From paperboy to working at the mail room at the Sun. Lee started at the very bottom and worked his way to the top. We chat about the journey to becoming Sports Editor at The Daily Mail and then the big decision to move to become Head of talkSPORT. How to get into working full time in sports media and what it's like to work in sport everyday.
