In today’s world there is a pandemic. No, I am not referring to COVID-19. Anxiety ranks right up there with depression. Today’s message is about how to deal with anxiety naturally. JOIN ME!
Having feelings of Jealousy? To rid yourself of this emotion, focus on the feeling without judging it. Jealousy is a complex emotion. Like fear and anger it is buried deep in our ancient brain. It s a normal and natural feeling, but it is important to recognize it with Self compassion. By doing so, we allow the feeling to subside.
After a long night's sleep, we have the ability to create the perfect day from the moment we open our eyes. By doing something you love BEFORE you start on the day’s journey, you raise your vibration. This higher vibration will follow you and assist in you bringing your best self to work, family and friends. When you take care of yourself first, you will feel less resentful of the tasks and deadlines that stand before you. Regardless of the day ahead, you can choose your attitude toward it. You can take care of yourself first and set the tone for a joyful time ahead regardless of the demands.
We often believe that the more we get the happier we will be. More things only bring temporary meaning and happiness to one’s life. Think about this: What REALLY matters to YOU? Are you clear about what matters in your life? Are you consistently acting on what YOU care about? If not, why not?
Sometimes we feel trapped working for a boss that we don’t care for, or in a relationship that has gone bad. We forget that this world, our lives are FILLED with infinite possibilities. We must embrace the fact that there are far more possibilities available to us than we will acknowledge. We must open our eyes to them and examine our opportunities. We never are really trapped, that is only an illusion. Dwell in the POSSIBILITIES!
Whenever you feel your heat rise, do yourself a favor and step back. Remember at every given moment you have a choice as to how you will respond to any situation. Be kind to yourself and choose wisely. Step back from upsetting circumstances, breathe and count to ten. It is in those moments of feeling irrational that we hurt ourselves.
We often get caught up in saying yes to projects and tasks that don’t serve our best interests. There are times we must say “No”. Feeling comfortable saying “No” to projects that steal your time, and do not serve you is required to create your life vision.
We all have the power to choose,and choosing a positive attitude not only gets us through life’s challenges, but assists us in reaching our objectives.
If you can imagine it.... you can create it.
Real freedom comes from being comfortable in your own skin. You are a gift to this world, cherish this truth. When you are comfortable with who you are you are FREE!

We can choose our mood, thoughts and even our emotions. The choices we make, conscious or not, moment by moment are a cause set in motion. We should never underestimate the power of our thoughts. That is why awareness of them, and our inner world of secret conversations and emotions must be acknowledged. Upon acknowledging our inner world we have the freedom to choose wisely. Today let’s look at some terrific ways to see that light at the end of a dark tunnel. Regardless of the situation, the positive is there for you to notice and embrace. You have the power within to free yourself from the negative.
Give yourself the gift of calm and quiet. Take 10 minutes and step completely away from the noise and chaos that surrounds you. YOU DESERVE IT. In the quiet you will receive some powerful answers!
When you have a good experience take a few moments to soak it in. Focus on the good and Give yourself 30 seconds or more to feel the joy. Make this a daily practice. In doing so you will wire your brain to think more positively.
Many times we do not see the opportunities available to us because we are focused on what we don’t like, what we are afraid of, or feel we have no control over. You have more control than you think, and this control starts with how you are viewing reality. You have a choice as to how you interpret any situation. It is in this interpretation that your personal power shrinks or grows.
