in the story of the woman at the well, this conversation is a call to lay down shame, reclaim identity, and rise in kingdom authority. If you're weary from the fight, questioning your worth, or longing to hear God's voice again—pause. Take a seat by the well. Encounter Jesus. Surrender to God; drink deeply of His grace and be restored. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Gain biblical clarity on how to surrender to God and live fully in “Spirit and Truth,” beyond mere rituals and religion.Understand how shame, demonic influence, and the culture of people-pleasing hinder identity.Learn how a transformational encounter with Jesus breaks lifelong bondage, as told through Laurel Bunker's story.Become Part of Our Mission! I'm giving it all away for Jesus now, you know. We got to redeem the time.”The cultural tension between Jews and Samaritans sets the stage for Jesus' radical act of compassion and revelation. This moment shatters cultural shame and personal guilt, proving Jesus meets people right where they are.[9:01] Transformation and Worship in Spirit and TruthOne conversation with Jesus turns the Samaritan woman into an evangelist to her entire town. Her transformation ripples outward, showing that personal encounters with truth can spark collective revival.According to Laurel, true worship isn't tied to a location or ritual. Instead, we must act our faith through a surrendered, Spirit-filled life.Living in spirit and truth becomes more than theology—it becomes a multiplying force of freedom.[20:25] Challenges and Encouragement for BelieversLegalism, shame, and spiritual burnout are real struggles for modern believers.Laurel shares how her own religious performance led to exhaustion and how encountering Jesus brought lasting freedom.[22:51] Laurel: “I promise you, growing up all the way into my 20s, in my early 20s, I would look at Christ or images of him, or Christ on the cross, and I wouldn't know who- I didn't know who he was.”Wounds from church experiences don't have to write the final chapter of your faith. Healing and purpose remain possible when we surrender to God.Believers are encouraged to live a lifestyle of repentance, humility, and unfiltered honesty before God.[32:28] The Power of the Holy Spirit in Modern TimesThe Holy Spirit isn't a concept confined to the early church—it's a present force guiding and healing today.Laurel shares stories of spiritual breakthrough and reminds believers that revival begins with personal obedience.Following Jesus means actively listening, discerning, and stepping into purpose led by the Spirit. The call is clear: lean into the Holy Spirit's presence and let Him do the work only He can do.[40:49] Addressing Shame and Finding Freedom in ChristShame distorts identity and silences spiritual authority, but it doesn't have the final word. Laurel herself has journeyed through a valley of deep shame — but Christ's love shattered every lie.Freedom came not through hiding, but through confession and grace. Through the relentless pursuit of truth, she was able to surrender to God.Listeners are urged to stop hiding, start healing, and reclaim their place as sons and daughters of the King.[47:20] Reagan: “That's what Jesus does. He unites people. He does so because he's bringing people together through the truth of the gospel.”[48:40] Living a Life of Worship and ServiceBeing able to surrender to God and worship goes beyond music—it's found in daily acts of obedience, faithfulness, and service.Laurel encourages believers to discover how their unique gifts can be expressions of worship.Even small acts of faithfulness carry weight in the Kingdom when done in love and obedience.Listeners are reminded that God honors hearts surrendered in both the big and the quiet, hidden places.[55:16] Understanding the Spiritual JourneyLiving by the Spirit requires intentional daily surrender.Laurel explains how believers must crucify the flesh and embrace the eternal life birthed through the Spirit. The Holy Spirit becomes the source of joy, healing, and clarity in a chaotic world. It's not about trying harder, but walking in step with the Spirit who renews us from the inside out.[1:03:38] Laurel: “I refuse to give human beings and this world more praise and more of my energy and my day than I give the one who gave his life for me.”