How do we make sense of the old sacrificial system in light of Christ Crucified? Jeff digs into one of the most important days in ancient Israel's history “The Day of Atonement” to explain the significance and power of the cross. Listen in as we discuss how our sins are not only covered and forgiven, but completely removed from our life as we are a new creation in Christ.

‘I decided to forget everything except Jesus Christ, the one who was crucified.' These words from Paul serve as our inspiration for the next five weeks during this sermon series and we invite you to listen to the opening message retelling the story, power, and ‘foolishness' of Christ Crucified. May we never forget it's through Christ, and Christ alone, that we are saved.

"Why am I so depressed?" Psalm 42 asked this question 3,000 years ago. In this series finale of "Life is a Rodeo," we tackle depression and provide practical steps to finding hope again.

Join us for a unique service at the Vineyard. In this message, Jeff shares his own history with addiction, how Jesus came with love, mercy, and freedom for those addicted, and we have a special element during the service where the leader of Celebrate Recovery (Brian Villers) leads our church in a typical Recovery meeting.

Jeff & Natalie co-preach the next message in this series and it's all about shame. Just like anxiety, we're promised freedom in scripture but there is a gap between the biblical promises and our everyday life. For most of us, shame is a recurring battle and in this message we'll learn how to stand with Christ, fight against shame, and embrace the promises of a life with God.

Life is a Rodeo: it's thrilling and adventurous but also filled with struggle and pain. Jeff begins our new series by discussing a topic that impacts us all: anxiety! How does the Bible talk about anxiety? What kind of promises do we find in our relationship with Jesus when it comes to peace and freedom? And when it comes to my life today: How can I partner with God to experience relief? Join us as we tackle the universal and growing problem of anxiety.

Are you ready to live a life of consequence? The earliest followers of Jesus led purposeful and meaningful lives and much of that comes back to what we've been reading in Acts 2:42-47. As Jeff closes this sermon series, we'll explore how believers in Christ understood salvation & how they could be part of God's continued work today.

Continue the Kingdom Living series, listen in as we explore the picture of the early church in Acts 2 and discover how shared life, joyful generosity, worship, and mission draw us closer to Jesus and one another. If you're longing for deeper connection, meaningful community, and a faith that's lived out—not just believed—this sermon will invite you into the kind of life Jesus always intended for His people.

The earliest followers of Jesus were known for continuing the work of Christ — including ‘Signs & Wonders.' This week, Jeff shares some personal & church stories in the midst of continuing our series in Acts 2. Listen in as we learn to stand in awe of our glorious God & take risks in praying for those around us.

Jeff wraps the year (and our 2x2 series) with a message about the inward & outward life of Jesus and how that impacts us today. The life & teachings of Jesus demonstrate a beautiful rhythm of ongoing connection & inward depth with His Father while also having a missional mindset & outward focus. As we prepare for 2026, may our lives reflect the same.

Life doesn't always work the way we hope it will—but Christmas reminds us that God stepped into our brokenness anyway. In this Christmas Eve message, Jeff reminds us that Jesus was born to bring good news, great joy, and peace to a world that wasn't working. No matter where you find yourself, Jesus came to make life work again.

In John 1 we read that Jesus came to dwell among us full of grace & truth. As we look to be more like Jesus, Natalie will walk us through our 2x2 grid for this series to remind us that both His grace and His truth is for us. But it doesn't stop there— we can share that same grace and truth to the world around us.

In Revelation 5, the apostle John hears about the Lion of the Tribe of Judah but when he looks he sees something very unexpected: the Lamb who was slain. What does it mean for our faith that Jesus is both the Lion & the Lamb? Listen in as Jeff continues our Christmas series, exploring the Real Jesus, and how His life, death, and resurrection impacts us today.

Try explaining ‘The Hypostatic Union' to a three year-old (or anyone!). Jeff starts a new series today taking us all the way to Christmas and the entire design uses 2x2 grids to help explain complex truths about Jesus. What does it mean and how does it impact us to know that Jesus was both fully God & fully man? How did His divinity & humanity interact and what kind of transformation does that offer to us? Listen in as we start this new series and apply these biblical truths to our life today.

The gospel according to Ricky Bobby says, “If you ain't first you're last.” But that leaves you isolated, insecure, and exhausted. What if Jesus is inviting you to run a different kind of race where the last are first and endurance wins?

Today's message is a Kingdom paradox: when you are weak, His grace is all you need; when you are weak, His power is put on display; and when you are weak, He is strong. Nobody loves being weak but scripture makes it clear: human weakness is the prelude to God's power. Listen in as we continue our series, fighting against the cultural norms of our day, with a message that encourages total dependence on God.

