This is me expanding upon why I am switching gears into films that take "history" as their main driving point in the plot and why it is important for them to be accurate. This is me being a nerd and for the better. More to come in the new year.

Today I talked about early exploration with Spanish people and their colonization efforts of the Spanish in the Americas. I watched films for this as well and looked at if they were good representations for this colonization narrative. Some were, some were not. A movie came out, the January greats are done. The streak of good movies for that month ended, we are now into February with a bunch of good movies coming ahead of us. I get angry yet again in this.