[1:12:22] An Invitation to Surrender to GodRather than striving to fix what's broken, listeners are encouraged to sit with Jesus—just as they are—and receive the healing that only His love can bring. No weapon formed against you will prosper. No lie of the enemy can stand against the truth of your identity in Christ.Say yes to restoration. Say yes to Jesus. Surrender to God and let your journey of healing begin—right here, right now.About LaurelLaurel Bunker is a seasoned preacher, educator, and spiritual leader with over three decades of ministry experience across higher education, nonprofits, and the local church. Episode SummaryIn this powerful continuation of his series on The Believer's Authority, Dr. Jim Van Gelderen shares how believers can experience real victory over Satan—not by personal strength, but by being fully submitted to Christ. Reflecting on the recent passing of his prayer-warrior mother-in-law, Dr. Van Gelderen weaves together personal testimony, scriptural truth, and vivid illustrations to show how spiritual authority flows from surrender. When you're under Christ's authority, you stand over the enemy—and he must flee.Topics DiscussedRemembering Janet Cross and her legacy of prayer and faithWhat it means to be “in Christ” and seated in heavenly places (Ephesians 1–2)Christ's victory over Satan and the believer's shared triumphJames 4:7 and the conditions for resisting the devilDelegated authority illustrated with a traffic cop and a mother's commandWhy praying “in Jesus' name” is more than a phraseResisting Satan's influence in weather, illness, and other real-life situationsTotal surrender and total dependence as the foundation for authorityKey TakeawaysSpiritual authority is not earned through strength, but accessed through submission.Christ's victory over Satan is final, and believers share in that authority when yielded to Him.Praying “in Jesus' name” means aligning with His will and authority, not just using a phrase. We must not be passive in the spiritual battle; resisting Satan is an active responsibility.Whether facing external circumstances or internal battles, the path to victory is the same: under authority, over the enemy. Welcome to Episode 480 of the Kingdom Intelligence Briefing. In this powerful session, Dr. Michael and Mary Lou Lake explore the deep spiritual truths surrounding the believer as a living temple of the Holy Spirit, the importance of displacing trauma and mind control with the presence of God, and the restoration of true biblical priesthood. Mary Lou opens with prophetic reflections on current events—including the passing of the Pope, RFK Jr.'s health reforms, and the damage of artificial dyes and vaccine-induced pineal gland harm. She then shares heartfelt testimony about overcoming trauma-based reactions and discovering healing through the blood of Jesus. Dr. Lake builds on this by teaching how believers are called to be mobile temples, ambassadors of the Kingdom, and part of a royal priesthood—carrying the fire and presence of God into a world bound by spiritual darkness. This is a vital message for anyone feeling burdened by the past, confused by culture, or ready to step into their calling as part of God's end-time remnant. ⏱ Timeline of Topics Discussed: 00:00 – Introduction and reflections on the Pope's passing 02:41 – Kidney transplant testimony and prayer for Joanne 05:10 – RFK Jr.'s food dye ban and protecting children's health 09:32 – Spike protein damage to pineal gland and prophetic insight 14:40 – Childhood trauma triggers and reactions to honking 21:02 – Dealing with inherited strongholds and healing through Jesus 27:33 – The believer as the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6:12–20) 35:18 – Carrying the Ark of the Covenant within: manifested presence 44:00 – Practicing the Presence of God daily (Brother Lawrence reference) 50:15 – Spiritual warfare, inner healing, and self-deliverance 56:20 – A call back to Hebraic foundations and undoing 2,000 years of drift 1:02:45 – The priesthood of all believers and restoring Biblical authority 1:10:12 – Ambassadors of Christ and standing in Kingdom authority 1:19:33 – Breaking chains of Pharaoh and praying for remnant freedom 1:22:55 – Final thoughts and prayer for deliverance and new beginnings

Mark 1 has already given us several lines of testimony declaring Jesus as Messiah, Son of God, anointed by the Spirit, and baptized to identify with sinners. After overcoming His wilderness testing, Jesus came forth proclaiming that the Kingdom of God is at hand and calling people to repent and believe in the gospel. Last week, in verses 16-20, we saw Jesus call four fishermen to leave everything behind and follow Him. Jesus spoke with authority, calling these men to step out in faith because the kingdom of God is at hand. But does Jesus actually have the authority to promise such things as salvation and entry into God's kingdom? Authority is not real just because someone claims it or even because some people submit to it. True authority is the ability to back up your claim and enforce your words. Mark 1:21-43 (and even into Ch. 2) shows that Jesus has the authority to bring the Kingdom - to the creation and the hearts of sinners. Verses 21-43 give us the events of a single