Jeff continues our series by pushing against the cultural mantra: “Comfort is King.” We all love comfort (and seek it) but an over-pursuit of comfort often keeps us from spiritual maturity and growth. Instead, what would it look like to pursue Christ even when things are challenging? Listen in as we discover the promises of a blessed (not comfortable) life with Jesus.

Every day, you are confronted with a gospel written by and made popular by this world. These ‘worldly gospels' demand your affections, sacrifice, and worship, but they all fall woefully short of the promises of Jesus Christ. In this new series, we're exploring the differences between two kingdoms — those of this world and God's heavenly Kingdom. What are the cultural narratives of our day, and how do the Gospels provide a ‘counter-narrative '? Listen in as Jeff starts our series by looking at the cultural lie that you need to wake up and “Rise & Grind” to experience the future you've always dreamed of.

Jeff continues our series by looking at possibly the worst marriage in biblical history: Ahab & Jezebel. What happens when you put a ‘passive man' with a ‘controlling woman'? It's disastrous! Thankfully, the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ allows us to experience transformation. Listen in as we explore ‘what NOT to do' and how we can live into the promises of God instead.

Thankfully, the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ allows us to experience transformation. Listen in as we explore ‘what NOT to do' and how we can live into the promises of God instead.

Jeff continues our series by exploring the life of David & his wife Michal. Their relationship didn't start on the best foundation and quickly suffered. As we read about their life what can we learn? How can we invite God into the broken places of our relationships? And what would a marriage, friendship, or parent-child relationship look like with Christ at the very center of everything? Listen in as we explore some practical steps for a godly relationship.

‘Mind The Gap' is a series all about closing the distance in our relationships. For the entire month of October, Jeff will open the scriptures to different relationships we see in the Bible and apply these biblical truths to our lives today. In the opening message, we look at the first human relationship recorded in the Bible: Adam & Eve. Listen in as we discover how the distance in their relationship created opportunity for all kinds of problems but how God's redemption plan kicked into high gear.

Is giving to the poor actually a wise financial strategy? Guest speaker Bryan McLees of Convoy of Hope joins Jeff as we explore the counterintuitive economics of the Kingdom: why giving to the poor isn't just compassionate—it's one of the wisest things you can do.

To wrap up our Ekklesia series, our guest speaker is Vineyard USA Associate National Director, Theology and Education Caleb Maskell. Caleb shares that the local church serves three essential functions: Proclaim (repeatedly telling the gospel story to ourselves), Practice (learning to live out faith in community), and Point (serving as signposts to Jesus for the world). The church isn't just an institution but a necessary community where God's called-out people gather together for spiritual growth and witness.

As members of a local church, it's easy to forget that we're part of a magnificent worldwide family who will spend eternity together. We have a lot to learn from the wisdom, witness, and worship of the global church.

In our new series ‘Ekklesia,' Jeff starts by reading the incredible words of Christ when He said: “I will build my church and the powers of hell will not conquer it.” The original idea of ‘church' started with God (not man) and any gathering we have today is both grounded in His plan and built upon millions before us. Listen in as we explore the beauty of the historic church and what it means for us today.

Jeff closes our series by looking at how ‘The Narrow Road' and our call to holiness go together. Living a ‘holy' life has gotten a bad rap lately but it's still a central theme in scriptures and the teachings of Christ. What does it mean to live ‘a holy life,' and how can we embrace the teachings of Christ in a fresh and applicable way today? Listen in as Jeff takes us through the final teaching in this series.

Jeff continues our series on ‘The Narrow Road' by looking at some direct invitations from Jesus found inside The Sermon on the Mount. Prayer, Generosity, and Service are some of the most ‘narrow-road-lifestyles' we can embrace. Through this invitation, we're called to live a life of sacrifice — what does this look like today?

Do you feel overwhelmed & overcommitted? Do you get joy when things are canceled? Do you rush from meeting to meeting, event to event, only to crash when it's all done? These are all signs it might be time to embrace ‘‘The Narrow Road' and simplify your schedule. Listen in as Jeff continues our series by challenging us to make sure our calendar reflects our Kingdom pursuits and values.

Jeff starts our new series “The Narrow Road” by looking at the end (and beginning) of the Sermon on the Mount. When Jesus said the narrow road leads to God's Kingdom & life, what did He mean and what does it look like? Listen in as we discover the paradox of ‘The Blessed Life.'

Listen in as Jeff finishes our series in Galatians by reading Paul's famous words in chapter 6:15 — “What counts is whether we have been transformed into a new creation.” Even more, how do you know if you've experienced God's transforming power in your life? This passage covers a few key indicators that you'd see in a transformed life—how many are true for you?

