Moms today have a million things they are “supposed” to do. We take care of the kids from morning to night, clean every surface multiple times a day, and cook healthy meals for our families. But beyond that, society now expects us to be better for ourselves: self care, meditation, exercise, journaling. There simply aren't enough hours in a day to do everything. In this episode, our panel of moms discusses how we can do less in order to do more, and ways to avoid feeling the societal pressure to constantly be on the go.
