Dear listening friend, we all fall, lacking faith. Even after all God has done for us time and time again and is doing for us even now! Step out in faith and then watch, expectantly.

Each of us have a Circle Of Friends. Friends are vital to a healthy life, spiritually and physically. Thank God for your friends. He uses all of them through the good and bad times to help you become the person you are.

Are you disappointed by things, circumstances and choices made by other people that are interrupting your desires and plans? Your heavenly Father loves you and is at work in and around you on your behalf. His intentions have a divine purpose for interruptions.

When it comes to looking at the fruit/actions of a person versus judging/condemning them, the Bible provides pretty clear instructions.  Judge not lest you be judged. Instead, be looking for the fruits of their labors.

These concepts go together like white on rice, seasoning: salt & pepper, a breath, to inhale and exhale. And the pages of scripture are filled with examples, descriptions and instructions regarding both Praise to God and Worship of God.

Forgiveness is vital for us to live a healthy Christian life. Failing to forgive someone who has wronged you may very well hurt you more than them.

Friends come in all shapes, sizes and relationship levels. Our LORD Jesus Christ is the absolute, best friend of all.

Labor Day pays tribute to the contributions and achievements of American workers and is traditionally observed on the first Monday in September. There is much in scripture regarding ‘work’, ‘labor’ AND ‘rest’.

This concept refers to a short period of rest or relief from something difficult or unpleasant or a pause from exertion. To get a better understanding of this practice, God has provided many, many examples in scripture.

Thinking of the concept of our Father’s voice brings to mind the RCA famous trademark of the dog peering into the gramophone with the caption “His Master's Voice”. There is just something about a father's voice. AND we need to recognize God’s voice, his word.

If I had to sum up the basics of my faith into three points that could be presented in just a few minutes, it would be something like this. First point:   There is a God. Second Point:   He (God) loves us. Third Point:   We respond to His love.

Music can be a powerful tool. Just like any tool, it can be used for creation or destruction. Godly music can be used for creating praise and worship, teaching, edifying the believer and everything else that the word of God has power to do in and through us.

Over the years I've heard several reasons and benefits of doing my personal devotions in the morning, daily. One of the best reasons for this is that “God gave manna in the morning”. As His people would be hungry each day, He gave them sustenance each morning to get a good start on the day.

The company that you work for likely has a Mission Statement, clearly defining who and what they are, helping to direct their business model, goals and activities. Unless you have already done so, I encourage you to develop your own, personal Mission Statement.

We all need the comfort and encouragement that come from reading and understanding God’s promises. The pages of scripture are filled with many precious promises. Meditating on these give us confidence to help face the challenges of life.

When it comes to a strategic plan for a mature, happy and fulfilled Christian life, here's a ‘winning combination', three wins, a “trifecta”, here is the prescription: read, trust and obey.

Thank God that we are the Land of the Free and home of the brave. Or as we have also heard it the “Land of the Free because of the Brave”. Celebrating our independence includes the fact that we are an “Independent” nation. As individuals we enjoy freedoms and independence.

Memorial Day is a solemn day of remembrance for those who died serving our nation, our country, these United States of America. It is important for us to remember. There are many good things for us to keep in remembrance.

Scripture commands us to ‘love the brethren’. As we do, we have a “servant’s heart”, we watch for opportunities to help them and we show them forgiveness even as God for Christ forgives us.

The account of Lazarus death is an example of how that when times are dark and circumstances look like there is no way it is going to work out, God can still use it for His Glory!
