Ep. 49 A lesson in humanity  Service is essential. We recently just got back from a trip in Mexico. It was a difficult decision of deciding whether we should go or not, but we realized something. They REALLY need us. They depend on us and serving them is essential.  With following all the protocols of social distancing, masks, and sanitizing we were able to go and serve people in a very safe environment. It was on this trip that I had a couple lessons of humility.  Through the most chaotic times, stay calm Don’t play the victim role  Don’t become entitled I go through each of these lessons and I share a personal story that happened on our way home that truly impacted me. I want to choose humility. I want to choose to put others first. I hope this episode gives you a hope.  You can find me on social media at: www.instagram.com/sarahhein_ultrararelife/ https://www.facebook.com/theultrararelife/ Visit my website: https://www.ultrararelife.com/   Be sure to subscribe and catch our weekly episodes released every Monday and Thursday

Soulpreneur relatives, are you aware that our emotions, behaviors, traumas, and joys can be inherited from your ancestors? Have you ever considered that what might be holding you back in life could be locked up within your own DNA? Have you been wondering how your ancestral lineage affects your day-to-day life? In today's Astrid Mueller Talks feature, I speak with linguist, massage therapist, hypnotherapist, and change-maker extraordinaire, Johanna Lynn! Johanna's passion in life is to free individuals and families from inherited trauma patterns and belief systems. She works with various modalities and her extensive, multidimensional training in order to bring relief and prosperity into her client's lives. Her intention is to mediate the past, present, and future in order to loosen the bonds of familial trauma, while at the same time, introducing and integrating new, healthy patterns into the lives of those she serves. Her methods are profoundly impactful, wonderfully refreshing, and are changing the way the world perceives healing. The best part? They REALLY work!  Key points in this episode: What is ancestral trauma and how can we free ourselves from it? Why does Johanna focus on ancestral healing? How Johanna stumbled across ancestral healing  Trusting the heart and letting it shape our path How do we notice when something is holding us back? How Johanna cultivates a biological understanding of how ancestral trauma affects our day-to-day lives Using celebration as fuel How to get curious about your family history How to learn from people who are in the position we'd like to see ourselves in And so much more! Tune in this week to gather up all of this valuable information regarding ancestral healing! You're not going to want to miss this one!

Duncan Jax and his faithful companion, Boon are back to take down a group of Nazis living in South America from accomplishing their dubious evil plans, mostly having a functioning laser and unfreezing their cryogenic leader, Ze Furor. Yes that one. Let's get right out there and say that Order of the Black Eagle and Unmasking the Idol are two of the funnest films we've had the pleasure of discussing on this show. They REALLY need to be re-release as a dual pack on Blu-Ray. As much fun as we had with the first one we may have had more fun with the second. These are fantastic. Ian Hunter is once again dialing up the charm and pizzazz to 50. He's not quite as eye-flaring as he was in the first one but he's just as goofy and wonderful. Boon has a reduced role but when he's there, whoa boy. He's epic. The majority of this film is getting to business. While the last one has a lot more dialogue this one has a lot more action. Both are equally awesome and ridiculous but this one is more packed from start to finish, with emphasis on the finish. Duncan teams up with a team of mercenaries (each with unique skill set and personality) and then things really fly off the handle. There's a ton of incredibly dangerous stunts again. Lots of bad landings and exploded stuntmen. I can't imagine there weren't a plethora of injuries after this one. This film may have "more" in it than most films. It's really got everything (except nudity) but let me just toss a couple spoilers - Hitler cake, Baboon Tank, hovercrafts, missiles, cat-burglarizing, huge guns, deadly poker games, a man-chucking man, dirt-bike hot-dogging,  So much fun and so much shenanigans that the Duncan Jax duology should not be missed. We all love these films.

Find Allona and Celeste on their regular show at Guild Wars Reporter. Daredevil I have no complicated thoughts beside “neato”. Was too busy PAXing. My head was spinning. I can barely handle regular thief gameplay! It’s the thief I wanted but maybe not the one we need right now. Physical skills with turnovers are really cool! I see value to it in small skirmishes and open world PvE, and maybe even in raids! It depends on how much damage is relevant. The current meta (which happens to align perfectly with my favored build after the spec changes) has three required traitlines, so the damage/utility tradeoff is going to have to be strong. And I hope it is! But I worry. I see benefits to taking the skills as a whole and benefits to taking them piecemeal which is EXCELLENT. That’s spot on where an elite spec should be IMHO PAX - Party and General PAX talk Good roundup of all the things that came out around PAX (link) I am a bit bummed about that for purely selfish reasons. I have a friend who refuses to play GW2 (even the F2P version) because of their hatred for NCsoft. (They REALLY loved CoH) “At that point, Johanson jumped in to comment on another Reddit conspiracy, confirming that ArenaNet’s does in fact have a base on the moon and that all of ArenaNet’s employees will be relocating there with him.” F2P Taugrim on F2P Community Reaction (link) I have some friends completely new to MMOs coming in! They’re super adorable! I love it! Slowly finding out that there are some bits they might want to tweak, or seem unfair, but not enough to disparage the P4F/F2P model they've chosen. RCGC AKA THE R-WORD Hard to tell a lot from just the trailer, but a few standouts 10-man. I think this is a good number. More than dungeons, but not TOO many. Requires some degree of masteries. Interesting discussion on mastery gating vs gear gating? Thoughts? Attunements by another name, a lot of people are seeing through the “no attunements” but having this I can see where they’re making the distinction though, masteries are something you will be attaining organically as you play HoT, not something separate that you have to complete for the sole purpose of being able to enter a raid. Legendary Armor? Good lord. Time to destroy my bank all over again. Also Oct 23. So Soon. Castcast ELIXIR https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lof6Dz3ymPU
