First impressions matter! I’m thrilled to welcome Mallory Lennon, Founder and Interior Designer of Reimagine Designs based in Canada. Her work has been featured in East Coast Living and numerous other publications. She is committed to the success of every project and she enjoys challenging the status quo. Her passion is a testament to her work ethic, which allows her to beautifully reimagine spaces. It was important for me to have Mallory on today because there is so much thoughts that goes behind designing a medical spa or aesthetic practice. Creating a well designed space is often overlooked, but shouldn’t be as it’s your patients first impression of you and your business. It’s going to make a lasting impression and so serious thought should go into the design of your practice.
I had the absolute pleasure of talking with my good friend Alex Coursen today on Med Spa Growth and Profitability Podcast. Your clients are spending a significant amount of money and trusting you with their looks, health and well being so getting to you know and trust you is necessary. Allowing future clients to see you and get to know you on video before meeting you allows them to get to know you and start the trust process. This is helpful so that way once you meet in person you can spend less time selling them and more time answering their questions about your services. Video is great from a conversation standpoint so it’s no surprise that YouTube is the 2nd most used search engine!
