Jason Candle is the coach of the University of Toledo football team and this year they won the Mid-American Conference Championship and defeated Liberty in the Boca Raton Bowl. We ran into Coach Candle back in June at the Fatherhood Festival at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He had brought his leadership council to help out with the event. The interview took place outside with a lot of other things going on around us but the insights are still good and I think you'll get a sense as to one of the reasons Toledo football had the season that they did.
