This Bible message is from our Christmas Eve service. After enjoying the time of reading the Christmas story from Luke 2 and singing Christmas carols, this Bible message allows us to see what Christmas can mean to each of us as we today seek the Saviour born so many years ago. Listen as Pastor Mark teaches that real peace can only begin when we ourselves find peace with God.
True Faith in Christ is Restful. True Faith in Christ isJoyful. True Faith in Christ is Practical. True Faith in Christ is Victorious. True Faith in Christ is Vocal.
Hope when you are stressed out.
We are called to be peace makers. What does that mean? It is possible because we have peace [unity] with God first. It proceeds from there to our closest family relationships. Then it goes outward to include our enemies. It starts with listening in order to understand. It avoids all slander and contentiousness.
Pastor Joel Beachy Remembering our commitment
Movement is life. If we stop growing we stop being all that God created us to be and it can and will lead to death. Maturity is a choice. Choose to take the next step even when it only seams like you only have a little to offer. Give what you have and let God multiple it so that it will become a God impacted outcomes. #wearethegrove
This week Pastor John Roddis preached on the peace God can give you when you truely rely on him evan through the storms in your life. Other scripture used; 2 Timothy 2 v 24 Isaiah 26 v 3 Phillippians 4 v 6-15
In a world that over promises and under-delivers, where suffering seems to be on the rise, we all need hope. The Christian hope is rooted in the work of salvation completed by our Triune God. Do we understand it? Will it pass the test of suffering? Can we get more of it? In this sermon, Ines explores how it is, as Paul tell us, that we can increase our hope even when we experience great suffering. (Mariners Church Chapel, Irvine, CA)
