Kid, Gdub, and Wally kick things off by picturing themselves as cartoon characters -  Imagine Kid as the Tasmanian Devil on a bender, Gdub as a lazy Garfield but with more booze, and Wally, well, he's just Bugs Bunny with a worse attitude. Then we took a sharp turn into the world of transgender army veterans, because who doesn't love a story where someone swaps one set of camo for another?  Next up, some Canadian lovebirds thought they could join the Mile High Club without joining the 'Mile High Arrest' Club. Shows what a little cabin fever and too much altitude can do to your judgment.  And speaking of bad decisions, some dumbass golfer thought he could skip out on a strip club tab without repercussions. Spoiler: he couldn't. His ass got kicked quicker than he could say "fore!" or "I'll pay you next week, I swear!" We then had a good laugh at the expense of women who can't twirl or show off their nails without making a spectacle of themselves.  Kid then dropped a truth bomb about bowling alley sluts - they're just barflies who got grounded by their own offspring. Apparently, once you've pushed a few kids out of your baby cannon, the bar scene is out, and the bowling alley is in.  But we're not all about the mockery; we also celebrate beauty. Bringing back the "Hotties of the Week" segment, we've got Bonnie Rotten, the queen of ink and kink, and Lucy Mecklenburgh, who's apparently traded reality TV for a more... interesting reality.  Original Release Date: January 29, 2015 On Mic: Kid, GDub, Wally

Cecilia is the co-founder of RWL ( https://www.resultswellnesslifestyle.com/ ) along side business partner Lucy Mecklenburgh, a celebrity personal trainer and huge inspiration to so many. Born in Paris, Cecilia grew up in Tunisia, New York and Miami before coming to London in the 1990's, and finally settling in Essex. Cecilia’s younger years were spent in hospitality working in restaurants, chalets and managing hotels. Her pivot into the world of fitness happened as a result of a huge personal challenge in her mid-thirties. Cecilia suffered from postnatal depression following the birth of her son Fabio and found that whilst antidepressants made her less depressed, she felt ‘less’ of everything else; less happy, less energetic and less joyous. After being on medication for 6 months and desperate to find a different solution, Cecilia turned to exercise and started training with one of Miami’s top personal trainers. Her life changed and she quickly came off Medication and found her natural high using exercise as a therapeutic method and form of meditation. Cecilia felt inspired to promote the power of exercise to other women, and upon moving back to the U.K become a Personal Trainer herself and opened her first Boutique PT studio in 2008. A second studio soon followed, where she met fellow co-founder Lucy Mecklenburgh and they started what would become a multi-million pound business. In 2013 Lucy and Cecilia’s fitness brand launched to become the first of its kind online Fitness Platform in the U.K, first as Results with Lucy and now rebranded for 2020, as Results Wellness Lifestyle, with a community of 500,000 followers across social media. As Cecilia approaches 5 million paid for workout sessions from her client base, Cecilia is almost certainly now the U.K's No.1 Personal Trainer. She brings a level of energy, love and passion to her unique brand of fitness, that radiates through to those following along and i certainly felt that energy speaking with her and I’m so pleased I’m able to share her story with you today. What I would ask you to think about during this conversation is this. Are you over complicated things? We have a tendency to over complete and I’m guilty more than most here. Consider whether you are over complicating things and also ask your self with this challenge that you are facing right now what ever it is.... what are you choosing not to see? There’s often some gold in all challenge we face if we’re willing to see and hear them. https://fl1ght.co.uk/ If you enjoyed this episode you may enjoy this episode with Esme Gummer, celebrity trainer and SAS.WDW contestant : https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/028-esmee-gummer-overcoming-paralysis-smashing-sas/id1339336927?i=1000430033436

This week Jessica and Emma Bailey recap episode two of the BBC’s new show Tumble. We consider these important topics: What time to arrive at the BBC One studio if you want to be in the live studio audience for Tumble. Would the American post-Olympic tour benefit from hiring the Tumble creators? The tear-jerking, beauty of the “Butterfly” performance by Beth Tweddle featuring some of our favorite junior elite gymnasts from the British squad. Which gymnasts (hint, Simone Biles) should wear Lucy Mecklenburgh’s green leotard from this week’s show? We speculate on the veracity of the incompetence demonstrated by the celebrities during their practices. Does Sarah Harding have poor cardio or is she just unaware that her mouth is hanging open throughout her performance? Claudia Fragapane gave great advice and the English champions from the commonwealth games Was the romance storyline between Kristin Allen and Bobby Lockwood, just a ruse to throw us off of the H Watkins and John Partridge, romance? Natalia Ilienko shed tears after the show. Determine that everything in life should come down to a “Vault Off” Nastia’s triceps and gorgeous arm muscles. Alex cuts off Louis Smith and Jessica is enraged!
