Trent Bray is the founder of Hustle Energy, an entrepreneurship brand that’s all about helping people escape their nine to five jobs. The twist? It’s all centered around an energy drink product. Something that makes Trent’s business stand out, even more, is the fact that he provides a person for each customer - in fact, that’s his One Big Tip!Part of what makes Hustle Energy such a powerful brand is the unique, personalized aspect of each product founder Trent sends out: he includes a handwritten note with each package. Trent says these personalizations are what will make all the difference to your customers, which is why his one big tip for making your business stand out is to surprise your customers and clients with personal interactions, whether it’s a handwritten note like his or an idea that’s unique to you!Although making the effort to personalize each package may feel inefficient, it adds a great deal of value to your product, which makes it well worth your time! Listen to this episode to learn all about how you can personalize your own products and how the unique touches can impact your business. In this episode:[2:16] Trent discusses his background (his entrepreneurial journey started when he was 14!) and the idea behind Hustle Energy. [4:32] We start to talk about Trent’s one big tip, which is to surprise and delight your customers with unique interactions - like a handwritten note![6:00] Trent makes his notes especially personalized by learning what his customers are interested in and including small gifts.[7:15] Trent explains the value of taking the time to provide these unique touches. Support the show (https://jeffmendelson.com/onebigtip)

Hello and welcome to Front End Chatter, Britain's most paracorded motorcycling podcast Fronted by Simon Hargreaves, Ended by Martin Fitz-Gibbons and Chattered by www.bikesocial.co.uk and Bennetts, the bike insurance specialists. And in E126 we have: • Yamaha's overhauled, uprated and enlarged (but not in the way you might have read) MT-09 • Martin's unnatural desire to buy a Piaggio MP3, as winter-hack path to an almost equally irrational Aprilia RS660 • the usual ramblings on MotoGP including where in the world is Marc Marquez, has he been moonlighting as his own brother, and what does this all mean for the 2020 title?  • plus emails on topics as wide-ranging as more small acts of human kindness, the IOW Diamond Races (or not), ugly features on otherwise not ugly bikes, the difference between buying the first bike you look at and the bike you look at first, why under- (or over-) inflating a tyre for an extended stint on a motorway might not be a good idea, and the real reason you want to adjust your suspension. Thanks for letting us into your ears, hope the new lockdown and winter aren't too savage for you, and please email us your further thoughts, comments and/or questions to: anything@frontendchatter.com @SimonHbikes @Mufga
