Marketing isn't just about pushing a product anymore. If you want to resonate, you need to think creatively, act authentically, and know when to take the spotlight off the brand and onto the people behind it.That's the magic of Jim Henson, where artistry meets innovation, and characters become cultural icons. In this episode, we tap into that enduring creative power with the help of our special guest, Adam Kranitz, Chief Marketing Officer at Resilio.Together, we explore what B2B marketers can learn from narrative consistency, egoless collaboration, and why it's time to stop making “content” and start telling stories that actually matter.About our guest, Adam KranitzAdam leads the marketing organization at Resilio, responsible for demand marketing, brand, and corporate communications. He is an experienced technology marketing leader with expertise in building and leading global marketing teams and strategies that grow revenue, increase product adoption, and build mindshare with competitive differentiation.Adam has led vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of B2B technology marketing, aligned with sales teams, for publicly traded technology firms, including Avid (NASDAQ: AVID) and Paychex (NASDAQ: PAYX), and SaaS start-ups, including CloudCheckr (acquired by NetApp) and LucidLink.Adam's customer-centric marketing approach has recently produced industry leadership recognition for his companies with a G2 Leader Report for Cloud File Storage and category leader in Cloud Management Wave report by Forrester Research. What B2B Companies Can Learn From Jim Henson Idea Man:Entertainment first, selling second. Jim Henson's early commercials didn't start with a coffee can—they started with chaos, characters, and charm. Adam puts it plainly: “Do we wanna beat people over the head with the technical benefits of the product, or do we wanna entertain and educate our prospects?” The goal isn't to pitch—it's to engage. Use storytelling to earn attention before you explain the value.Narrative consistency pays off. Kermit hasn't changed. Neither should your core brand story. “If we haven't landed our message and are consistently delivering it over time, through multiple channels… what have you created?” Adam asks. Like the Muppets, your brand needs to adapt across formats but stay true to character. A consistent voice builds trust—and keeps you top of mind.Let your experts do the talking. Your audience doesn't want to hear from the brand. They want to hear from the people behind it. “Nobody wants to see an AI talking head avatar… You've got smart people in your organization, it's your job as marketers to coach them up.” For Resilio, spotlighting their CTO, CPO, and CEO on LinkedIn unlocked real results. Empower your experts. That's who your buyers want to meet.Quote*“The best part of my job is when I get to get on a platform like this and do a video interview with one of our customers… and then they kind of unprompted will talk about how much they love Resilio… That magic moment where it clicked for them—that is just magic.”Time Stamps[0:55] Meet Adam Kranitz, Chief Marketing Officer at Resilio[00:56] Why Jim Henson Idea Man?[04:01] The Role of CMO at Resilio[05:31] Origins of Jim Henson Idea Man Documentary[13:07] The Creative Genius of Jim Henson[25:14] B2B Marketing Takeaways from Jim Henson[38:37] The Power of Serialized Content[42:49] The Importance of Video in Modern Marketing[52:59] Final Thoughts and TakeawaysLinksConnect with Adam on LinkedInLearn more about ResilioAbout Remarkable!Remarkable! is created by the team at Caspian Studios, the premier B2B Podcast-as-a-Service company. (EDITOR'S NOTE: View From The Pugh is a journalism project from Chris Pugh. Subscribe to his daily newsletter and podcast, follow him on YouTube and sponsor his work)Today's post is sponsored by StreamYard. If your morning cereal started committing crimes, would you still eat it?That's the question swirling around Cinnamon Toast Crunch's latest marketing campaign, “Must Synod Us,” which reimagines its lovable cereal mascots as darkly comic cannibals. Inspired by the tone of true crime content and the sharp wit of modern internet humor, the campaign is both boldly creative and wildly controversial. The ad spots feature animated cereal pieces plotting and executing the (sometimes literal) consumption of their fellow squares. There are red-tinted scenes, mock-interviews, and over-the-top dramatizations that wouldn't feel out of place in a parody of Dateline NBC. The phrase “Must Synod Us” plays off both religious and crime-related themes, as if the cereal is confessing its sins — before devouring its brethren. So, what's the goal here?Clearly, this isn't aimed at children. Instead, the campaign seems to target millennial and Gen X adults, particularly the true crime-obsessed crowd. Think moms who fall asleep to podcasts about unsolved murders and love an ironic twist in their advertising. But while the concept is undeniably creative, the reaction has been mixed. On the one hand, the campaign has gone viral — drawing millions of views and plenty of commentary. On the other, critics question whether showing your product eating itself is a great way to encourage people to, well, eat it.And therein lies the great marketing paradox:

