Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet is president and CEO of Truth for Health Foundation. Since February 2020, she has been part of the team of frontline physicians treating COVID early at home. With Dr. Peter McCullough, she is a co-author/editor of the Guide to COVID Early Treatment: Options to Stay Out of Hospital and Save Your Life. Jim noted that today Senator Ron Johnson held a hearing and released 2,400 pages of records detailing the failure of federal health agencies, under the Biden administration, to properly warn the public about the risk of myocarditis-related heart inflammation conditions following the mRNA COVID-19 vaccinations. Dr. Vliet responded by indicating how unconscionable it was that our taxpayer dollars were going to federal agencies that were lying to us and allowing people to die as a result of their push of this experimental, gene-therapy shot. This is the first salvo in a program that looks at other troubling news coming forth concerning the COVID-19 shots. For example, Dr. Vliet commented on the following: A peer reviewed study in Pediatric Rheumatology indicates that children and adolescents who received at least one COVID-19 shot had a 23% higher risk of developing autoimmune disease compared to unvaccinated children. Scientists at Johns Hopkins University confirm that COVID vaccines are reducing human population by lowering birth rates. A senior medical advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, who is also a world-renowned virologist, is warning that the mRNA vaccines are a dangerous experiment as he raises alarms about the presence of the cancer-causing SV-40 enhancer in the injections.

In this episode, I'm diving deep with my friend and health innovator Jessica McNaughton, CEO and co-founder of C60 Power, to crack open the magic of carbon 60—a Nobel Prize-winning molecule you've probably never heard enough about. We're talking about cellular health at its core: how C60 crushes oxidative stress, eliminates free radicals (the culprits behind aging, inflammation, and maybe even cancer!), and acts as a super powered antioxidant that works in perfect harmony with your supplements and hormone therapy. If you've been spinning your wheels with fatigue, hair loss, brain fog, or stubborn weight, trust me—you'll want to hear how this molecule might just become your new not-so-secret weapon. Jessica doesn't just give you the science; she gets practical about how C60 can help balance hormones, support thyroid health, boost mood, energy, and even reduce those pesky histamine and allergy symptoms that can spike in perimenopause and menopause. Plus, you'll hear real stories—from longer, glossier hair to pain-free PMS to game-changing energy shifts in both humans and pets (yes, my dog is a fan too). In this episode, we got real about something most of us don't think about nearly enough: oral cancer—and why your mouth might be trying to tell you something important. April is Oral Cancer Awareness Month, and we wanted to shine a light (literally and figuratively) on how vital it is to be aware of what's happening in our mouths. We opened up about how oral cancer claims one life every hour in the U.S., and yet many people don't even know how to check for it—or that they should be checking in the first place. I shared my own story. Even though I didn't have oral cancer, I was diagnosed with breast cancer—and the first warning signs actually started in my mouth. As a dental hygienist, I knew my gums were healthy. So when they started bleeding without explanation, despite perfect brushing and flossing habits, I knew something was up. Turns out, my mouth was trying to tell me something my bloodwork missed. Key Takeaways from the Episode:-Your mouth is a mirror to your overall health. Bleeding gums, sores that won't heal, red or white patches, or chronic sore throats could all be early signs of something serious.-Oral cancer isn't always visible or painful at first. That's why monthly self-checks and regular screenings with your dentist are so important.-HPV and vaping are rising causes of oral cancer in younger populations—so this isn't just a concern for older folks or smokers anymore.-Self-advocacy matters. If something feels off, trust your gut. Get a second opinion. Don't let anyone dismiss your concerns.-We also mentioned a friend of mine, Susan Cotton, and her Cotton Method, which helps both dental professionals and individuals perform effective self-exams. My personal challenge to you: take 60 seconds today and look in your mouth. Really look. Move your tongue, check your cheeks, your throat, under your lips. Do it for yourself and your loved ones. Oral health is whole-body health. Your mouth might just save your life. Book a consultation today:I am always here to help answer any question and schedule a 15 minute call with me. My dad is a pharmaceutical drug representative, and my mom is a dental hygienist in a maximum security all-male prion. (5:42) • Sexually violent predators are people who have committed some type of sex crime. They have been deemed to have some type of mental illness or defect, and there's a belief that they will commit another sex crime. (15:59) • Whenever we sleep – if you're a normal, average healthy sleeper, you should go through various sleep cycles. You should be cycling through light sleep, deep sleep, REM sleep and you're gonna be cycling through these several times a night. (23:18) • REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, is most famous for having dreams. (23:44) • Folks who have problems sleeping – there are so many things you can to help yourself. (38:12) • Going to bed at the same time every night and waking up at the same time every morning. This is key. (39:4) • We are inducing our own jet lag when we go from 