Nie ma się co Morawieckiemu dziwić — Kaczyński wysyła sygnały, że nie widzi go w roli premiera, jeśli za 2 lata PiS wróci do władzy. A to oznacza, że wojna między frakcjami w PiS wcale nie ustanie. Wręcz przeciwnie — będzie jeszcze brutalniejsza. Mówiąc wprost: to nie jest zwykła wojenka o pozycję w partii i dostęp do ucha prezesa, jakich wiele było w PiS przez ponad dwie dekady działalności partii. To jest prawdziwa wojna o sukcesję. Kaczyński może udawać, że kontroluje sytuację, ale po prawdzie — nie kontroluje wcale. Bo to jest gra o to, kto po nim. Gra, w której jego już nie ma. W tym wydaniu „Stanu Wyjątkowego" Andrzej Stankiewicz i Kamila Dziubka wchodzą także za kulisy wojny Donalda Tuska z Lewicą, dochodząc do wniosku, że premier postanowił pokazać Włodzimierzowi Czarzastemu jego miejsce w szeregu. Twórcy „Stanu Wyjątkowego" odliczają również kolejne weta Karola Nawrockiego, dostrzegając perwersyjną radość, jaką prezydentowi sprawia niszczenie rządowych projektów.

Twórcy słuchowiska politycznego „Stan Wyjątkowy" Andrzej Stankiewicz i Jacek Gądek zazwyczaj starają się być taktowni i dyplomatyczni. Ale tym razem muszą być dosadni: oto Mateusz Morawiecki pokazał Jarosławowi Kaczyńskiemu wała. Morawiecki czuje się upokarzany i sekowany wewnątrz PiS, dlatego — jak słyszymy — jego ludzie zaczęli poufne spotkania z liderami innych partii. Z jednej strony wiemy o tym, że Morawiecki wysyła emisariuszy do PSL. Z drugiej słyszymy, że utrzymuje dobre relacje z ministrą od unijnych funduszy Katarzyną Pełczyńską-Nałęcz, która ma największe szanse na przejęcie władzy w Polsce 2050. Tak się składa, że i PSL i Polska 2050 myślą o tym, z kim się związać, żeby w wyborach za 2 lata przekroczyć próg wyborczy. Morawiecki też zaczyna o tym myśleć — widać wyraźnie, że PiS skręca na prawo i przygotowuje się do koalicji z Konfederacją lub Braunem. A dla Konfederacji i dla Brauna rządy Morawieckiego to czas kataklizmu. Braun wydał właśnie oświadczenie, w którym zaatakował Morawieckiego i pochwalił PiS za to, że go marginalizuje. Tak, coś w PiS pękło, coś się skończyło.

Odborníci upozorňujú na riziká a vysvetľujú, ako sa mu vyhnúť a nastaviť spoluprácu v súlade so zákonom. Švarc systém nastáva, keď osoba formálne vystupuje ako živnostník alebo konateľ jednoosobovej spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným, no v skutočnosti vykonáva závislú prácu — teda prácu s prvkami nadriadenosti, osobného výkonu, pokynov zamestnávateľa a konania v jeho mene. „Primárnym znakom závislej práce je existencia nadriadenosti a podriadenosti. Ak práca napĺňa znaky závislej práce, musí byť vykonávaná v pracovnoprávnom vzťahu — nejde o otázku voľby,“ upozorňuje Radoslava Lichnovská z Taylor Wessing, advokátka, špecializujúca sa na pracovné právo. Kontroly inšpektorátov práce a daňových úradov sú orientované na realitu, nie len na zmluvy. „Obsah preváži nad formou — dobre napísaná zmluva vás nezachráni, ak je vzťah v skutočnosti závislý,“ varuje R. Lichnovská. Kontrolóri sa pýtajú na každodennú prax: či kontraktor chodí na interné porady či má firemnú e‑mailovú hlavičku - všetko to indikuje integráciu do organizačnej štruktúry. Tomáš Alaxin, daňový poradca z TPA Slovakia upozorňuje na prísne sankcie: od spätnej platby DPH a odvodov až po pokuty a zaradenie zamestnávateľa do zoznamu nelegálnych zamestnávateľov s vylúčením z eurofondov a verejných zákaziek. Pre kontraktorov hrozí doplatenie daní a stratené sociálne zabezpečenie — teda riziká, ktoré často podceňujú. Švarc systém nie je len slovenským fenoménom, ale jeho rozsah koreluje s daňovo‑odvodovým zaťažením. „Kým štát zvyšuje dohľad, podniky by mali preferovať dlhodobú istotu zamestnania pred krátkodobou úsporou — inak sa riziko môže vrátiť mnohonásobne,“ varuje T.
