Exponential growth requires reframing. The things that brought you to the current moment will keep you there. Routine is the stacking of habits that compound and that's all important and great but if you continue to show up the same way everyday you'll get growth but it will be liniear growth. There won't be a transformation. If you want exponential growth you must be willing to do more. Reinvent yourself. What you're doing and what you've done is all great, you've mastered skills. It's time to stack new and ehanced versions of yourself. Let's 10X ourselves this year.
Viewing yourself through someone else's eyes can be a common experience, as humans naturally seek social validation and often care about what others think of them. However, it's also important to prioritize your own well-being and self-esteem

The longest episode I have ever done and I am glad I did. I learned new things about my dad in this and I also enjoy listening to him tell stories. You will see for yourself. It is a 2 hour episode the first half is my dad, Bill Tolli recounting his timeline of baseball from youth to play for the Oakland A's in the minor leagues. It's cool to do this and I highly recommend sitting down with your parents, family, loved one and recording an interview to have forever.
This is for my moms, the ones who ask how do you stop chasing the old and accept the new. Body image is always a sensitive topic and I hope this helps some of you!

We live in a world where everyone is always comparing what they have against another and we are losing the value of the little things AND our ability to be grateful. If you can't find joy in a cup of coffee, you won't find it in a yacht. It's the little things that hold the value .
"If there's time, then there is time to turn things around. "- You can do anything you want in this life, start with finding the small things to be grateful for and build on that. Make choices for you, live life intentionally. The worst mistake we can make is thinking we have more time, the time you have is NOW, this moment. How will you choose to live it today?

