The things that only they can do, which is typically three to five things, and giving it a title. He would then have them spend a bit of time watching themselves in the 9-12 hours a day through a time study, writing down all of the things that they do. At the end of the week, he would have them highlight every single thing that did not fit their core and that's the first step for them to open their eyes. Realize that they are spending a lot of time doing things that they shouldn't be doing and spend more time doing the things that they should be doing.The client would typically have a really hard time moving out of the “technician role” to the “producer role”. You need someone who can come in and lead a team, especially when things start to get hectic and stressful. They want the “unicorn” to do 30 things and they only getting seven done. The visionary and integrator tend to fall back into those patterns, this is where Kyle and his team have to place a monetary goal for them to delegate, or they're not going to be able to grow.The one big tip Kyle would give clients is how they can create leverage. If you get a big enough lever, you can move the world. Freedom of time or financially, one of the two or both, and the only way that you're ever going to accomplish it are through creating leverage. This is found through masterminds, coaches, consultants, and their systematic lever. Where you can build out systems that do things for you. Typically it's through testing, data, trial, and error, or divisionary. It also has to do a lot with their mindset of actually wanting freedom or a job, because you can't have both. You would want to know who you are buying from on the B2B side because if you don't like that car, you would never be able to buy from that auto dealer again. But if you purchase a piece of software that the company's going to use, you could be stuck with that for a long time. That relationship has to be strong. You need to think about who is going to support you in the B2B space to make sure you are successful.Eric and his team focus on helping companies figure out which platform their customers are on, be it Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok, or others. More important than the platform you pick is that you pick multiple platforms because you don't own the platform. If you put content out on one platform and something happens to it, all of your credibility and time that you've spent on just that one platform could be gone. Make sure that you're thinking of at least two, maybe three, and that you're getting your content out of those so that you're not investing too much time into them all.The mission statement of Eric and his company is: Saving the world from boring, broken marketing.     Chris Joyce is the founder of 24 companies in high-tech consumer goods, health, and manufacturing. His products have been sold in more than 11,000 stores in 23 countries, and the users of his tech products are spread over 148 countries across the globe. Chris's newest venture is Gusher a simple, quick, and easy way to build a startup. Chris believes that great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. The market and not venture capitalists should be the judge of whether or not these ideas see the light of day. Chris's biggest company was a company called Olo Food which was the largest low carbohydrate manufacturer in the world. It started off when he had $1,200 to his name and was almost homeless. One morning, he wanted a low-carbohydrate blueberry muffin. He had been eating eggs and bacon for three years and got fed up with it. He started looking for recipes and at that time there was nothing, not even on the shelves. Chris decided that he was going to do whatever it took to get a low-carbohydrate blueberry muffin. He didn't think of making a low-carbohydrate blueberry muffin, or if it will be shelf-stable, or that it had to have less than three grams of carbohydrates or not have wheat flour and everything else in it. All of those things evolved with time. Chris started reaching out to over 500 food chemists who all told him it couldn't be done. As a founder, it wasn't his job to be an expert in all these different verticals. It was his job to surround himself with the most brilliant people in that field to go ahead and solve the problem. Chris has never been one for marketing people or building sales organizations, he's always been great to get things started and attract people into the deal. He believes if you're not able to go ahead and attract people into your company, those ideas should be buried. All great things start out as little ideas, something that burns inside of you, and when you put it out there and keep going it will become its own thing. There are specific ways to test if your idea is great. The biggest aspect is attracting a team to join your company right from the get-go to bring that idea to life. The biggest market validation is people willing to support you when they fundamentally believe in your idea. You just have to have a commonality of purpose. If you can get Google to trust the data that's inputted, it's going to want to use it in ways that offer an enhanced experience to its users. There are tools like WordLift and InLinks that are brilliant. Just by adding one snippet of code to your website, you can have a dashboard to control all the content which will make it easy to manage. Purely by adding schema across a website, traffic can be increased 25% or more. On some websites, Fleet Marketing could increase traffic by 800% within 30 days. By installing Google Analytics, a free product to help one manage and report on the traffic that you're working on, you're allowing Google to see both what's happening on the outside and what's happening on the inside simultaneously. The benefits of closing that gap and giving Google access to what's going on on the website will ensure that you set up event tracking and conversion tracking, especially in Google Analytics. Suppose you can demonstrate to Google that they can trust you, where people are engaging on your website, doing the things that you want them to do, whether it's scrolling down, watching a video, clicking a button, filling out a form, or buying a product.     Atiba De Souza started his career in internet-based search in 1996. In the early 2000's he consulted for several government agencies (INS, EPA, DLA) and several military departments and led teams that designed and built search tools. For the EPA, in 2001, Atiba and his team made a $10 million dollar system that allowed the EPA to search their data agency-wide easily. After almost ten years in government, Atiba turned to the private sector and the burgeoning SEO field. Using a unique method of blending storytelling with search keywords, Atiba has helped rank over 10, 000 pages on Google's Page 1 for various search terms. When he is not geeking out on the latest SEO principles and trends, Atiba is a man of God, husband, father, and IG Food Influencer in the Washington, DC, area.Atiba believes that no other content medium will connect directly with your viewers like video. Listening, watching, feeling, and connecting with them rather than just reading words on a page. You can get intimate with people and literally exist inside their heads. When Google came out in 2020 saying that at least 60% of their database needs to show a video on page one, that's the biggest thing that happened. Secondly, in order to facilitate this, Google poured 800 million into YouTube shorts in 2022, paying creators to make more content for YouTube shorts specifically. Then TikTok decided it wanted to go from being an entertainment platform to a search engine and in 2022 for the first time, Google was unseated as the number one website in the world for about five days.TikTok believes it can challenge Google in a war, producing videos as its ammunition. The beauty is that it's actually easier to rank video to written content. This may be a bit of a paradigm shift, but if you follow all the steps that Atiba offers, you will rank number one on Google in a matter of days. He advises answering specific questions and figuring out what those questions are and that'll be your content when you post the video. Don't try to clean it up exactly the way they would've asked it. Also, transcribe your video yourself, don't use Auto transcribe on YouTube. It's about 60 to 70% accurate but what about the inaccurate 30 to 40% you don't get to choose? Use services and tools like ‘Descript', which will transcribe the video and give the video back in the exact format that YouTube needs it. It's also crucial to repeat the question multiple times when you hit record. Then put a name to your ideal customer and talk to this fictitious person on camera, pretend that they asked you the question, and answer them. If you don't have a great imagination, then get somebody to feel the question for you.