A week ago on May 12th, the Full Moon in Scorpio graced the skies in all Her magnificence.  It would take me a week just to process a bit of the energy and significance of this cosmic event. This Full Moon was, and is still echoing through the personal and collective consciousness.  In this episode, I endeavor to share some thoughts, questions, ideas and insights about this zodiac sign, why it is so important for our current time and situation.Scorpio is a fixed feminine water sign that is under guidance, "rulership" of planets Pluto and Mars.  This sign is a paradox.  The water element is associated with being energetically receptive.  Water absorbs whatever it comes in contact with. Scorpio like it's sister water signs does absorb, but not in a liquid flowing way.  Scorpio is akin to water in its frozen form, ice; this is its fixed or consolidating nature. This sign is quite literally  "fire in ice".  Ice can burn the skin.Perhaps this frozen water form requires the power of two planets.   Both of these activate a heating action that liquidfies and releases the powerful potential of Scorpio energy.  The recent Full Moon in Scorpio was, and is about releasing what has been frozen on the emotional level.  Understanding the significance of this recent Full Moon, is about venturing into the emotional depths and acknowledging what parts of yourself have been hidden and disconnected from one's consciousness. In essence, the things that we often hide from ourselves is where we have the most power. Many of the emotional, physical, mental health, and spiritual issues are "Scorpio/Pluto problems".  This is the sign where we cannot hide things from self.  This is especially the case with denial of your inner most feelings.  Many of the issues that people have given the "catch all" description, "trauma", is about hiding and denying how an individual really feels about a person, situation or circumstance.  On a collective level, everywhere we look we can see what's happening when there's denial of truth, respect, honesty, empathy,  heart-centered care and  Soul awareness.  Why have mean-spiritedness, greed, self-centered cruelty and hard-heartedness become the edicts of the land? This still illuminating Full Moon in Scorpio presents us with a powerful message by way of Pluto. "Ready to stand in your own power?  Listen to the message of your "inner Scorpio" wisdom".   Let's have an Astrology Conversation. Welcome  Lovely Listeners, to this episode which is offering some powerful astrological insights, as well as how to use ritual to set New Moon in Taurus intentions. I am delighted to be in conversation with Kathy Harmon-Luber who is a renown sound-musician healer, reiki practitioner, author and painter.  In this episode, we talk about using a really interesting and powerful ritual for planting new ideas and desires.  During this New Moon  lunar cycle there is a particularly energetic connection.  The planetary line-up with other planets, places emphasis on using the Moon to create powerful self-belief and inner awareness by creating meaningful intentions.  This Moon phase, being in the earth sign of Taurus highlights the need for self-care, and inner reflection on your most important and cherished wants, needs, desires and intentions.  The reason this is so critical has to do with the vibrational nature of this Moon and how it is aspected to other planets.  Take a look at your astrology chart and find the sign of Taurus and it's house placement.  This is where you may need to stop, pause, reassess, balance and ground.  Taurus is a fixed earth sign.  This means  there is the impetus to bring things into focus and form for the long term. This sign is allied with the 2nd house. This is the space of personal resources, skills talents, abilities, gifts, as well as how material and financial resources come into your life.  The planetary guide (rulership) is with Venus.  This planet asked you to assess how and what do you value about yourself, (self-resources).This New Moon, with all the planetary connections to other planets  who are sitting with  challenging, yet dynamic messages, places this Taurus Moon in important position.  What you plant during this season, could have a profound effect for quite a long time.  