Dr. James Lacatski, a veteran intelligence analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency, has just released a new book which documents astonishing encounters with highly advanced UFOs, strange creatures, so-called hitchhikers, and counterintelligence operatives determined to thwart or discredit classified investigations into unexplained phenomena.
