Most people are completely stuck in what I call the arithmetic trap. They think: I make $1000, then I make another $1000, then another $1000. Addition thinking. Linear thinking. Poor thinking. But exponential thinkers? They see $1000 becoming $2000, becoming $4000, becoming $8000. They understand multiplication, not addition. Most people think money grows like climbing stairs - one step at a time. But exponential wealth? That grows like a nuclear reaction. One becomes two, two becomes four, four becomes eight, eight becomes sixteen... and by the time you get to the twentieth step, that single dollar has become over a million. By the end of this activation, you'll never think about money the same way again. Your relationship with wealth, with opportunity, with your own financial potential is about to shift so dramatically that it's either going to excite you beyond belief... or terrify you because you'll realize how much abundance you've been blocking.

Estil Wallace went from addiction and jail to building a multimillion-dollar recovery center—by applying the same 12-step grit to entrepreneurship. What started with 10 beds and a mission has grown into one of Arizona's leading behavioral health agencies. But it didn't happen by playing it safe. Estil had to stop doing $10 tasks, hand over control, and become the kind of CEO his company actually needed. The result? Exponential growth, a rock-solid culture, and a leadership style rooted in radical ownership—not ego. In this raw, unfiltered conversation, Estil shares: The exact moment his team told him to stop being the bottleneck Why clinical outcomes and cash flow are his north stars How trying to help everyone at once led to mass client dropouts The 2 filters every decision at Cornerstone must pass through The one business book he reads like a textbook—not just once How moving furniture for $8/hr taught him more than school ever did Why recovery and business are both messy, nonlinear, and worth it Key Lessons: Step Back to Scale: Why the best founders eventually fire themselves from the weeds Outcomes Over Optics: How Estil measures real success—and fixes what's broken Hire for Heart: Why degrees matter less than mission-alignment Own the Mess: Leadership starts with radical responsibility Program-Led Growth: Why service expansion beats property expansion every time Host: Tyler Martin, Think Business Podcast Ready to build something resilient? Let's talk:
Countdown to AI Super Intelligence has begunOn Scope Forward, Matt Schwartz—Founder and CEO of Virgo—unveiled EndoML, a clinician-facing platform built on Virgo's massive foundation model, EndoDINO. This isn't just another AI update—it's a turning point for gastroenterology. With more than 2 million full-length endoscopy videos and a platform that lets any clinician train models using their own technique, Virgo's trajectory signals a fundamental shift—from industry-led tools to clinician-owned AI.This isn't an update. It's a wake-up call.Matt lays out a bold vision: Imagine any endoscopist building a CADx system tuned to their own hands, their own diagnostic eye. Picture AI not as a separate assistant, but as an extension of the clinician—scaling personal expertise across teams, institutions, even continents. And what if the real bottleneck in AI for GI wasn't regulatory, but data—and that hurdle is already behind us?EndoML isn't just a tool—it's a scaffolding layer for AI-native medicine. If you're in GI and not exploring this shift, you may already be behind the exponential curve. This interview made me feel both thrilled and uneasy—but that's what happens when you realize the shift is already underway.Top Insights:01:55 - The World's Largest Endoscopy Video DatabaseVirgo has captured over 2 million full-length HD endoscopy videos, with more than 1 million new procedures added annually. This massive dataset fuels the power of its AI.03:14 - EndoML: AI for Every EndoscopistEndoML lets clinicians upload, label, and train AI models using their own data—cutting down the training volume needed to build high-performance models.05:52 - EndoDINO Enables GeneralizabilityTrained on 3.5 billion frames of real-world data, EndoDINO powers models that can generalize across diverse clinical environments.26:42 -AI as an Extension of the EndoscopistClinicians can now train AI to reflect their personal technique—transforming AI into a mirror of their expertise and enabling scalable, high-fidelity clinical replication.28: 01 - From AI Models to Autonomous RobotsAs EndoML captures clinical intent and expertise, robotic endoscopy becomes viable—AI not just assisting, but eventually performing under oversight.31:03 - The Exponential Fallacy: Why Most Will Miss the CurveMatt highlights a recurring trap in tech: underestimating exponential growth. In GI, tools like EndoML are advancing faster than most realize.37:03 - Humanoid Robots in GI? It's ComingWith advances in robotics like Tesla Bot and Figure, GI procedures may one day be performed by humanoid robots—powered by clinician-trained AI.39:25 - The WTF Curve of InnovationYour first reaction might be disbelief. But just past that “WTF” moment lies opportunity—for early adopters willing to lean in and shape the future.46:40 - AI in GI Is Moving Faster Than You ThinkFrom foundational models to clinical tools, AI's pace in healthcare is accelerating. The gap isn't technical—it's mindset. Those who delay may be left behind.*#digitalhealth #gastroenterology #thescopeforwardshow #nextservices #gi #future #ai #theshift