This New Moon is in communication with Mars in Leo, Pluto in Aquarius, and Black Moon Lilith in Scorpio.  These are all fixed signs and they are part of your astrology story.  Set your intentions, reflect quietly and be joyful for the opportunities ahead.Checkout Kathy Here:      https://sufferingtothriving.com/    https://www.dancingbetweenworlds.art/ (P.S.  tech issue 15 min mark) Let's have an Astrology Conversation. If we accept the invitation, every full moon can brings us wonderful insights and opportunities for change.  With the Full Moon in Libra, She offers an ongoing time to understand your connections to yourself and other people. There's a lot of planetary knowledge, insights and awareness to be gained from this lunar cycle.  In this episode, I talk about developing your "AstroVisioning" ability.  In essence, its a way of being able to intuitively perceive the energetic expression that is held in your unique astrology chart. The full moon cycle is one of illumination.  If we go out and look at the full moon, it has a striking appearance.  On the level of inner awareness, this brightness and "moonlightness" are really steppingstones for recognizing how to see in the dark. This means being able to understand the inner guidance that is provided by each full moon. This powerful Libra Full Moon in cooperation with planet Venus, has and will continue to ask us to take an in depth look at how we connect and relate to ourselves and others.  The key of course, is to have some understanding of what area of your astrology chart is being featured during a lunar cycle.  Since it's in the air sign of Libra, this Moon is providing illumination for looking deeply at how we take care of one's self, while meeting the desires and wants of other people.Libra gives us keyword descriptions such as "harmony and balance" in the context of being in relationship with self and others. In many ways, Libra presents a question, what is the  value exchange?  For example, in a marital relationship,  there's often the question of each individual's wants, needs and desires, in consideration of each partner feeling acknowledged and seen.   In the sign of Libra relationships can sometimes be daunting because the planet Venus is align with the supreme value of "love".  Libra on the other hand is an "intellectual mental reflecting" sign.  Relationships of every type, requires a person to ask, "how well am I connecting to myself, in order to relate to another person?  Am I over extended emotionally in order to please another person, just to keep the "peace?"Where in your chart is the Moon illuminating, urging and encouraging you to release old patterns of relating that are not serving your well being?  How will you relate to yourself and others in a more heart-centered way? Let's have an Astrology Conversation. I look forward to seeing you. In this episode, I present some ideas, questions and thoughts about walking through the portal of this brilliant New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries.  We are being offered a powerful opportunity to embrace the wisdom, wholeness and uniqueness that is revealed through our astrology chart blueprints.Every person's chart provides directions, options, clues, insights and even the ways and means for navigating our personal and collective experiences. How, you may be asking?  Perhaps you have your chart, and all you see is a circle with a bunch of lines going every which way.  Actually, your chart represents a vibrational/ energetic frequency.  To use a contemporary description, each of us possesses a unique personal "GPS" signal that is broadcasting out into the world and to the Universe. The key here is that you and I were born with a powerful magnificence as shown in our charts. But there's one thing missing.  In many instances we have been misdirected and told that we have to rely on the whims and ego-driven will of other people, who don't know themselves( or their charts)...so they surely cannot provide you with Soul and life direction. With this cosmic event, a Solar Eclipse in Aries, along with planets, Venus, Mercury  and Neptune, we are being encouraged, supported and inspired to be open and acknowledge the seeds of our new visions and dreams.  Time to create a new story for yourself.Another question is rising.  I hear you saying, "how can I dream anything in the midst of all the emotional turbulence, mental unrest, and the total dismantling of daily life that seemingly is being spawned by soulless and spiritually bankrupted leaders?Begin to learn your vibrational signature.  Your chart through the planet Mercury presents you with your unique way of communicating, tell the truth about what you are witnessing and feeling. Your truth telling may be to one person, or maybe you feel called to march or meet with others.  