day. A day in the life of Jesus' ministry as He and His new disciples enter the synagogue of Capernaum on the Sabbath. By Jesus' words and His works, we see how the kingdom of God is indeed at hand. Jesus teaches with authority that amazes the people as He announces the kingdom and calls them to repent and believe the gospel. Then, Jesus demonstrates His power to overcome the corrupted kingdom of this fallen world. He has authority over the evil spirits who tremble at His word, and He has authority to banish the sickness and disease that entered this creation through the corruption of sin. In Jesus' words and His works, we glimpse through the keyhole at what the creation will be when the kingdom comes in fullness. There will be no more corruption of sin nor any effect of the fall. No more death, suffering, or evil when the King returns to make everything new. Though we look forward to this day, in Jesus, the kingdom of God is indeed at hand. He has authority over all other kingdoms, and as His gospel goes forth, Jesus' kingdom is overcoming sin in our hearts and all creation. Today, Jesus bears the King's authority and is seated upon His throne until all His enemies are placed beneath His feet. I. Jesus' Authority In His Teaching (v. 21-22) II. Tune in to Part 3 of the Pursue HER Live series episode replay. In my opinion, the church didn't teach me how to deal with my sinful nature. Preachers told me what not to do and why I shouldn't do it, but not how. Rather than addressing the root issue in my heart, I learned to suppress sinful desires. One thing the church indirectly taught me was how to hide my sin. Here is why: I've witnessed the church lovingly embrace the testimony of a person who freely sinned and later gave their life to Christ. Rightfully so. Yet, if someone who has been saved for a while shares their struggle or an area of their flesh they need help with, instead of being met with forgiveness, accountability, support, and help, all wrapped in love, they are met with condemnation, criticism, told not to share it and everything else in between. Because of the latter, there aren't enough people who are honest enough to share their testimony of deliverance, and there are believers who spend more time on behavior modification than a true heart transformation. In order to live boldly as daughters of God, we all need to confront, confess, and repent of sinful desires and actions. I want to explore this topic in a safe, judgment-free space, so join me on YouTube live as we discuss this aspect of being resilient as a daughter of God.

KINGDOM AUTHORITY (EPHESIANS 1:15-23) In our lesson today, we will be talking about a tremendous Biblical truth about a believer's “Kingdom Authority.”  God wants you to discover Kingdom Authority, to enjoy Kingdom Authority, and to exercise Kingdom Authority. And my heart is so full, because I'm afraid that you're going to miss the blessing, miss the truth, if you do not listen to what the Holy Spirit has to say to us today.  But my prayer is that God will impregnate your heart with this great, dynamic, life-changing, truth of Kingdom Authority. Paul tells us in the first chapter of Ephesians about the Kingdom Authority that belongs to the children of God. And if you're a child of God, meaning that you are a true, twice born, follower of Christ, then I want to tell you something, you have incredible authority and power. Whether you have discovered it or not, it's there, inherently.  You already have it. Have you ever seen a real live king? Well, would you like to see one?  Did you know the Bible says that God has made every believer a king and a priest?  Rev 5:10 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. KJV Look to the person to your right, the person to your left. There's a king, and there's a priest, if they're saved. Go home, and look in the mirror, and, if you're saved, if you're a child of God, looking back at you will be a king and a priest. God has made us a kingdom of priests.  Now, that is absolutely wonderful! However, you don't have to be a preacher, teacher, or even a member of a church, to be a king and a priest, or a queen and a priestess.  Paul, says very plainly, you just have to know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, because God has given to all His children Kingdom Authority. And that's what we're going to be looking at, and that's what we're going to be studying, today.  Click on the play button to hear a message that describes what Kingdom Authority is, how God graciously gave Adam dominion over all the earth, how Adam legally lost that dominion to the devil, and how Jesus righteously regained that dominion when He came to this earth as a man. This is a live recording of The Master's Class Bible Study at LifeChange Church Wichita, KS. Amen.

