We may be finally coming to the end of the Activision Blizzard acquisition court case! At the end of this month, a court ruling will decide whether or not Microsoft can move forward with the acquisition. If they get denied, Microsoft claims they will walk away. Very interesting times indeed. Also in the news, Red Dead Redemption and Assassin's Creed 4 - Black Flag may be getting remakes and the Gulf War Gameboy moves from it's Nintendo World Store location in New York. All that and the games coming out this month and Dan and Dave's game of the half year. What a jam packed episode!

This is it! Tears of the Kingdom has finally dropped! Dan and Dave spent the day at the Nintendo World Store too celebrate and pick up a copy. They're only a few hours in but does the game live up to the hype? Also, a speedrunner has already beaten the game in less than 2 hours and the game has been out less than a day. Crazy indeed.
