5 years ago Lauren set out to have one simple thing: purple hair. Unless you've been living under a rock, everyone in the beauty industry has seen the heated conversations on social media about salon policies (like cancellation policies). The convo is often about whether or not we have the right to charge clients for things like lateness, last minute cancellations, color adjustments, and no-shows. With those policies in mind, I interviewed Sarah to get insight on the client's perspective on this topic.