Led by Apostle Sydney Quaye, Global Lead Pastor of Shekinah Avenue Church In the final session of the "21 Days of Fasting and Prayer," Apostle Sydney Quaye shares an empowering message about the believer's anointing and the divine authority they hold. Centred around Matthew 16:13-19, Apostle Quaye explains how Jesus grants His followers the keys to God's Kingdom, enabling them to access, open, and declare blessings over every area of their lives. This final session emphasizes that every believer is anointed to release God's favour, opening doors that lead to spiritual, financial, and personal blessings. Key Points: Divine Identity in Christ: Apostle Quaye reminds listeners that, like Peter's revelation of Jesus as "the Christ," believers are anointed with the authority to act as Christ's representatives on Earth. With this, they are empowered to access all that God's Kingdom offers, from strength and guidance to victory over obstacles. Kingdom Authority to Release Blessings: The anointing gives believers "complete and free access" to open doors and declare blessings. Apostle Quaye leads listeners in affirming their authority to proclaim health, prosperity, and peace over their lives and others. Endless Surprises: This anointing ushers in a season of "unending surprises" from God. Believers are encouraged to embrace this faith boldly, releasing blessings over their careers, families, health, and finances, declaring that these blessings are theirs through Christ. This powerful session concludes the fasting and prayer series, leaving believers with a renewed sense of identity and authority. As they step into this new season, they are called to carry the confidence of God's promises, empowered to proclaim His favour and live in His blessings.

KIB 453 – Raising a Kingdom Standard in Prayer Kingdom Intelligence Briefing   While Isa. 59:19 has practical applications for the believer's life, its primary interpretation is Christ's return to defeat the armies of the Antichrist.   There are many false teachings regarding prayer and faith that are popular today.  However, it is the task of the Remnant to return to proper biblical interpretations and applications to experience Kingdom power in the Last Days.   Dr. Michael K. Lake is the Chancellor and Founder of Biblical Life College and Seminary. He is the scholar-in-residence for the Strategic Remnant Learning Center – Biblical Life Assembly.  Dr. Lake is the author of the best-selling books “The Shinar Directive:  Preparing the Way for the Son of Perdition,” “The Sheeriyth Imperative:  Empowering the Remnant to Overcome the Gates of Hell,” “The Kingdom Priesthood: Preparing and Equipping the Remnant Priesthood for the Last Days,” and “The Kingdom Warrior: Full-Spectrum Spiritual Warfare 1.”  He is a popular speaker at national Christian conferences and is a frequent guest on many Christian TV and radio/podcast programs in North America.    Mary Lou Lake has worked side-by-side with her husband in ministry for over 40 years and is the author of the book “What Witches Don't Want Christians to Know – Expanded Edition.”

KIB 452 – Astrological Alignments, Spiritual Portals, and Kingdom Authority Kingdom Intelligence Briefing   The occult (and Freemasonry) understands that astrological alignments can open spiritual portals and affect those living on Earth. One such alignment is coming in September: the Great Square of Pegasus in the night sky and the Fall equinox. This alignment was used in the founding of Mormonism, and it may play an important role in 2024 for the occult to unleash global war on the planet. We will discover man's role in releasing God's authority on Earth to thwart the enemy's plans!   Dr. Michael K. Lake is the Chancellor and Founder of Biblical Life College and Seminary. You have likely heard the saying, -Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.- People have always vied for power and authority over one another. Sadly, even when intentions have begun nobly, over time, the self-serving nature of humanity has won over and resulted in poor leadership, immorality, and abuse. As slaves to sin, with only one exception, there has never been a person who truly used their authority to serve another. The exception is Christ. Jesus' use of authority is a perfect selfless service to God and humanity through his suffering, death, and resurrection. His actions are the power and pattern of authority in the kingdom of heaven that ransom us from slavery to sin. Only now, free from sin, can we follow our beloved Saviour in serving God and one another.

In this episode of Talk Truth Podcast, host Mark Bricker and guest Russell Howard delve into the biblical concept of spiritual warfare, emphasizing victory through Christ over Satan. Russell uses the analogy of a skillful thief to illustrate Satan's subtle attacks and stresses the importance of being alert and rooted in God's word. Key scriptures, such as Revelation 12:11 and Ephesians 6, are discussed to highlight the significance of truth, righteousness, and faith in resisting the devil. They also explore the dangers of false teachings and recommend valuable resources for deeper understanding, like "Kingdom Authority" by Adrian Rogers and "How to Meet the Enemy" by John MacArthur.