6am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, then go down to 9am on Saturday and Sunday. The brain gets very confused. (43:11) • I have been a psychologist for the FBI for 5 years now, and that entire time I will be helping people with trauma. I'm certified with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and brain spotting. I love those, but I also help people with sleep. (45:10) • In my work, folks experience things and see things that we should not be asking normal human beings to see. (47:04) • [Marcus] When you're doing your job and you're runnin' and gunnin' - no matter what it is - and it tarts creeping into your dreams, that means your database is full. (50:25) • Taking time to reflect either alone or with someone you trust: How is this impacting me? What's happening? (51:36) • I have a book coming out on sleep coming out on sleep. It's called The Sleep Advantage. (56:02) • If you're really getting good sleep, it can impact your decision-making, and your reaction time. It can make you the best of the best; it can impact your performance. My guest this week is Alicia Botyrius from Lifeline Screening. This short episode was sparked after a few conversations with people close to me who had relatives who suffered strokes or heart attacks from unidentified vascular anomalies. With companies like Life Line affordable testing is in our hands regardless of what a doctor might think is necessary.Peace of mind is priceless and the information one gets from these tests can give you that and or, save a life if there is a problem. Here's what we covered:Understanding Lifeline ScreeningEstablished in 1993, a leading provider of preventive health screenings in the U.S.Importance and legitimacy due to longevity in the industry.Preventive Health Screenings ExplainedFocus on vascular system screening not typically covered by insurance unless symptomatic.Early detection for asymptomatic conditions like plaque buildup that can lead to strokes.Importance for All AgesEmphasis on why screenings are relevant even if you feel healthy or are younger.Personal Stories & TestimonialsReal-life examples where screenings detected critical issues leading to timely medical interventions.Available Tests at Lifeline Screening Events:Carotid Artery ScreeningAbdominal Aortic Aneurysm CheckPeripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Test Six-lead EKG for AFib DetectionConvenience and Accessibility:Over 15,000 locations across the U.S., making it easy for anyone to access these services.Membership Program – One LifeOffers additional screenings at discounted rates with automatic annual renewal options.Professional Medical Reports:Easy-to-understand reports available online within seven days post-screening.Once again I encourage listeners to consider proactive measures especially if there are family history related concerns or if parents are aging and you want to have the best tests that their docs might not order.Look, women are at greater risk of stroke than men and is the third leading cause of death for women. And for many women, stroke is the first sign anything is wrong. With all of the push for unnecessary tests and procedures in western medicine it seems they are missing some vital testing for women. And, arterial health is a way more important marker than cholesterol. Listener Offer: Special Discount – Exclusive pricing offered through Rebellious Wellness Lifestyle partnership with Lifeline Screening.Resources Mentioned:

A gathering of sages in an attic in Lod, and they were discussing martyrdom and when it was mandated. That is, most of the time, saving one's life takes precedence, except for "the big 3" - idolatry, adultery (and other illicit sexual relations), and murder (because who can say "whose blood is redder"?!). But whether the violation of the mitzvah is to be public or private also makes a difference. As does a time of persecution against Judaism. Plus, and suitable for Rosh Chodesh Adar (thank you, neis nistar) - an intricate discussion of Esther and why she wasn't culpable for her sexual relationship with Achashverosh, and the usual focus on Abaye's interpretation of the issues (we look at Rava's interpretation too).
On SUPERWOMEN, I talked to Shirah Benarde, the 22-year-old CEO and co-founder of NightCap. When she was just 16, Shirah found out that one of her friends had been roofied. Not long after, she got to work, taping together a pair of pantyhose and a scrunchie to make a prototype of a device that can help protect people from drink-spiking. Cut to one year later: Shirah and her brother Michael pitched the product on “Shark Tank” and secured a deal. But launching her business as a Gen Z founder was far from easy. “I knew deep down that I had no idea what I was doing, and that made it really hard for other people to see me in a professional way,” she told me. Shirah pushed herself to really understand her business, making costly mistakes along her journey.“We definitely spent a lot of money on things that we didn't know that worked,” she said, “but it was a huge learning lesson.” In the process of building her company, she discovered how to get people to trust her vision: “You have to take yourself seriously.” NightCap has since taken off, partnering with nonprofits, and over 200 universities. The company has also been spearheading legislation to help people stay safe when they go out. This week on SUPERWOMEN, I talked to @shirahbenarde, the 22-year-old CEO and co-founder of @nightcapit about drink-spiking and her life-saving (literally!) accessories that help people stay safe when they go out. Shirah lets us in how she deals with the stigma of being a Gen Z woman in business, her time on “Shark Tank,” and how she personally convinced the CEO of a multinational fashion company at a conference to team up with her company.Thank you for listening!
