Derfor er det også med lige dele angst og glæde, da hun bliver gravid med sit andet barn og skal se endnu en fødsel i øjnene. Det er en stærk og meget rørende efterfødselssamtale om at blive væltet omkuld og arbejde indgående med at finde sin egen styrke igen, og om hvordan Cille tager kontrollen tilbage over sin krop, overvinder sin største frygt og får en helt anden fødselsoplevelse, da hun føder lillebror Billy.
