Here are the first six chapters of my unofficial and unabridged audiobook of I, Jedi by Michael A. Stackpole, powered by Artificial intelligence. I, Jedi is a Star Wars Legends novel written by Michael A. Stackpole. It was first published on May 4, 1998 by Bantam Spectra. The novel is set in 11 ABY, and it follows Corran Horn and his quest to become a Jedi in order to save his wife, Mirax. The novel's plot takes place around the time of Kevin J. Anderson's Jedi Academy Trilogy, and it revisits much of that story. I, Jedi also features several characters from Stackpole's X-Wing Rogue Squadron comic book series. I have a passion for Star Wars Audiobooks. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/decadebird/support

Season 1 of the Canon Cantina was focused on exploring the journey of Luke Skywalker through both Canon and Legends materials. We sought to explore the question "who IS Luke Skywalker?" by comparing the two different storylines in the time leading up to Episode IX. Now that the Skywalker Saga is complete, we have expanded the scope of the show beyond Luke Skywalker. Everything after our Force Awakens-style soft reboot can be found in Season 2. Cheers, and may the Force be with you! ___________________________________ We wrap up our 3 episode Jedi Academy trilogy with a bang as we explore Champions of the Force! We take a deep dive into some parallels and divergences between Legends (Kyp) and Canon (Kylo) and discuss the impact on Luke and how he plans to move forward with his Jedi Praxeum. We head over to the criticism corner to dissect the parts of this trilogy that aren't that great, but save the best parts with "I Will Make It Canon." Anderson, available from Amazon.com by clicking the book cover above! If you create or own a sci-fi or other genre character or franchise, one of the top, go-to guys for a writer who will admirably adapt your property for novelization is Kevin J. Anderson. Anderson writes the Dune prequels with Frank Herbert’s son, Brian Herbert. He writes books in the Star Wars series, including the Jedi Academy Trilogy and Young Jedi Knights series featuring the twin children of Han Solo and Princess Leia. He also wrote three books based on “The X-Files” TV show, including Ground Zero, which I read when it came out back in 1995. He even wrote a book on which he shares credit with L. Ron Hubbard that I’m curious about but not enough so that I want the Scientologists to come around pestering me. And in his free time, he created his own genre series, The Saga of the Seven Suns. Right now, his latest book is Enemies & Allies, a clever re-telling of the first time Batman and Superman met in the 1950s. A follow-up to his novel, The Last Days of Krypton, this one is a barnburner that brings in everybody you want from the Man of Steel and The Dark Knight families of characters. Like most of Anderson’s books, once you start reading it, you won’t stop till you’re done. Kevin J.
