How a 29 year old Millennial Started Investing Real Estate? Jamal Newman was born and raised here in Canada but completed high school and university in the US. He graduated with a bachelors of science majoring in biology. After which he came back home and was exploring a career in health care, although he wasn't quite sure what field specifically he wanted to be in. Jamal's mom was always supportive of whatever he wanted to do, she never pushed her children in a particular direction but whatever they chose she would support, they essentially had to be their own ignition and she was the gas to fuel the fire.  Currently as an insurance advisor specializing in health and living benefits, Jamal works in education and engagement at the Ontario Medical Association.  Real estate is more of a passion for him right now and he feels like most people that have jobs where that we do what we need to do and then that helps fund our passions or rather what we want to do. For people that have been able to blend the two they're extremely blessed. His journey in real estate most relates to his entrepreneurial spirit which he definitely inherited from his mother. Listen in for how he came to own 4 properties at such a young age, while working full time. He's set to do big things and we can all learn from his drive and determination.
