Jace takes a look at Marvelous X-Men #3, as we get our first insights into the thoughts of X-Man. His reasoning for altering the world the way he was seemed flawed. To take it one step farther, his reasons for prioritizing the individual above all else speak to his stunted social development as a child having grown up in the Age of Apocalypse. How ironic that the biggest threat to his control over the new reality he has created is once again Apocalypse, this time going by his given name of En Sabuh Nur. Storm and Magneto also have conflict to deal with and despite their lack of memory, it feel like the old antagonism between Magneto & the X-Men is influencing these two.
Casey sits down with writer Lonnie Nadler, the mind behind Cable, Marvelous X-Men, Black Stars Above, Come to Me, The
Jace takes a deep dive back into the world of Age of X-Man with a look at Apocalypse and the X-tracts #1 and Marvelous X-Men #2. What is the peace, love and harmony message that Apocalypse is teaching? Is it genuine coming from someone who has always wanted to conquer? Meanwhile over in the Marvelous X-Men issue, we see cracks start to form in the supposed Utopia X-Man has created. The desire for connection as well as past memories seem to be putting everything X-Man has built at risk. Plus the battle with the Transnian government comes to a conclusion in X-Force #4 as we discover just who is on the other side of the time portal. We'll give you a hint, it is someone we suspected and named when we talked about the first issue.
Jace and Jon-Paul breakdown Uncanny X-Men #11 as Logan and Scott Summers come together to begin their search for the X-Men. Also they take a look at just what kind of world X-Man has created as we learn more in Marvelous X-Men #1