Venus  in your chart is asking you to take a look at how you are loving and valuing yourself, because this is the only way to have love in your life. Neptune is your relationship to your spiritual essence as it connects to Source, however you define the "Source".Practice Soul Wholeness and Align with Truth Everyday.Make Art:  https://linktr.ee/monicathecreativebeast Let's have an Astrology Conversation. In this episode of the Creative Genius podcast, I interview Rebe Huntman about her debut memoir, "My Mother in Havana, a memoir of magic and miracle." Rebe shares her personal story of losing her mother at a young age and the subsequent decades of feeling disconnected from her memory. Driven by a deep longing and intuition, Rebe embarked on a 30-day DIY pilgrimage to Cuba to seek a different perspective on grief and connection. The conversation delves into how Rebe's background as a Latin dancer led her to discover the spiritual roots of Cuban dances and the traditions of honoring the deceased.  Rebe recounts her experiences immersing herself in rituals dedicated to the goddess Oshun, visiting the sanctuary of Cuba's patron saint, and meeting with a spiritist who she hoped would connect her with her mother.Rebe and I discuss the importance of intuition and following one's unique path, even when it doesn't seem logical. We also explore the disconnect in Western culture from ancestral connections, magic, and meaningful rituals, contrasting it with the Cuban traditions of keeping the dead close. The conversation touches on the challenges of staying creative and connected to one's inner voice in the face of overwhelming global issues and personal fears. Rebe shares her belief in creativity as a portal and emphasizes the importance of honouring inner longings and choosing to champion humanity. She also shares her personal rituals for grounding and connecting with her intuition and ancestors, offering practical advice for listeners seeking to do the same. Ultimately, Rebe's story is a powerful reminder of the resilience of the human spirit, the wisdom of intuition, and the potential for magic and miracle in our lives, even in the darkest of times.

Welcome to the first episode of 2025.  The New Moon in Aquarius is offering us an opportunity to claim the experience of choosing freedom.  This is the freedom of being willing to acknowledge greatness and soul purpose that every individual possesses. In this episode, I discuss how our unique astrology map provides a  blueprint for living each of our lives in a special way.  I see each chart as  radiating a vibrational frequency that is broadcasting our unique signals 24 hours a day and night.Ever wondered how people, situations, circumstances and events happen in our lives?  Well, it's all about vibrational energy.  Our thoughts, words, and feelings are always sending out signals that either attract or repel vibrations that are in resonance with your unique frequency. It becomes important to be mindful of what you are saying and thinking.  The reason it is so important to affirm a positive mindset, with support and positive self-talk is because of our personal "vibrational signature".The key to the Aquarius sign is to fully embrace something that totally expresses your deepest desire, dream or vision.  No one else can give you the answer or permission to be your greatest self.  Take a look at your astrology chart and find the areas where Aquarius and the planet Uranus inhabit.  These areas are where you probably have something, absolutely, sensational that wants to be expressed. Because there is so  much external and outer noise of every kind, you need to develop some kind of soul and heart-centered practice.  Here are some tips for cultivating your New Moon in Aquarius Intentions: Use writing and journaling to gain mental clarityRest and self-care are essentialKeep self-talk positive, be emotionally supportiveFace feelings of uncertainty by standing in the present momentRealize that the answer to a challenging situation is inside the challenge itself Be empowered by your dreams, visions, desires and choicesSend good thoughts to other peopleShare your gifts, talents, wisdom, light, skills, your expertise, your art, music, poetry, writing, dance, spiritual insights, prayers, song, stories and anything else from your heart. It is important to allow some time and space for an emotional reset.  This will provide time to align with your inner visioning, power and strength.  Listen to your Soul's calling. Super Full Moon in Taurus: Claim Your Self, Stand in Your Power, Speak Your Truth and Be the Change that You Seek