In the quantum field of infinite possibility, versions of you already exist that have actualized everything you're capable of becoming. The you that embodies radiant health at the cellular level. The you that magnetizes abundance because you recognize it as the fundamental nature of reality. The you that has transcended the limitations of conventional identity and tapped into capacities most humans never access. Tonight, as you surrender to this journey, you're not just going to sleep—you're crossing a threshold into the laboratory of consciousness itself. While your body rests, your awareness will be dissolving the artificial boundaries between potential and actualization, between who you've been and who you're becoming. This is biohacking at the level of consciousness. This is evolutionary technology for your mind. This is what happens when ancient wisdom meets cutting-edge neuroscience in the dark of night. I've designed this 8-hour journey to work with your brain's natural sleep cycles, gradually guiding you deeper into states where transformation happens effortlessly. The first two hours will prepare the terrain of your consciousness, opening you to the quantum field of potential, rewiring neural pathways for abundance, activating holographic healing, and expanding your consciousness beyond conventional limitations. Then, as you descend into the deepest stages of sleep, carefully crafted affirmations will continue to install new programs directly into your subconscious—programs for success, prosperity, radiant health, authentic connection, and accelerated spiritual evolution. By morning, something will have shifted. Perhaps subtly at first—a new thought pattern, an unexpected insight, a feeling of possibility you hadn't accessed before. But over time, with consistent immersion in this field of potential, the changes will compound exponentially. Prepare to wake up as a slightly different version of yourself—one step closer to the extraordinary being you're capable of becoming.

Notable Quotes from Episode: “The greatest shortcoming of the human race is man's inability to understand the exponential function.” - Albert Barlett, American Physicist “The real problem of humanity is the following: We have Paleolithic emotions, medieval institutions, and godlike technology. And it is terrifically dangerous.” – Edward O. Wilson, Harvard Biologist Paradox of Progress: “The progress we evolved to make has resulted in us creating a world we didn't evolve to inhabit”. – Mike Brooks "Show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome." - Charlie Munger "Be still, and know that I am God" - Psalm 46:10 “At the center of the Universe is a loving heart that continues to beat and that wants the best for every person. Anything that we can do to help foster the intellect and spirit and emotional growth of our fellow human beings, that is our job. Those of us who have this particular vision must continue against all odds. Life is for service.” -Fred Rogers “We are here to awaken from our illusion of separateness" - Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist monk “A human being is a part of the whole, called by us 'Universe,' a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest—a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. The striving to free oneself from this delusion is the one issue of true religion. Not to nourish it but to try to overcome it is the way to reach the attainable measure of peace of mind.” -Albert Einstein “We have improved means to unimproved ends” -Henry David Thoreau “We have guided missiles but misguided men” -MLK “The insanity of the collective egoic mind amplified by S&T is rapidly taking our species to the brink of disaster. Evolve or die, that is our only choice now.” -Eckhart Tolle "The enemy is fear. We think it is hate; but, it is fear." -Mahatma Gandhi

What if I told you that the version of yourself you've been living as is merely a fraction of what's possible? That inside you—right now—exists a dormant potential so vast, so extraordinary, that if it were to suddenly activate in its fullness, you would barely recognize yourself? We live in a culture that has conditioned us to play small, to dim our light, to exist within the narrow bandwidth of what society deems acceptable. But what if the greatest tragedy isn't failure but untapped potential? What if inside you exists capabilities that would seem almost superhuman if fully expressed?

It's all about culture, the fact that we interact with each other. I mean, you go to parties over here. I mean, I remember coming to Silicon Valley 12 years ago and bumping into Mark Zuckerberg. I said, "Oh my God, Mark Zuckerberg is here." And then you bump into Mitch Kapor, you know, all of these people, and you just go up to them, and they talk to you like normal people. So it's informal; you go to any coffee shop over here, and you ask someone, "You know, what are you doing?" First of all, they'll start telling you about all the things that they failed in. They'll show off about their failure, and then they'll openly tell you what they're doing. Try doing that anywhere else in the world. On how are the people being addicted to technologies 47:41:The fact is that all of us are addicted. We're checking email. We wake up in the morning, and we check email. We go to bed late at night; we're checking email. We're traveling home from work; we're checking email. Right? We're now exchanging texts, you know, 24/7. When we have any free time, we'll start watching some TikTok videos. I mean, the kids, from the time they're like six months old now, seem to be on their iPads and so on. And the result is that teen suicide rates are high. We're not aware. All the studies about happiness show that we are less happy than we ever were. So everything good that should have happened hasn't happened. Instead, we've become addicted, and it's become a big problem for us. Disruption can come from anywhere08:38: You have to be aware that disruption would come from everywhere, and you need to have all hands on deck. It's no longer R&D departments that specialize in developing some specific technology—it's everyone in your company, right? Marketing, customer support, sales, your engineers, of course, finance—everyone now has a role in disruption, helping you reinvent yourself.