When you move into the unknown you can recreate your life.
Are you stalling your life waiting on the “sign” instead of trusting the knowing already within you that is the sign.
Pouring my heart onto "paper" and healing one day at a time. *Trigger warning*
Saying yes to the unknown is opening the door to endless possibilities.
Let the past be a school, not a burden to carry. Face the future with anticipation.
Spoken Poetry is such an art. My friend Danielle and I were chatting this week about her work and I was inspired to write myself. This morning it just flowed naturally for me as I had a lot of emotion on my heart. Sharing this is vulnerable for me, even though I share so much, so often. I think perhaps it's because it's out of my comfort zone and I am am hopeful that it will inspire you too. Healing takes time and sharing my journey through grief and my miscarriage has been therapeutic.
How many times in your life or your business have you hit. A road block? Been frustrated and wanted to just quit. And right when you're about to. Just when you think you can't take one more minute of where you're at - the door opens. Movements happens and you're on your way.
“Looking back and understanding what you might have done differently is a source of strength, awareness is a currency of sorts. But being sorry for yesterday and dwelling on the days gone by, that is a waste of time. “ _ EP.
Your habits create your routine, which in turn is your self discipline. What actions are you prioritizing daily?
Don't focus on being busy. Focus on being productive. Allow what matters most to drive your day.
See things for what they are. This is happening FOR you, was the best perspective I grasped. We often feel that things happen to US and wouldn't it be a better perspective to switch your mind to why is this happening for me, what can I learn? How can i grow? Even in the discomfort and the upset, there are things to learn and ways to grow. Some seasons of our lives may seem like non stop obstacles, that is life allowing you to plant your seed. I love the quote “ sometimes when you're in a dark place you think you've been buried, but actually you've been planted”
Oceans plays on my google speaker and I cry. Spirit lead me where my trust is without border, let me walk upon the water, wherever you would call me I know you're here. I feel your presence. I know you show me that you're by our sides. Each day varies. I can feel so much joy and little sadness or immense sadness and little joy. Talking about it helps. Being open about it helps. Singing helps. Crying out. Asking for Jesus to heal my broken heart.
I know that I am meant to be that light, to shine brightly and I have been. I also know that my purpose is even greater now, it has a new layer that I will overcome and share how I have done that, that will inspire others. Your story is the playbook for others to read. AND I think it's important to know that your story, your healing takes time and it can't be rushed for anyone.
we can't see ahead, we can only see what is right in front of us.
What you focus on, grows. If you're focusing on someone else's life, you're not working on your own. If you're focusing on negativity, you're generating more negativity in your life. If you're not showing up authentically and expecting others to follow you, you're not leading. It's not about what anyone else is doing, it's about what you're doing. How are you staying focused? How you're showing up intentionally daily to give your best so you can get one step closer to your goals? What are you focused on? Ask yourself. Is the drama turned up or is your frequency? What we want for ourselves doesn't just come about with a hope and a prayer. It's the discipline we put in, it's the honor in which we show up with and it's the intentions we set and the actions we take. Whatever the goal. Whatever the aspect of life, be it fitness, work, business , love , relationships- it all starts with how you are generating your energy. Energy is a magnetic source. Be mindful of how you're stepping out and showing up in the world.
“this could be the greatest year of your life, your dream year, but you have to win the day. That's how you win the week, win the month, win the year. NO one achieves his or her dream without daily disciplines”
Where is it you most want to go, and what would one step in that direction look like?
It's the handful of things daily, that will compound over time. Trusting in the unknown and knowing that what you're disciplined in will bring you to your goal.
We tend to avoid situations where the odds are against us, but when we do, we rob God of the opportunity to do something supernatural. Morning message inspired by the readings in Chase The Lion, highly recommend reading. Also, I apologize in advance for the moments of poor sound quality, I was inspired and outside without my mic. Nonetheless, a great message.
GROWTH UNSEEN, just because you don't see it happening right away doesn't mean something isn't developing.
What holds you back from going after the things you want?! Is it fear or is it complacency. It's time to "chase the lion" in your life. Time is not to be wasted. How are you showing up intentionally?
I wanted to record an episode before Riley woke up today, that did not happen. Toddler life lol. So, here we are she wanted to use my mic. A little morning love from my doodle, enjoy!
“There is no such thing as a work- life balance. The balance has to be within you” Asking yourself today if your routine is consistent and in alignment with your desired outcomes. Is your cup full?
Some poolside thoughts to share! Love is the most important of all. Prioritizing your love, your relationships and disconnecting for the reconnect!
The lily pond is full on day 30, half full on day 29. Exponential growth - let's chat!
No reaction is often the best one. Don't allow the weight of someone else's actions or words to control you.
Moments of conflict or discomfort often there is a deeper lesson and also a chance for us to stop, self reflect and see if the problem is telling us something more about ourselves. Perhaps taking an objective view and really seeing both sides and then asking yourself how you can grow from it.
J.R. Martinez is an Army veteran, burn survivor, actor, motivational speaker, New York Times best-selling author, and Dancing with the Stars season 13 winner! I was so honored to have him on my show, you're going to love this one!!!!

There is no passion to be found in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living. Nelson Mandela Sometimes it takes the courage to step out of where you are and into the unknown to become who you were meant to be. Start living more intentionally and going after the MORE you are worthy of.
Show up as your authentic self daily and make your impact. We can't control what, we can control what becomes.
So I challenge you to ask yourself today what is your story you've been writing and are you the narrator or are you only the character?
Greatness is not a miracle - it's your opportunity to give more of yourself to get more out of life. That is the answer - difficulty.
There is power in our mistakes and it comes from the growth of getting back up again. From overcoming adversity and not allowing it to stop your potential.
I felt it was important to follow up this mornings podcast episode with a lathe featuring Katie Parent. I do gentle parent. I am intentional with Riley and very aware of how I am with her. In order to help her feel safe, loved and validated. After to episode release Katie and I spoke on how I was feeling and shared in this episode more. AND we will be recording a deeper dive into this topic!
Disclaimer on this episode* I am not knocking gentle parenting or saying I don't do it, I do. I am saying that I too, snap. And after a month of being tried daily by Riley, I snapped last night. I yelled and lost my cool. Sometimes it's hard to always have it all together. It's hard AF. My perspective and I respect gentle parenting approaches. At the end of the day, parenting is two people getting to know one another. You're doing your best.