Jeff continues our series in Galatians by examining the ‘work of restoration.' In chapter six Paul writes about helping people back onto the right path but he includes how to do this work, the characteristics that are most helpful, and the promise that in due time & season we will see a harvest. Listen in as we discover this work together: the work of restoration.

Just as a marching band requires every member to follow the conductor and march in sync to create beautiful music, Christians must learn to "keep in step with the Spirit" rather than following their sinful nature. When we do, the Spirit produces beautiful fruit in our lives.

Galatians 4 reveals that God has adopted us and made us heirs. But what does it actually mean that the Spirit of His Son lives in our heart, prompting us to cry "Abba, Father"? Discover how this passage provides assurance and hope, even on our worst days.

Everyone is interested in Spirituality today, both Christian and secular people. See what the Bible has to say about Spirituality and how you can experience more of God in your life!

Jeff continues our series by exploring God's invitation to us all: to be ‘crucified with Christ.' There may not be a more aggressive and violent metaphor in the Bible, but as Christians this passage helps us understand what it means to die to self, and live in Christ. Listen in as we explore the powerful verses of Galatians 2:17-21.

Fear wants to control you. Scientifically, fear actually shrinks your brain's ability to process, and spiritually, it can create a host of problems. How did believers experience fear, and what can Galatians teach us about how to find freedom? Listen in as Jeff continues our summer series by looking at Paul's response to fear.

As we continue to move our way through the book of Galatians, we see that we're called into greater responsibilities. What an honor and a privilege for the Lord to entrust us with bringing his Kingdom to the world around us. Natalie shares that we all have responsibilities in the kingdom and one of them is to keep serving the poor.

Jeff continues our series in Galatians by examining Paul's call to ministry. What can we learn about our own calling by how God interacted with Paul, how Paul responded to God, and how the community & church surrounded Paul in the days after his conversion to Christianity? Listen in as we explore how ‘nobody' knows it all, ‘nobody' gets there immediately, and ‘nobody' is too far gone.

Jeff starts a new series (one that will last all summer) grounded in the book of Galatians. This New Testament book captures the essence of what it means to be ‘free in Christ' and live a ‘Spirit-empowered life.' Listen in as Jeff opens the first few verses of Galatians where we receive a clear call to understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ, trusting in Him alone for freedom, mercy, grace, and peace.

Kori wraps up our “Standing and Staring” series by looking at Jesus' final moments before His ascension. In His last interaction with the disciples, He gives them a clear call and sends them out on mission—a mission that still applies to us today. Tune in as we reflect on Jesus' final words and what they mean for our everyday lives.

As followers of Jesus, the mission has never really changed: we're still called to ‘Go & Make Disciples.' But truthfully? Many of us don't know where to start, get anxious in the process, or have never given it a fair try. What would it look like to know & follow the word of Jesus and what would happen to our city? Join us as Jeff continues our series by looking at one of the most famous ‘commencement speeches' of all time.

You don't need to be a perfect disciple to be a disciple. In this message, Jeff looks at two more visitations and how Jesus decided to minister to followers filled with fear & doubt. If you've ever been afraid to speak up for your faith, if you've ever been timid about potential consequences, or if you've ever doubted God's power, presence, or existence — this is the message for you.

Jeff continues our series by looking at another visitation — this time with two wandering disciples on the road to Emmaus. In this passage we see these disciples as spiritually blind but we also see the revelation of Jesus. Listen in as we find three key applications from their experience, asking God to help us in the same way.

After Jesus rose from the dead, the scriptures teach us that for 40 days He met with His disciples, taught them about the Kingdom of God, and proved that He was alive (Acts 1). Listen in as Jeff starts our series with the first ‘post-resurrection' visitation. What can we learn from Jesus' interaction with Mary and how does it impact our lives today?

Join us as we celebrate Easter! The resurrection of Jesus Christ changes everything: our current circumstances, our eternal hope, and our mission on earth. Listen in as Jeff retells the beautiful story of God with His people.

At a time of rapid secularization in our culture, dropping church attendance, the tendency towards living a “remote life” and the pull to just stay home and chill, how do we up our commitment to Jesus and to the Church?

As we continue to walk through Jesus' Famous Last Words, Natalie continues on in John 17, looking at a beautiful, intentional moment where Jesus prayed to the Father on our behalf. As Jesus was nearing his death on the cross, He was thinking about you and He prayed for you.

What would it look like to experience God's glory? What would it feel like? When Jesus prayed to ‘be glorified' what do you think happened to Him? Jeff continues our series this week by looking at the longest prayer Jesus ever prayed — and how He prayed to be glorified. Listen in as we discover how God's ‘way of glory' is unlike any American Dream.