What's The Message from  this Super Full Moon in Taurus? Claim Your Value, Claim Yourself. Why is this lunar cycle with Taurus so important?  We have a powerful connection occurring between the Moon, Sun in Scorpio and Uranus in Taurus, Saturn in Pisces, and Mercury in Leo, going retrograde.  Also another major planetary change is happening with Pluto moving into Aquarius. The Moon and Uranus are in a dance right now.  Uranus is the planet of sudden happenings,  absolute change,  deep visionary perspectives, innovation, and the releasing of old, status quo attitudes and  of false and erroneous beliefs.  Uranus has been 7 years in the sign of Taurus.  In its final degrees, it is also joining up with Pluto in Capricorn.  So this Full Moon along with the other "planetary councilors",   are questioning whether we will meet the challenge of claiming personal and collective sovereignty and autonomy? "Freedom or Tyranny" ?As you listen to the ideas and questions that I put forth in this episode of "Your Wild Soul Reflection", ask yourself how are you going to show up in these next years?  For clarification the Moon is where we have our deepest feelings of emotional, psychic awareness, comfort and inner life well-being. The Moon is how we feel nurtured, receive and give comfort.  Taurus is exalted in the Moon placement.  This means that Taurus is at ease, relaxed, and inspired to be connecting with the Moon.  Well, here's the message about change.  Recall that I mentioned Venus is the guiding/ruling planet of Taurus.  At this time Venus is giving us support, through a  placement in the sign of Capricorn.   Venus represents the ability to attract, relate, and see the beauty in our lives.  In a greater sense, it's about how we value and exchange our uniqueness, one with the other. This lunar cycle with the Taurus Moon, Sun in Scorpio, Uranus in Taurus and even Saturn in Pisces are asking us to take a deep and profound journey. What kind of world do you want to create?  This Full Moon is shining a lunar light on our treasures of self-worth, inner and outer resources which can be our Soul/ life gifts, talents, abilities. We are each the "Answer" for creating the way we want to live.  Embrace your wisdom, guidance and treasure.  Be a Voice of Truth.  Trust in Yourself and be open to support from the Universe.  Let's have an Astrology Conversation. I look forward to seeing you. My Dearest Listener, I realize this episode is really kind of long, but I'm trusting that you will gain some insight and value from my extended Scorpio discussion. What is it about this New Moon in Scorpio that is different from other lunar cycles of the moon?  With this Scorpio New Moon there's a major opportunity to witness how numerology can help us understand the planetary shifts.  A new moon happens when the Sun and Moon are conjunct, meaning that they are totally leaning on one another.  For this conjunction they are at 9 degrees.  In numerology 9 is the conclusion of the single digit numbers. This nine helps us to understand that something is coming to an end, as well as noting other patterns that give us the number 1 in pattern, new beginnings.  Scorpio is the sign that tell us where change has to take place.  The past is done! Through the keywords or death, transformation, transmutation and rebirth, we find the Scorpio path.  With a New Moon in Scorpio, each of us is called to recognize and acknowledge those aspects of ourselves that are most hidden from view. What I am referring to is the "secret self" that is pushed into the far corners of consciousness.  In this episode, I talk about what happens when parts of lives are separated and disconnected from the wholeness of "Self-Love"  In essence, when we are taught, shamed, bullied, and made to feel "not good enough",  we become less than our unique and brilliant selves. So, the sign of Scorpio arrives on the scene, and if we are willing to take an inward journey, deep into the realm of the seeming darkness and shadow lands of fear, rage and any other negative and mean-spirited descriptions of self, while confronting all the false narratives and  self denial stories, we are guaranteed a treasure.  Since you are a massive "Diamond", it means that it'll  be necessary to gain self-mastery to mine and bring your "Diamondness" to the world. The planetary guides and rulers of Scorpio, planets Mars and Pluto the co-guidance team, will help you  learn how to claim your self-worth, gain understanding of your own powerful ability to change what does not serve you.  Find Scorpio in your chart, the treasure.   Claim your self-awareness, wisdom, power to transform and be the co-creator of your Soul expression.Symbols:  Scorpion, Eagle, or mythical Phoenix Bird? Be Your Magic for You. Let's have an Astrology Conversation. I look forward to seeing you.