Recent reports indicate that Kendra Haffoney has filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging that he sexually assaulted her in 2008 while she was a contestant on his VH1 reality show, "I Want to Work for Diddy." Haffoney claims that during an after-party in SoHo, she was given a drink that left her feeling disoriented, after which Combs allegedly coerced her into performing oral sex before she lost consciousness. She further alleges that upon regaining consciousness, she found herself in the show's cast house, feeling physically violated, and asserts that additional acts of sexual misconduct occurred during the show's filming in Los Angeles. In addition to Haffoney's allegations, three other individuals have recently filed lawsuits against Combs. Justin Gooch alleges that in 1999, at the age of 16, he was given ecstasy and alcohol by Combs at a Manhattan nightclub and was subsequently sexually assaulted in a bathroom. Leslie Cockrell claims that she was drugged and assaulted at a party hosted by Combs in the Hamptons in 1999. Aristalia Benitez alleges that she was drugged and assaulted at a New York restaurant by Combs or one of his associates. Combs' legal team has categorically denied these allegations, stating that he has never engaged in sexual assault or sex trafficking of any individual, regardless of gender or age.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Diddy drugged and raped reality star then turned her into his sex slave, lawsuit alleges | Daily Mail Online

Halfway through one of my favorite sci-fi novels, Charles Stross' Accelerando, we tune in to the members of an interstellar first contact mission as they pass the time debating whether the Technological Singularity has happened yet. Spoiler alert: all of them are uploaded minds appearing in a consensus VR environment as various post-human avatars, riding inside a computer the size of a grain of rice on a craft the size of a soda can. To readers it seems like a satire: what, if not this, would it take to convince you we're over the rainbow? But good science fiction provokes us to question the present, and so we must ask: what are we waiting for? Are we still moderns? Is this still Western civilization? Should we be looking forward to the age of machine superintelligence, or has it already happened, like physicist Cosma Shalizi argues in his blog post “The Singularity in Our Past Light-Cone”? Here's a clip from that piece:Exponential yet basically unpredictable growth of technology, rendering long-term extrapolation impossible (even when attempted by geniuses)? Check.Massive, profoundly dis-orienting transformation in the life of humanity, extending to our ecology, mentality and social organization? Check.Annihilation of the age-old constraints of space and time? Check.Embrace of the fusion of humanity and machines? Check.Creation of vast, inhuman distributed systems of information-processing, communication and control, "the coldest of all cold monsters"? Check; we call them "the self-regulating market system" and "modern bureaucracies”.Maybe we ought to consider, like Bruno Latour, that We Have Never Been Modern. Or maybe, as Federico Campagna suggests in Prophetic Culture, each era's inhabitants identify as “modern” and project the “likely story” produced by their process of “worlding” to imagine futures that recede like mirages or rainbows as we approach the horizon of our understanding? By the time we arrive, we have transformed and the mysteries of the ancient and future are conserved. Some Indigenous cultures believe that all animals identify as “people” — perhaps every world is mundane to its native observers, and yet all of them arise out of chaos and ineffability. Science can't answer some questions because it depends on replicability and provisional consensus, and some questions ultimately force us out of attempts to get everything to make sense and into contemplative surrender to our own cognitive limits (no matter how much we augment ourselves).Science will, of course, continue. As Ted Chiang wrote twenty five years ago in his short story “Catching Crumbs from The Table”, advancements in AI and biotechnology could foreseeably “[leave] journals to publish second-hand accounts translated into human language… Journals for human audiences were reduced to vehicles of popularization, and poor ones at that, as even the most brilliant humans found themselves puzzled by translations of the latest findings… Some left the field altogether, but those who stayed shifted their attentions away from original research and toward hermeneutics: interpreting the scientific work of metahumans.”In 2025, living through the superexponential evolution of machine intelligence, this story hits close to home. What will we do when all breakthroughs are made by black box AI systems whose logic and insights evade us? We already have to take large language models on faith, doing our best to conserve a modest sliver of understanding as we resign ourselves to the practical benefits of successful but illegible prediction. But given that scientific progress has largely advanced through the proliferation of hyperspecialist experts who cannot understand one another's research, we should again ask if it were ever the case that we could explain everything, or whether we've just been ignoring the central importance of textual interpretation as we puzzled over the riddles of a world that never owed us any satisfying final answers?Whether we're modern or not, it is time for us to reconsider the foundations of ideas like informed consent, agency, evidence, and personhood. Whether you think we're still waiting around for the future or that we are living it, we live among an ecology of diverse intelligences and require a humbler approach…one strangely similar to that of Medieval serfs and jungle-dwelling foragers than first seems obvious…one that owes back pay to the dismissed disciplines of religion, magic, and myth. Which is why I'm excited to get weird with you in this episode. This week I speak with one of my closest comrades in philosophical investigation, Canadian author and film-maker J.F. Martel.
